背景技术
门一般由门板和框架构成,有木质、金属质和树脂质等材质制作而成,木质门适宜于安装在室内,质轻,尤其是采用复合木质板,但隔热隔声性能差,易变形;金属材料门沉重,不易变形,隔热性能差,室内不适宜安装;树脂门隔热隔声性能好,但本身为化学材质,污染性强,影响室内环境。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足,提出一种门,结构巧妙,性能好。
为了实现上述发明目的,本发明提供以下技术方案:一种门,由前板、后板和框架构成,该前板和该后板分别固定在框架的两侧,且前板和后板之间设有若干个支撑柱,该支撑柱两端分别与前板和后板固定连接;该前板、该后板、该支撑柱和该框架围成的空腔内填充有致密性发泡材料。
进一步地,该框架的竖梁厚度大于横梁的,两者差值为前板和后板的厚度和。
进一步地,该前板或该后板的宽度大于该横梁的长度。

该框架2的竖梁厚度大于横梁的,两者差值为前板1和后板3的厚度和。将前板和后板固定在框架的两侧,使得整体平整性很好;尤其是该前板1或该后板3的宽度大于该横梁的长度,盖住了发泡剂层5与框架2之间的缝隙。
