一种柱筒液控手压旋转拖把清洗甩干器。在清洗桶内设有旋转篮，旋转篮与清洗桶之间设有旋转篮支架，旋转篮支架与旋转篮以及清洗桶之间活动相接，旋转篮底部设有一组可伸缩的旋转篮升降轴组，清洗桶的底部设有一旋转篮升降控制机构，其特征是：旋转篮升降轴组由中空的上旋转轴和下旋转轴套接构成，上旋转轴内腔设有一固定于顶部的活塞杆，活塞杆的下端固定一设有活塞密封圈的活塞，下旋转轴下端设有一带有液阀的下旋转轴下轴头。该拖把清洗甩干器能够通过手压使拖把在一个桶内自动完成清洗和甩干全过程，不需要先手工清洗拖把，然后再拿到另一个桶去甩干，方便快捷，省时省力。

本发明涉及一种拖把清洗甩干器，属日用品领域，尤其是能够通过手压自动清洗甩干。
背景技术
目前，市场上的旋转拖把甩干器对拖把的清洗和甩干不能一次完成，需要先在清洗桶内手工清洗，然后再拿到甩干桶内甩干，这种设计给使用者带来诸多不便。
发明内容
为了克服现有旋转拖把甩干器对拖把的清洗和甩干不能一次完成的缺陷，本发明提供一种柱筒液控手压旋转拖把清洗甩干器，它能使拖把的清洗和甩干一次自动完成，给使用者带来了极大的方便。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：清洗桶(14)内设有旋转篮(1)，旋转篮(1)与清洗桶(14)之间设有旋转篮支架(2)，旋转篮支架(2)与旋转篮(1)以及清洗桶(14)之间活动相接，旋转篮(1)底部设有一组可伸缩的旋转篮升降轴组(17)，清洗桶(14)的底部设有一旋转篮升降控制机构(20)，其特征是：旋转篮升降轴组(17)由中空的上旋转轴(7)和下旋转轴(8)套接构成，上旋转轴(7)内腔设有一固定于顶部的活塞杆(47)，活塞杆(47)的下端固定一设有活塞密封圈(53)的活塞(45)，活塞(45)与下旋转轴内腔(57)壁活动相接，下旋转轴(8)上端设有液缸密封圈(46)，下旋转轴(8)下端设有一带有液阀(64)的下旋转轴下轴头(19)，下旋转轴下轴头(19)穿过桶底(3)中心设有下轴头孔密封圈(54)的下旋转轴下轴头孔(42)并由下轴头固定螺帽(56)固定于桶底。
清洗桶(14)为圆柱形，其上端设有清洗桶把(13)，桶壁上设有供旋转篮支架(2)上下移动的支架滑槽(6)。旋转篮支架(2)的中心设有一中空的支架浮子(15)和一向上凸起的上旋转轴(7)。旋转篮(1)的底部设有一向上凸起的旋转篮轴套(26)，并套接于上旋转轴(7)的上端，旋转篮轴套(26)与上旋转轴(7)之间设有旋转篮轴承(5)和上旋转轴轴头滑动套(25)。旋转篮支架(2)上设有支架滑轮(4)。
液阀(64)的构造为在下旋转轴内腔(57)下端中心设有一向下的液阀孔(63)，液阀孔(63)与下旋转轴(8)下端侧面的液流孔(60)相通，下旋转轴下轴头(19)中心设有一向下的并与液阀孔(63)相通的阀杆定向孔(62)，一阀杆(58)上端位于液阀孔(63)的上端，并设有阀口密封圈(59)，阀杆(58)的下端穿过液阀孔(63)和阀杆定向孔(62)从阀杆定向孔(62)的下端伸出，并设有一阀杆回位弹簧(61)。
所述旋转篮升降控制机构(20)其构造为一底板(38)由底板固定螺栓(40)通过设于桶底的底板固定脚(41)固定于清洗桶(14)的底端，一条形踏板(34)通过踏板转轴(36)固定于设在底板(38)上的踏板支架(35)上，踏板(34)的前端上面与阀杆(58)的下端活动相接。
当踩下旋转篮升降控制机构(20)的踏板(34)时，条形踏板(34)的前端撬动阀杆(58)上移，阀杆上端的阀口密封圈(59)抬离液阀孔(63)，液阀(64)开启，此时下按旋转篮(1)就可以使旋转篮(1)下移至清洗桶(14)的下部(下部有水)，此时松开踏板(34)，阀杆(58)在阀杆回位弹簧(61)的作用下重新使液阀(64)关闭，此时，旋转篮(1)停留在清洗桶(14)的下部，即可对拖把进行旋转清洗。清洗好拖把后，再次踩下旋转篮升降控制机构(20)的踏板(34)，液阀(64)开启，旋转篮(1)在支架浮子(15)的浮力作用下迅速从水中托起，并带动活塞(45)上移，水会通过液流孔(60)和液阀孔(63)被吸入下旋转轴内腔(57)，松开踏板(34)，液阀(64)关闭，旋转篮(1)停留在水面之上，此时即可对拖把进行旋转甩干，实现在一个桶内自动完成清洗和甩干全过程。
本发明的有益效果是该拖把甩干器能够通过手压使拖把在一个桶内自动完成清洗和甩干全过程，不需要先手工清洗拖把，然后再拿到另一个桶去甩干，方便快捷，省时省力。

5.根据权利要求1所述的柱筒液控手压旋转拖把清洗甩干器，其特征是：旋转篮(1)的底部设有一向上凸起的旋转篮轴套(26)，并套接于上旋转轴(7)的上端，旋转篮轴套(26)与上旋转轴(7)之间设有旋转篮轴承(5)和上旋转轴轴头滑动套(25)。
