发明内容
根据此处教导的分配盖的第一示例性实施例可操作用于从容器分配产品。在一个实施例中，产品可是液体产品。用于从容器分配产品的分配盖包括杯基部和计量杯。
杯基部具有内裙部、外裙部和顶板。顶板限定分配孔以允许从容器流出产品。在一个实施例中，管嘴围绕分配孔并从顶板延伸。管嘴可与顶板一体形成。管嘴的直径大于分配孔的直径。
衬垫可被置于分配孔附近。在一个实施例中，衬垫可移除地附接至分配孔附近。衬垫还可附接至定位在管嘴的内直径上的衬垫架或边缘上。
内裙部从顶板延伸并具有上部和下部。内裙部的下部构造并设置成接合容器的颈部。在一个实施例中，内裙部的下部具有至少一个或多个向内延伸的螺纹，用于螺纹接合在容器的颈部上的一个或多个螺纹。

具体实施方式
现在参考附图，在图1-3中第一示例性实施例被示出且总体以10标记。由于将在下面更详细地描述，根据此处教导的分配盖10的第一示例性实施例可操作用于分配来自容器12(图19)的产品。为了本公开的目的，在一个实施例中，产品可以是液体产品，如除草剂。
分配盖10是两件式分配盖10，其包括杯基部14和计量杯16。在一个实施例中，分配盖10由塑料材料制成，但可由用于分配产品的任何其它适当的材料制成。
参考图4-10，杯基部14具有内裙部15、外裙部18和顶板20。顶板20限定分配孔22(图22)以允许来自容器12的产品流出。在一个实施例中，管嘴24或倾倒管嘴围绕分配孔22的外轮廓并从顶板20延伸。管嘴24可与顶板20一体形成。管嘴24的直径大于分配孔22的直径。
内裙部15从顶板20延伸并具有上部15A和下部15B。内裙部15的下部15B构造并设置成接合容器12的颈部28。在一个实施例中，内裙部15的下部15B具有至少一个或多个向内延伸的螺纹26，用于螺纹接合在容器12的颈部28(图16，17A-D)上的一个或多个螺纹30。可选地，杯基部14可以是咬合或使用其它装置将杯基部14附接至容器12的颈部28。

外裙部18从顶板20延伸并具有上部18A和下部18B。外裙部18的上部18A具有至少一个或多个锁钩构件30A、30B以接合计量杯16。外裙部18的下部18B具有至少一个或多个锁钩区域32A、32B，其构造成基于施加在一个或多个锁钩区域32A、32B上的力，从计量杯16释放至少一个或多个锁钩构件30A、30B。在一个实施例中，锁钩区域都被同时挤压以释放锁钩区域。
在一个实施例中，内导管环34从顶板向下延伸以提供流导管。内导管环34可包围分配孔22的外直径，以便于从容器12分配产品。
参考图9-10，提供自对准特征以适当地将杯基部14定位在容器12的颈部28上。内裙部15的下部15B限定切口36，用于接合容器12的颈部28上的定位突起38，以便于杯基部14至产品容器12的适当定位。当杯基部14在颈部上旋转时，内裙部15中的切口36接合颈部28上的定位突起38，以便将倾倒管嘴24定位或对准至容器12的前面，处于便于显示或使用的始终如一的位置。应该意识到切口36可被沿着内裙部15限定，以按照需要调整倾倒管嘴24相对于容器12的位置。
内裙部15的下部15B还具有位于切口36附近的螺纹止挡部38或防转动突起，以在杯基部14螺纹附接至容器12的颈部28之后，防止杯基部14从容器12的颈部28移除。
参考图11-15，计量杯16被显示并示出。计量杯16具有带有阶梯内直径的总轮廓，将在下面被进一步解释。计量杯16包括计量杯本体16A、内计量杯裙部40和外计量杯裙部42。在一个实施例中，计量杯本体16A具有位于内表面上的指示流体盎司和毫升的计量标记，以便于产品的计量。计量杯16可由塑料材料制成，如透明塑料材料。

参考图18，衬垫44可被置于分配孔22附近。在一个实施例中，衬垫44可移除地附接至分配孔22附近。衬垫也可附接至定位在管嘴24的内直径上的衬垫架23(图8)或边缘。应当注意，传导衬垫或具有拉片46的其它类型的衬垫可被置于杯基部14的倾倒管嘴24的内直径上的衬垫架23上。
在一个实施例中，分配盖10具有在杯基部14的内裙部15和外裙部18之间的距离，其构造成接收计量杯16的外计量杯裙部42。在另一实施例中，内计量杯裙部40的直径小于杯基部14的内裙部15的直径。另外，外计量杯裙部42的直径小于杯基部14的外裙部18的直径。
分配盖10包括“压转”CR特征和从杯基部14上螺纹地移除计量杯16的组合。操作时，为了使用户释放计量杯16和杯基部14的CR特征，用户必须将杯基部14的锁钩区域32A、32B挤压到锁钩构件30A、30B之下，以从外计量杯裙部42的阶梯肩部42A释放锁钩构件30A、30B。此后，在释放CR特征之后，计量杯16被允许从杯基部14螺纹地移除。

Claims (15)

1.一种用于从容器分配产品的分配盖，所述分配盖包括：
杯基部，包括内裙部、外裙部和顶板，
所述顶板限定分配孔以允许来自所述容器的产品流出，
所述杯基部的内裙部从所述顶板延伸，所述杯基部的内裙部具有上部和下部，所述下部构造并设置成接合所述容器的颈部，所述上部构造并设置成接合计量杯，
所述杯基部的外裙部从所述顶板延伸，所述杯基部的外裙部具有上部和下部，所述外裙部的上部具有至少一个或多个锁钩构件以接合所述计量杯，所述外裙部的下部具有至少一个或多个锁钩区域，所述锁钩区域构造成当力施加在所述一个或多个锁钩区域上时从所述计量杯释放所述至少一个或多个锁钩构件；以及
所述计量杯包括计量杯本体、内计量杯裙部和外计量杯裙部，所述外计量杯裙部的外表面具有阶梯肩部，用于接合所述杯基部的至少一个或多个锁钩构件。
2.根据权利要求1所述的分配盖，其中，从所述容器分配的产品是液体产品。
3.根据权利要求1所述的分配盖，其中，所述杯基部的内裙部的下部具有至少一个或多个向内延伸的螺纹，用于螺纹接合在所述容器的颈部上的一个或多个螺纹。
4.根据权利要求1所述的分配盖，其中，所述内裙部的下部限定所述内裙部中的切口，用于接合所述容器的颈部上的定位突起，以便于将所述杯基部定位至所述产品容器。
5.根据权利要求4所述的分配盖，还包括：所述内裙部的下部具有位于所述切口附近的螺纹止挡突起。
