本发明涉及一种抗静电纺织面料,由内层面料、外层面料组成,所述内层各组份的重量份数为纯棉65~82份,真丝8~22份,防静电丝交织10~23份;所述表层各组份的重量份数为竹纤维61~79份,棉纤维11~19份,氨纶纤维12~28份。本发明抗静电纺织面料具有抗静电功能,避免面料由于脱水后面料易与皮肤之间产生静电,且结构简单,能有效降低面料的摩擦系数,减少摩擦中静电荷的产生量,具有较高的防静电性。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种纺织面料,特别涉及一种抗静电的纺织面料。
背景技术
随着人们生活的不断提供,越来越多的开始追求生活的质量,而穿着尤其被人们所看重,俗语有称“人靠衣服马靠鞍”的说法,可以体现人们对着装的重要性。现有的面料一般是由化学纤维面料制成,该面料水分易于挥发,并且环境比较干燥的季节,静电就成了问题,静电一般会让抗静电面料易起毛起球、容易沾染灰尘污垢、贴近皮肤并伴有电击感等。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种不仅具有较好的防静电功能,还具有超强的吸水去污性能的纺织面料。
为达到上述目的,本发明是通过以下的技术方案来实现的:一种抗静电纺织面料由内层面料、外层面料组成,所述内层各组份的重量份数为纯棉65~82份,真丝8~22份,防静电丝交织10~23份;所述表层各组份的重量份数为竹纤维61~79份,棉纤维11~19份,氨纶纤维12~28份。
本发明技术方案的进一步限定为,所述纯棉采用的规格为15~17.2tex。
进一步地,所述真丝采用的规格为5~8.7tex。
进一步地,所述防静电丝交织采用的规格为1.5~2.8tex。
进一步地,所述竹纤的规格为14~16.2tex.
进一步地,所述棉纤维的规格为3~6.7tex。
进一步地,所述氨纶纤维的规格为1.5~2.8tex。
进一步地,所述内层面料通过胶黏剂与所述外层面料黏合。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明提供一种抗静电纺织面料,由于防静电丝交织、纯棉和氨纶纺织而成,防静电丝交织具有抗静电功能,避免面料由于脱水后面料易与皮肤之间产生静电,且结构简单,能有效降低面料的摩擦系数,减少摩擦中静电荷的产生量,具有较高的防静电性。

所述纯棉采用的规格为15~17.2tex,所述真丝采用的规格为5~8.7tex,所述防静电丝交织采用的规格为1.5~2.8tex。
所述竹纤的规格为14~16.2tex,所述棉纤维的规格为3~6.7tex,所述氨纶纤维的规格为1.5~2.8tex

所述内层面料通过胶黏剂与所述外层面料黏合。

本实施例的一种抗静电纺织面料,由内层面料、外层面料组成,其特征在于,所述内层各组份的重量份数为纯棉74份,真丝15份,防静电丝交织18份;所述表层各组份的重量份数为竹纤维73份,棉纤维14份,氨纶纤维22份。
所述纯棉采用的规格为15tex,所述真丝采用的规格为5tex,所述防静电丝交织采用的规格为1.5tex。
所述竹纤的规格为14tex,所述棉纤维的规格为3tex,所述氨纶纤维的规格为1.5tex
所述内层面料通过胶黏剂与所述外层面料黏合。
