Abstract
本发明涉及医疗用具领域，特别公开了一种抗菌缝合针涂层方法。该抗菌缝合针涂层方法，其特征在于：以三七、白及、白茅根、没食子酸、紫草素和硬脂酸钙为原料，将各原料装入反应釜内，加热搅拌，经过滤取清液加热浓缩，得到清澈透明淡黄涂层浆液；在封闭的清洁工作室内，取涂层浆液置于玻璃皿中，将缝合针浸泡在涂层浆液中，取出晾干，实现涂层目的。本发明具有抗菌消炎、抗氧化和良好的降解性能，产品经临床应用，使用范围广，效果良好，未发现有过敏、刺激或炎症反应，并具备杀菌、消炎、抑菌作用，还可增加伤口强度，加速伤口愈合。
Description
（一） 技术领域
本发明涉及医疗用具领域，特别涉及一种抗菌缝合针涂层方法。
（二） 背景技术
医用缝合针主要用于外科手术缝合，原料多为不锈钢丝在针尾钻孔或开槽制成，外表经打磨、电解处理，应当十分光滑；但是无论怎样酸化、电解以及抛光，针体表面总有肉眼无法观察到的细微毛刺，所以在进行人体肌肉组织缝合时，总会破坏肌肉组织神经元，患者会感觉到疼痛。
为了减轻患者在缝合时的肌肉痛感，人们想到给针体增加涂层，目的是使针体经过涂层处理，更加光滑，比其他缝合针更容易穿刺组织，尽量减轻患者痛苦。目前，大多采用硅化法，即在针尖刃口上涂抹或浸蘸硅油作为润滑剂；虽说医用硅油无毒无味，但其毕竟为化工产品，使用时残留物会改变肉体组织结构。另外，医用硅塑剂的活性很强，裸露在空气中会发生化学反应形成凝胶状物质。
（三） 发明内容
本发明为了弥补现有技术的不足，提供了一种步骤简单、使用效果好的抗菌缝合针涂层方法。
本发明是通过如下技术方案实现的：
一种抗菌缝合针涂层方法，其特征在于：以三七、白及、白茅根、没食子酸、紫草素和硬脂酸钙为原料，将各原料装入反应釜内，釜内温度控制为40-60℃，搅拌4-6小时，经过滤取清液加热浓缩，得到清澈透明淡黄涂层浆液，然后在30-40℃密封恒温容器中保存，备用；在封闭的清洁工作室内，保持室内温度25-28℃，相对湿度为15-30%，取15-20ml涂层浆液置于玻璃皿中，将缝合针浸泡在涂层浆液中，30-60min后取出晾干，实现涂层目的。
本发明将涂层浆液的原料设置为中药成分，制得的涂层在缝合后的伤口恢复中，能更好地降低伤口感染、发炎的可能性，并在缝合中有较好的止血功能；同时涂层使针尖刃口更光滑，更容易穿透机体组织，对微小神经元损伤更小，可大大减轻患者痛感；另外，涂层脱落物能更好地被人体组织吸收，因中药成分较多，不会破坏肌肉组织结构。
本发明的更优方案为：
所述各原料的重量配比为，三七20-25%、白及10-15%、白茅根8-10%、没食子酸10-20%、紫草素10-20%、硬脂酸钙20-30%。
其中，三七用于止血散瘀，消肿定痛；白及用于收敛止血，消肿生肌；白茅根用于清热生津，凉血止血，利尿通淋；没食子酸具有抗菌、抗病毒、抗肿瘤作用；紫草素具有抗炎、抗癌、抗菌作用；硬脂酸钙作为一种良好的无毒热稳定剂和润滑剂使用。
所述缝合针浸泡在涂层浆液中时，针尖全部浸没液体，且液体不超过缝合针的高度。
所述缝合针涂层后，其涂层厚度为0.2mm。
本发明具有抗菌消炎、抗氧化和良好的降解性能，产品经临床应用，使用范围广，效果良好，未发现有过敏、刺激或炎症反应，并具备杀菌、消炎、抑菌作用，还可增加伤口强度，加速伤口愈合。
（四） 具体实施方式
实施例：
涂层材料的调配比例：三七20-25%、白及10-15%、白茅根8-10%、没食子酸10-20%、紫草素10-20%、硬脂酸钙20-30%。
将上述原料配比的原料装入反应釜内，釜内温度控制在40-60℃，搅拌4-6小时，经过滤取清液，再加热浓缩0.5小时，成为清澈透明淡黄浆液，然后在30-40℃密封恒温容器中保存，备用。
在封闭一万级的洁净工作室内，保持室内温度25-28℃，相对湿度15-30%，取涂层液体15-20ml放于玻璃皿中，将缝合针浸泡于涂层液中，针尖全部浸没液体（根据实际情况最好不要超过针高度），浸泡30-60分钟后取出晾干，涂层厚度约为0.2mm。

1.一种抗菌缝合针涂层方法，其特征在于：以三七、白及、白茅根、没食子酸、紫草素和硬脂酸钙为原料，将各原料装入反应釜内，釜内温度控制为40-60℃，搅拌4-6小时，经过滤取清液加热浓缩，得到清澈透明淡黄涂层浆液，然后在30-40℃密封恒温容器中保存，备用；在封闭的清洁工作室内，保持室内温度25-28℃，相对湿度为15-30%，取15-20ml涂层浆液置于玻璃皿中，将缝合针浸泡在涂层浆液中，30-60min后取出晾干，实现涂层目的。
2.根据权利要求1所述的抗菌缝合针涂层方法，其特征在于：所述各原料的重量配比为，三七20-25%、白及10-15%、白茅根8-10%、没食子酸10-20%、紫草素10-20%、硬脂酸钙20-30%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的抗菌缝合针涂层方法，其特征在于：所述缝合针浸泡在涂层浆液中时，针尖全部浸没液体，且液体不超过缝合针的高度。
4.根据权利要求1所述的抗菌缝合针涂层方法，其特征在于：所述缝合针涂层后，其涂层厚度为0.2mm。
