本发明涉及气体控制元件技术领域,特别涉及一种单电控二位五通电磁阀,包括阀体和与阀体一端连接的先导头组件,所述阀体与先导头组件之间成型有腔体A,所述阀体另一端设有后盖,以封闭阀腔;所述阀腔内设有阀杆,阀杆上设有工型垫,阀杆前后两端分别固定连接有塑化件和硫化件,所述硫化件与后盖之间设有压缩弹簧,所述塑化件与阀腔前壁之间成型有腔体B,所述阀体壁上间隔设有气口S,气口B,气口P,气口A以及气口R,所述气口S,气口B,气口P,气口A以及气口R均连通外界与阀腔。本发明结构设置合理紧凑,制作成本低。

一种单电控二位五通电磁阀
技术领域
本发明涉及气体控制元件技术领域,特别涉及一种单电控二位五通电磁阀。 
背景技术
气体控制阀,普遍广泛应用于各种管路控制中,为人们所常见和熟悉。随着气路数量的不断增加,一阀一气路的控制模式已经不能满足需要,于是,多通路气阀就应运而生了,二位五通气阀即是其中之一种。现有二位五通气阀因结构设置不合理、复杂,操作不便,故有必要对现有技术进行有效改进。 
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的缺陷和不足,提供一种结构紧凑、操作方便的单电控二位五通电磁阀。 
为实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案: 
本发明所述一种单电控二位五通电磁阀,包括阀体和与阀体一端连接的先导头组件,所述阀体内设有阀腔,所述阀体与先导头组件之间成型有腔体A,所述阀体另一端设有后盖,以封闭阀腔;所述阀腔内设有阀杆,阀杆上设有工型垫,阀杆前后两端分别固定连接有塑化件和硫化件,所述硫化件与后盖之间设有压缩弹簧,所述塑化件与阀腔前壁之间成型有腔体B,所述阀体壁上间隔设有气口S,气口B,气口P,气口A以及气口R,所述气口S,气口B,气口P,气口A以及气口R均连通外界与阀腔,所述气口P通过通孔A与腔体 A连通,所述腔体A通过通孔B与腔体B连通。 
进一步地,所述阀杆后端外套设有隔套,所述隔套前端抵设于工型垫上,隔套后端抵设于后盖上。 
进一步地,所述阀体上设有排气孔,排气孔内设有消声片。 
采用上述结构后,本发明有益效果为:本发明包括阀体和与阀体一端连接的先导头组件,结构设置合理紧凑,制作成本低。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步的说明。 
如图1所示,本发明所述的一种单电控二位五通电磁阀,包括阀体2和与阀体2一端连接的先导头组件1,所述阀体2内设有阀腔,所述阀体2和先导头组件1构成本发明主体结构。 
所述阀体2与先导头组件1之间成型有腔体A20,所述阀体2另一端设有后盖10,以封闭阀腔;所述阀腔内设有阀杆16,阀杆16上设有工型垫14, 阀杆16前后两端分别固定连接有塑化件17和硫化件9,所述硫化件9与后盖10之间设有压缩弹簧11,所述塑化件17与阀腔前壁之间成型有腔体B3,所述阀体2壁上间隔设有气口S15,气口B6,气口P13,气口A8以及气口R12,所述气口S15,气口B6,气口P13,气口A8以及气口R12均连通外界与阀腔,所述气口P13通过通孔A18与腔体A20连通,所述腔体A20通过通孔B19与腔体B3连通。 
所述阀杆16后端外套设有隔套7,所述隔套7前端抵设于工型垫14上,隔套7后端抵设于后盖10上。 
所述阀体2上设有排气孔4,排气孔4内设有消声片5,达到消音的目的。 
工作原理:气体从气口P13进入本发明阀腔内,当先导头组件1不工作时,气体经气口A8排出,气口B6的回气排向气口S15。当先导头组件1通电,先导头组件1打开通孔A18,气口P13与腔体A连通,气口P13内一部分气体经通孔A18进入腔体A,再经通孔B19进入腔体B3,腔体B3压力升高,推动塑化件17,阀杆16以及工型垫14一体右移,工型垫14切断气口P13和气口A8之间的连通,气口P13与气口B6之间连通,气体经气口P13进入本发明,经气口B6排出,气口A8的回气排向气口R12。先导头组件1断电停止工作后,阀杆16以及工型垫14在压缩弹簧11的作用下回位。

1.一种单电控二位五通电磁阀,包括阀体(2)和与阀体(2)一端连接的先导头组件(1),所述阀体(2)内设有阀腔,其特征在于:所述阀体(2)与先导头组件(1)之间成型有腔体A(20),所述阀体(2)另一端设有后盖(10),以封闭阀腔;所述阀腔内设有阀杆(16),阀杆(16)上设有工型垫(14),阀杆(16)前后两端分别固定连接有塑化件(17)和硫化件(9),所述硫化件(9)与后盖(10)之间设有压缩弹簧(11),所述塑化件(17)与阀腔前壁之间成型有腔体B(3),所述阀体(2)壁上间隔设有气口S(15),气口B(6),气口P(13),气口A(8)以及气口R(12),所述气口S(15),气口B(6),气口P(13),气口A(8)以及气口R(12)均连通外界与阀腔,所述气口P(13)通过通孔A(18)与腔体A(20)连通,所述腔体A(20)通过通孔B(19)与腔体B(3)连通。
2.根据权利要求2所述的单电控二位五通电磁阀,其特征在于:所述阀杆(16)后端外套设有隔套(7),所述隔套(7)前端抵设于工型垫(14)上,隔套(7)后端抵设于后盖(10)上。
3.根据权利要求2所述的单电控二位五通电磁阀,其特征在于:所述阀体(2)上设有排气孔(4),排气孔(4)内设有消声片(5)。
