本发明涉及一种低成本的工字轮。
背景技术
 传统的工字轮的侧板是由扁钢卷圆焊接在中筒上而成的，这样不仅造成制造工艺的繁琐、工序增加，而且还增加了焊条等其他物品的使用数量，造成能耗的浪费，大批量生产成本很高。
发明内容
本发明目的是针对现有技术存在的缺陷提供一种低成本的工字轮。
本发明为实现上述目的，采用如下技术方案：一种工字轮，包括侧板、中筒、支撑板、管芯和闷头；由锰板卷成带有U型截面的所述侧板焊接在所述中筒的外缘周上；所述管芯通过支撑板固定在所述中筒内壁上；闷头分别设置在所述管芯两端口上。
进一步的，所述侧板壁厚为10-15mm。
优选的，所述侧板壁厚为12mm
进一步的，所述侧板顶端距离中筒的距离为45-55cm。
优选的，所述侧板顶端距离中筒的距离为52cm。
本发明的有益效果：该工字轮加工工艺简单、成本低，提高了生产效率，便于大批量生产。

具体实施方式
图1所示为一种工字轮，包括侧板1、中筒2、支撑板3、管芯4和闷头5；由锰板卷成带有U型截面的所述侧板1焊接在所述中筒2的外缘周上；所述管芯4通过支撑板3固定在所述中筒2内壁上；闷头5分别设置在所述管芯4两端口上。为了增强工字轮的使用时的稳固性，其侧板1壁厚一般可选为10-15mm。优选的为12mm。侧板1的高度决定了工字轮的实际绕线的多少，一般所述侧板1顶端距离中筒2的距离为45-55cm。优选的，可为52cm。

4.如权利要求3所述的一种低成本的工字轮，其特征在于，所述侧板顶端距离中筒的距离为45-55cm。
5.如权利要求4所述的一种低成本的工字轮，其特征在于，所述侧板顶端距离中筒的距离为52cm。
