本发明公开了一种带开关的喷雾器，包括有瓶体，其特征在于：在所述瓶体的瓶口上设有密封垫，在所述密封垫中间设有阀座，在所述阀座下方设有引液管，在所述阀座上方连接有按钮，在所述按钮与引液管之间的阀座内设有泵珠，在所述按钮内设有能控制按钮内喷雾通道通断的旋转开关。本发明的目的是为了克服现有技术中的不足之处，提供一种结构简单，零件少，组装方便，生产成本低的带开关的喷雾器。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种带开关的喷雾器。
背景技术
喷雾器由于其设计精美，使用方便，已广泛地应用与日化和医药等行业。但是现有的喷雾器零件多，结构复杂，制作难度大，生产成本高。不能满足使用者的需求。
故此，现有的喷雾器有待于进一步完善。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服现有技术中的不足之处，提供一种结构简单，零件少，组装方便，生产成本低的带开关的喷雾器。
为了达到上述目的，本发明采用以下方案：
一种带开关的喷雾器，包括有瓶体，其特征在于：在所述瓶体的瓶口上设有密封垫，在所述密封垫中间设有阀座，在所述阀座下方设有引液管，在所述阀座上方连接有按钮，在所述按钮与引液管之间的阀座内设有泵珠，在所述按钮内设有能控制按钮内喷雾通道通断的旋转开关。
如上所述的一种带开关的喷雾器，其特征在于所述旋转开关包括有旋转座，在所述旋转座一端内设有出液通道，在与按钮进液口对应位置的旋转座上设有能连通进液口与出液通道的连接口。
如上所述的一种带开关的喷雾器，其特征在于在所述旋转座另一端上设有拨动凸块。
如上所述的一种带开关的喷雾器，其特征在于在所述按钮上设有凹槽，所述拨动凸块设置在凹槽内。
如上所述的一种带开关的喷雾器，其特征在于在所述瓶口外壁上设有下卡口，在按钮下端内壁上设有上卡口，按钮与瓶口连接时所述上卡口卡接在下卡口上。
如上所述的一种带开关的喷雾器，其特征在于所述阀座包括有阀座体，在所述的阀座体内设有阀体通道，在所述阀体通道内设有限位台阶，所述泵珠设置在限位台阶上，所述引液管插接在阀体通道下方，所述按钮连接在阀体通道上端。
如上所述的一种带开关的喷雾器，其特征在于所述引液管下端顶压在瓶体底部。
综上所述，本发明相对于现有技术其有益效果是：
一、本发明结构简单，在瓶体的瓶口上设有密封垫，在密封垫中间设有阀座，在阀座下方设有引液管，在所阀座上方连接有按钮，在所述按钮与引液管之间的阀座内设有泵珠，在所述按钮内设有能控制按钮内喷雾通道通断的旋转开关。本发明零件少，组装方便，生产成本相对较低。
二、本发明产品使用方便，旋转开关旋转90度可打开密封通道，否则关闭密封通道，有效控制按钮的通断。
三、本发明产品按钮与瓶体配合采用卡口式结合紧固，靠密封圈与瓶体密封，结构简单。
四、本发明产品是通过挤压瓶体进行喷雾，引液管下端顶压在瓶体底部，使用过程中还可将残留在瓶底的剩余液体通过瓶体倒置方式而喷完。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图说明和具体实施方式对本发明作进一步描述：
如图1至7所示的一种带开关的喷雾器，包括有瓶体1，在所述瓶体1的瓶口2上设有密封垫3，在所述密封垫3中间设有阀座4，在所述阀座4下方设有引液管5，在所述阀座4上方连接有按钮6，在所述按钮6与引液管5之间的阀座4内设有泵珠7，在所述按钮6内设有能控制按钮6内喷雾通道8通断的旋转开关9。本发明零件少，组装方便，生产成本相对较低。
如图1、2、3、4和6所示，本发明中所述旋转开关9包括有旋转座91，在所述旋转座91一端内设有出液通道92，在与按钮6进液口61对应位置的旋转座91上设有能连通进液口61与出液通道92的连接口。
本发明中在所述旋转座91另一端上设有拨动凸块93。
本发明产品使用方便，旋转开关旋转90度可打开密封通道，否则关闭密封通道，有效控制按钮的通断。
如图1、2和5所示，本发明中在所述按钮6上设有凹槽62，所述拨动凸块93设置在凹槽62内。
如图3和4所示，本发明中在所述瓶口2外壁上设有下卡口21，在按钮6下端内壁上设有上卡口63，按钮6与瓶口2连接时所述上卡口63卡接在下卡口21上。
如图2、3、4和7所示，本发明中所述阀座4包括有阀座体41，在所述的阀座体41内设有阀体通道42，在所述阀体通道42内设有限位台阶43，所述泵珠7设置在限位台阶43上，所述引液管5插接在阀体通道42下方，所述按钮6连接在阀体通道42上端。
本发明中所述引液管5下端顶压在瓶体1底部。
本发明的工作原理：
1、旋转旋转座90度，使进液口61与出液通道92连通；
2、瞬间挤压瓶体1时，瓶体1内液体受压，液体即时冲开泵珠7，瞬间通过按钮6喷孔成雾状泵出。

1.一种带开关的喷雾器，包括有瓶体(1)，其特征在于：在所述瓶体(1)的瓶口(2)上设有密封垫(3)，在所述密封垫(3)中间设有阀座(4)，在所述阀座(4)下方设有引液管(5)，在所述阀座(4)上方连接有按钮(6)，在所述按钮(6)与引液管(5)之间的阀座(4)内设有泵珠(7)，在所述按钮(6)内设有能控制按钮(6)内喷雾通道(8)通断的旋转开关(9),所述旋转开关(9)包括有旋转座(91)，在所述旋转座(91)一端内设有出液通道(92)，在与按钮(6)进液口(61)对应位置的旋转座(91)上设有能连通进液口(61)与出液通道(92)的连接口。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种带开关的喷雾器，其特征在于在所述旋转座(91)另一端上设有拨动凸块(93)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种带开关的喷雾器，其特征在于在所述按钮(6)上设有凹槽(62)，所述拨动凸块(93)设置在凹槽(62)内。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种带开关的喷雾器，其特征在于在所述瓶口(2)外壁上设有下卡口(21)，在按钮(6)下端内壁上设有上卡口(63)，按钮(6)与瓶口(2)连接时所述上卡口(63)卡接在下卡口(21)上。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种带开关的喷雾器，其特征在于所述阀座(4)包括有阀座体(41)，在所述的阀座体(41)内设有阀体通道(42)，在所述阀体通道(42)内设有限位台阶(43)，所述泵珠(7)设置在限位台阶(43)上，所述引液管(5)插接在阀体通道(42)下方，所述按钮(6)连接在阀体通道(42)上端。
