背景技术
目前，市场上的旋转拖把甩干器对拖把的清洗和甩干不能一次完成，需要先在清洗桶内手工清洗，然后再拿到甩干桶内甩干，这种设计给使用者带来诸多不便。
发明内容
为了克服现有旋转拖把甩干器对拖把的清洗和甩干不能一次完成的缺陷，本发明提供一种侧轴柱筒手压旋转拖把清洗甩干器，它能使拖把的清洗和甩干一次自动完成，给使用者带来了极大的方便。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：清洗桶(14)内设有旋转篮(1)，旋转篮(1)与清洗桶(14)之间设有旋转篮支架(2)，旋转篮支架(2)与旋转篮(1)以及清洗桶(14)之间活动相接，旋转篮(1)底部设有一组可伸缩的旋转篮升降轴组(17)，清洗桶(14)的底部设有一旋转篮升降控制机构(20)，其特征是：旋转篮升降轴组(17)由上旋转轴(7)和下旋转轴(8)套接构成，上旋转轴(7)为中空结构，其内壁设有两列或两列以上纵向排列的上旋转轴内齿扣(23)，下旋转轴(8)的上端设有下旋转轴上轴头(9)，下旋转轴上轴头(9)上设有与上旋转轴内齿扣(23)列数相同，并且能够与之相互扣合的下旋转轴轴头外齿扣(24)，纵向排列的上旋转轴内齿扣(23)列与列之间形成的齿扣间槽(27)的宽度大于下旋转轴轴头外齿扣(24)的宽度，使得下旋转轴轴头外齿扣(24)处于齿扣间槽(27)位置时，下旋转轴(8)可以沿着齿扣间槽(27)上下滑动，下旋转轴(8)的下端设有下旋转轴凸缘(18)和下旋转轴下轴头(19)，下旋转轴下轴头(19)穿过桶底(3)中心的下旋转轴下轴头孔(42)与旋转篮升降控制机构(20)相连接，下旋转轴下轴头(19)与下旋转轴下轴头孔(42)之间设有下旋转轴轴头密封圈(12)。
清洗桶(14)为圆柱形，其上端设有清洗桶把(13)，桶壁上设有供旋转篮支架(2)上下移动的支架滑槽(6)。旋转篮支架(2)的中心设有一中空的支架浮子(15)和一向上凸起的上旋转轴(7)。旋转篮(1)的底部设有一向上凸起的旋转篮轴套(26)，并套接于上旋转轴(7)的上端，旋转篮轴套(26)与上旋转轴(7)之间设有上旋转轴轴头滑动套(25)。旋转篮支架(2)上设有支架滑轮(4)。旋转篮(1)与旋转篮支架(2)在旋转篮(1)的侧面活动相接。旋转篮(1)与旋转篮支架(2)相接处设有支架轴承(5)。

当踩下旋转篮升降控制机构(20)的踏板(34)时，“L”形踏板(34)的前端撬动踏板顶杆(33)前移，使旋转轴扭杆(21)带着下旋转轴(8)转动一定角度，从而使下旋转轴轴头外齿扣(24)从与上旋转轴内齿扣(23)扣合的位置移至齿扣间槽(27)的位置，此时下按旋转篮(1)就可以使旋转篮(1)下移至清洗桶(14)的下部(下部有水)，此时松开踏板(34)，下旋转轴(8)在扭杆回位弹簧(32)的作用下重新回位，使得下旋转轴轴头外齿扣(24)与上旋转轴内齿扣(23)重新扣合，此时，旋转篮(1)停留在清洗桶(14)的下部，即可对拖把进行旋转清洗。清洗好拖把后，再次踩下旋转篮升降控制机构(20)的踏板(34)，旋转篮(1)在支架浮子(15)的浮力作用下迅速从水中托起，松开踏板(34)，下旋转轴轴头外齿扣(24)与上旋转轴内齿扣(23)重新扣合，旋转篮(1)停留在水面之上，此时即可对拖把进行旋转甩干，实现在一个桶内自动完成清洗和甩干全过程。
本发明的有益效果是该拖把甩干器能够通过手压使拖把在一个桶内自动完成清洗和甩干全过程，不需要先手工清洗拖把，然后再拿到另一个桶去甩干，方便快捷，省时省力。
