技术领域
本发明是一种螺旋纺锤式喷射流体交换器,属于喷射式热交换器领域。
背景技术
喷射式热交换器是一种是以热交换为目的的喷射器,是使压力、温度不同的两种流体相互混合,并在混合过程中进行能量交换的设备。按照被混合的流体不同,可分为汽—水交换器,水—水交换器,汽—汽交换器等。其中汽—水交换器,结构庞大,热交换效率低,并且射流混合不够均匀,导致整体上工作效率低下。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种螺旋纺锤式喷射流体交换器,保证热交换器高效的运转,节省空间。
本发明的目的通过以下技术方案来具体实现:
螺旋纺锤式喷射流体交换器,包括直筒状的外部壳体,在所述外部壳体的内部安装有与外部壳体同轴设置的射流喷嘴,所述射流喷嘴前端固定在外部壳体的内壁上,射流喷嘴的中部为细径段,并在所述细径段的内壁上设有双螺旋槽,在射流喷嘴固定位置下游的外部壳体上设有低压流体入口,所述低压流体入口与所述射流喷嘴的出口相通;在所述射流喷嘴的出口的下游与外部壳体同轴的螺旋管。
所述纺锤体、叶轮均与所述外部壳体同轴布置。
通过纺锤体可以对射流喷嘴喷射出的高压流体进行第一步分散,然后由叶轮进一步对高压、低压混合的流体进行分散混合。
上述设计的内凹纺锤式喷射流体交换器,省略了低压流体管道,通过纺锤体和叶轮来促进高压、低压流体的混合时的热交换,使高压、低压流体充分混合,提高热交换效率,整体上结构简单,占用空间小。

如图1所示,本发明实施例所述螺旋纺锤式喷射流体交换器,包括直筒状的外部壳体1,在所述外部壳体1的内部安装有与外部壳体1同轴设置的射流喷嘴2,所述射流喷嘴2前端固定在外部壳体1的内壁上,射流喷嘴2的中部为细径段,并在所述细径段的内壁上设有双螺旋槽3,在射流喷嘴2固定位置下游的外部壳体1上设有低压流体入口4,所述低压流体入口4与所述射流喷嘴2的出口相通;在所述射流喷嘴的出口处的中心设有纺锤体6,并在所述纺锤体6的后侧设有叶轮5。
所述纺锤体、叶轮均与所述外部壳体同轴布置。
通过纺锤体可以对射流喷嘴喷射出的高压流体进行第一步分散,然后由叶轮进一步对高压、低压混合的流体进行分散混合。

1.螺旋纺锤式喷射流体交换器,包括直筒状的外部壳体,其特征在于,在所述外部壳体的内部安装有与外部壳体同轴设置的射流喷嘴,所述射流喷嘴前端固定在外部壳体的内壁上,射流喷嘴的中部为细径段,并在所述细径段的内壁上设有双螺旋槽,在射流喷嘴固定位置下游的外部壳体上设有低压流体入口,所述低压流体入口与所述射流喷嘴的出口相通;在所述射流喷嘴的出口处的中心设有纺锤体,并在所述纺锤体的后侧设有叶轮。
