Abstract

一种新型救生舱用泄压阀的制造方法。磁体和阀盖外表都采用耐腐蚀的硅橡胶体胶封,上磁体与上阀盖之间采用极性相同的磁极,下磁体与下阀盖之间采用极性相反的磁极,上磁体为螺母型内螺纹,下磁体加工成外螺纹结构;将下磁体安装在下阀体底面中心的螺纹孔中,调节好与下阀盖之间的距离,再将上磁体装在中阀体的沉孔中,适当调节与上阀盖之间的距离;上阀盖与下阀盖连接在中阀体的上下端,上、下阀体与中阀体之间均设有凹部,上、下阀盖分别安装这二凹部里,阀盖边缘圈高于阀盖面,阀盖边缘圈与阀盖是一体,再组合成整个阀体,缝隙焊后磨平,整个阀体为圆柱形状。保证避险人员的生命安全,实现舱内压力的自动调节与平衡。

本发明涉及一种阀门制造方法,特别涉及一种救生舱用泄压阀的制造方法,矿井下救生舱设备在运行工作时,控制舱体内部压力的单向气体阀门。
背景技术:
现在救生舱用的泄压阀都是用弹簧来调整舱体内压力的,由于煤矿井下环境气体复杂,含有许多腐蚀性的气体,所以弹簧在井下环境中,弹簧系数很快就会改变的,且弹簧结构不能调节设定压力值,这样就直接影响了救生舱内的密封压力值,就直接危险到避险人员的生命安全。
发明内容:
针对现有上述产品的技术不足,本发明的目的就是提供一种救生舱用泄压阀的制造方法。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:磁体和阀盖外表都采用耐腐蚀的硅橡胶体胶封,上磁体与上阀盖之间采用极性相同的磁极,下磁体与下阀盖之间采用极性相反的磁极,上磁体为螺母型内螺纹,下磁体加工成外螺纹结构;将下磁体安装在下阀体底面中心的螺纹孔中,调节好与下阀盖之间的距离,再将上磁体装在中阀体的沉孔中,适当调节与上阀盖之间的距离;上阀盖与下阀盖连接在中阀体的上下端,上、下阀体与中阀体之间均设有凹部,上、下阀盖分别安装这二凹部里,阀盖边缘圈高于阀盖面,阀盖边缘圈与阀盖是一体,再组合成整个阀体,缝隙焊后磨平,整个阀体为圆柱形状。
本发明有益效果:保证避险人员的生命安全,实现舱内压力的自动调节与平衡。

具体实施方式:
如附图1所示,本发明目的就是提供一种救生舱用泄压阀,由二个磁体、二个阀盖、一个阀体组成阀,缝隙焊后磨平,整个阀体为圆柱形状,安装在导通舱体外部的管路上,能自动作开启的单向阀。上磁体4制成内螺纹的螺母,安装在中阀体6的圆形沉孔中,整个圆形沉孔的垂直截面是“山”字形状,上磁体4套在“山”字的中间柱上,在“山”字的中间柱上调节与上阀盖2的间距,上磁体4外表有硅橡胶体5胶封,上磁体4与上阀盖2之间采用极性相同的磁极,形成相反的作用力,磁力克服阀盖重力的作用,常态时上阀盖处于向下临界闭合状态,上阀盖2连接“山”字的中间柱顶,上阀体1与中阀体6之间设有凹部,上阀盖2安装在凹部里,阀盖边缘圈3高于阀盖面,阀盖边缘圈3与阀盖是一体;下阀体8的底面中间设有螺纹孔,下磁体7安装在螺纹孔中,下磁体7加工成外螺纹结构,可以控制调节与下阀盖之间的距离,进而控制本阀泄压开启的压力值,下磁体7与下阀盖8之间采用极性相反的磁极,形成相互吸引的作用,常态下下阀盖处于闭合状态,下磁体7外表有硅橡胶体5胶封,下部阀体8与中阀体6之间设有凹部,下阀盖安装凹部在下磁体7的上面,下阀盖安装凹部里;磁体外表设硅橡胶体5胶封,能很好保护磁体免受外界气体环境影响磁体本身磁性,保证了阀的可靠性。

1.一种救生舱用泄压阀的制造方法,其特征在于:磁体和阀盖外表都采用耐腐蚀的硅橡胶体胶封,上磁体与上阀盖之间采用极性相同的磁极,下磁体与下阀盖之间采用极性相反的磁极;将下磁体安装在下阀体底面中心的螺纹孔中,调节好与下阀盖之间的距离,再将上磁体装在中阀体的沉孔中,适当调节与上阀盖之间的距离;上阀盖与下阀盖连接在中阀体的上下端,上、下阀体与中阀体之间均设有凹部,上、下阀盖分别安装在这二凹部里,阀盖边缘圈高于阀盖面,阀盖边缘圈与阀盖是一体,再组合成整个阀体,缝隙焊后磨平。

3.根据权利要求1所述的救生舱用泄压阀的制造方法,其特征在于:所述的上磁体为螺母型内螺纹。
