本发明公开了一种聚酯乙烯墙板阻燃复合房屋结构,属于钢结构房屋领域,包括底框、顶框、连接在底框与顶框之间的至少四个立柱、安装在相邻立柱之间的墙板;底框和顶框均是由钢梁焊接而成,所述钢梁为H型钢,其腹板的两个表面上均间隔设置有加强板,且腹板两个表面上的加强板相互交错,相邻加强板之间的腹板处开设有十字形孔;所述墙板包括相对设置的两个钢板,两个钢板的相对的内侧表面均设置有竖直的H型钢,外侧表面均覆盖有聚酯乙烯层,两个钢板之间设置有S形钢结构网架,两个钢板之间填充有混凝土。墙板的强度及稳定性高,聚酯乙烯层提高了其阻燃性及隔热性,钢梁的强度高,而且不会重量相对更轻。

技术领域
本发明涉及钢结构房屋领域,具体而言,涉及一种聚酯乙烯墙板阻燃复合房屋结构。
背景技术
目前钢结构房屋的墙板大多采用彩钢板或是由发泡塑料做芯材的复合板材等,普遍存在强度低、防火性差的缺点,而且隔热性低,夏天容易造成闷热的环境,舒适性差。骨架大多为钢筋混凝土结构,现场浇注,费工费时,速度慢,而且比较笨重,还有的为之间采用H型钢或C型钢等钢材作为梁焊接成骨架,实现了轻质,但其强度相对较低,难以综合满足建筑需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种聚酯乙烯墙板阻燃复合房屋结构,以解决上述问题。
为实现本发明目的,采用的技术方案为:一种聚酯乙烯墙板阻燃复合房屋结构,包括底框、顶框、连接在底框与顶框之间的至少四个立柱、安装在相邻立柱之间的墙板;底框和顶框均是由钢梁焊接而成,所述钢梁为H型钢,其腹板的两个表面上均间隔设置有加强板,且腹板两个表面上的加强板相互交错,相邻加强板之间的腹板处开设有十字形孔;所述墙板包括相对设置的两个钢板,两个钢板的相对的内侧表面均设置有竖直的H型钢,外侧表面均覆盖有聚酯乙烯层,两个钢板之间设置有S形钢结构网架,两个钢板之间填充有混凝土。
进一步地,两个所述钢板的相对的内侧表面与H型钢为焊接连接。
本发明的有益效果是,S形钢结构网架和两个钢板上的H型钢不仅提高了墙板的强度及稳定性,还增加了混凝土与钢板及其内部的附着力,聚酯乙烯层提高了墙板的阻燃性及隔热性,钢梁上间隔交错设置的加强板大大提高了强度,提高了承载能力,而且腹板开设十字形孔可减轻钢结构梁整体的重量,避免过于笨重,同时若浇注混凝土等,还保证了该钢结构梁与混凝土或其他建筑材料之间的结合附着力,防止相互脱离而降低整体的使用寿命。

下面通过具体的实施例子并结合附图对本发明做进一步的详细描述。
图1至图5示出了本发明提供的聚酯乙烯墙板阻燃复合房屋结构,包括底框、顶框、连接在底框与顶框之间的至少四个立柱、安装在相邻立柱之间的墙板20;底框和顶框均是由钢梁10焊接而成,钢梁10为H型钢,其腹板的两个表面上均间隔设置有加强板12,且腹板两个表面上的加强板12相互交错,相邻加强板12之间的腹板处开设有十字形孔13;墙板20包括相对设置的两个钢板21,两个钢板21的相对的内侧表面均设置有竖直的H型钢作为加强柱24,具体可为焊接,外侧表面均覆盖有聚酯乙烯层22,两个钢板21之间设置有S形钢结构网架23,两个钢板21之间填充有混凝土。

1.一种聚酯乙烯墙板阻燃复合房屋结构,其特征在于,包括底框、顶框、连接在底框与顶框之间的至少四个立柱、安装在相邻立柱之间的墙板;底框和顶框均是由钢梁焊接而成,所述钢梁为H型钢,其腹板的两个表面上均间隔设置有加强板,且腹板两个表面上的加强板相互交错,相邻加强板之间的腹板处开设有十字形孔;所述墙板包括相对设置的两个钢板,两个钢板的相对的内侧表面均设置有竖直的H型钢,外侧表面均覆盖有聚酯乙烯层,两个钢板之间设置有S形钢结构网架,两个钢板之间填充有混凝土。
2.根据权利要求1所述的聚酯乙烯墙板阻燃复合房屋结构,其特征在于,两个所述钢板的相对的内侧表面与H型钢为焊接连接。
