本发明公开了一种公变箱顶盖与箱体连接结构，包括箱体（1）和焊接在箱体（1）上的顶盖（2），所述的顶盖（2）包括四周面（4）和两个倾斜的顶面（3），所述的四周面（4）向顶盖（2）中心延伸有水平向的底壁（5），所述顶盖（2）的四周面（4）和底壁（5）均置露在所述箱体（1）的外侧，所述的底壁（5）一体成型有竖直向上的垂直边和向内的水平边，所述的折边（8）上焊有加强角钢。本发明公变箱顶盖与箱体连接结构承重能力强。

技术领域
本发明涉及公变箱，具体是一种公变箱顶盖与箱体连接结构。
背景技术
公变是居民公电形式的一种，是所在地的线路、变压器、到每户的电表全部由供电局安装、维护、管理的简称。公变箱包括顶盖和箱体，现有的公变箱都是顶盖直接焊接在箱体上，顶盖边缘和箱体的连接处为线性接触。公变箱一般都安装在室外，不能避免有其他物品如树枝等压在公变箱的顶盖上，采用现有的公变箱顶盖与箱体直接焊接的方法，顶盖的承重能力较差，长时间承受异物重力容易造成公变箱顶盖与箱体发生裂缝错位，影响公变箱的使用。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是：克服以上现有技术的缺陷，提供一种承重能力强的公变箱顶盖与箱体连接结构。
本发明所采取的技术方案是：一种公变箱顶盖与箱体连接结构，包括箱体和焊接在箱体上的顶盖，所述的顶盖包括四周面和两个倾斜的顶面，所述的四周面向顶盖中心延伸有水平向的底壁，所述顶盖的四周面和底壁均置露在所述箱体的外侧，所述的底壁带有折边，所述的折边上设有加强筋。
采用以上结构后，本发明公变箱顶盖与箱体连接结构与现有技术相比具有以下优点：顶盖的四周面与底壁均置露在箱体的外侧，而非四周面与箱体侧面在同一垂面上，可以保证顶盖平稳的安装在箱体上，不会因为发生稍微的相对以为而影响公变箱的使用，且雨水顺顶盖而下不易进入箱体内；底壁带有折边，折边上设有加强筋，加大了顶盖的沉重能力，使顶盖能够承受较大压力而不与箱体发生裂缝，从而增加了公变箱的使用寿命。
作为优选，所述的底壁带有折边是指，所述底壁一体成型有竖直向上的垂直边和向内的水平边。与底壁一体成形的直角折边的承重能力比其他形状的折边承重能力大。
作为优选，所述的折边上设有加强筋是指，所述的加强筋为角钢，所述角钢的两个折边分别与底壁上的垂直边和水平边焊接。选择角钢作为加强筋，加固了底壁上的折边，加大了承重能力，且可以根据公变箱顶盖的大小和重量选择合适的角钢，方便更换。
作为优选所述角钢的折边宽度大于底壁上一体成型的垂直边和水平边的宽度，所述加强筋竖直折边超出底壁上垂直边的部分与箱体焊接，所述的箱体的顶端与底壁焊接。除了底壁与箱体线性接触固定外，角钢折边超出的部分也与箱体固定连接，使顶盖与箱体的连接更牢固。

下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明作进一步说明。
如图所示，本发明公变箱顶盖与箱体连接结构，包括箱体1和焊接在箱体1上的顶盖2，所述的顶盖2包括四周面4和两个倾斜的顶面3，所述的四周面4向顶盖2中心延伸有水平向的底壁5，所述顶盖2的四周面4和底壁5均置露在所述箱体1的外侧，所述的底壁5带有折边8，所述的折边8上设有加强筋9。
所述的底壁5带有折边8是指，所述底壁5一体成型有竖直向上的垂直边和向内的水平边。所述的折边8上设有加强筋9是指，所述的加强筋9为角钢，所述角钢的两个折边分别与底壁5上的垂直边和水平边焊接。所述角钢的折边宽度大于底壁5上一体成型的垂直边和水平边的宽度，所述加强筋9竖直折边超出底壁5上垂直边的部分与箱体1焊接，所述的箱体1的顶端与底壁5焊接。
本发明在制造过程中顶盖2倾斜的两个顶面3呈153°角，能够有效防止雨水在顶盖2上形成积水。所述的底壁5上设有多个散热孔6，所述的散热孔6为长腰孔，底壁5的内侧设有过滤网7，所述的过滤网7遮住底壁上的散热孔6，箱体1内部产生的热量能够从散热孔6处及时散出，使整个公变箱的散热效果较好，过滤网7遮住散热孔6，在不影响散热的前提下，可以有效防止昆虫等异物进入公变箱内，影响公变箱的使用。所述的箱体1上设有观察口10用于观察箱内的电表等是否正常工作，由于观察口10的位置较高，加强筋9的竖直折边会与观察口10冲突，为方便观察口10的设置，需要在加强筋9的相应位置设置一个缺口11。
以上就本发明较佳的实施例作了说明，但不能理解为是对权利要求的限制。本发明不仅局限于以上实施例，其具体结构允许有变化，凡在本发明独立要求的保护范围内所作的各种变化均在本发明的保护范围内。

1.一种公变箱顶盖与箱体连接结构，包括箱体（1）和焊接在箱体（1）上的顶盖（2），所述的顶盖（2）包括四周面（4）和两个倾斜的顶面（3），所述的四周面（4）向顶盖（2）中心延伸有水平向的底壁（5），其特征在于：所述顶盖（2）的四周面（4）和底壁（5）均置露在所述箱体（1）的外侧，所述的底壁（5）带有折边（8），所述的折边（8）上设有加强筋（9）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的公变箱顶盖与箱体连接结构，其特征在于：所述的底壁（5）带有折边（8）是指，所述底壁（5）一体成型有竖直向上的垂直边和向内的水平边。
3.根据权利要求1所述的公变箱顶盖与箱体连接结构，其特征在于：所述的折边（8）上设有加强筋（9）是指，所述的加强筋（9）为角钢，所述角钢的两个折边分别与底壁（5）上的垂直边和水平边焊接。
4.根据权利要求3所述的公变箱顶盖与箱体连接结构，其特征在于：所述角钢的折边宽度大于底壁（5）上一体成型的垂直边和水平边的宽度，所述加强筋（9）竖直折边超出底壁（5）上垂直边的部分与箱体（1）焊接，所述的箱体（1）的顶端与底壁（5）焊接。
