Abstract

本发明提供了一种新型的硬塑钢产品的制造技术,它是通过在塑料产品的塑料材质内加入了一经自增强处理的钢板网规格型材做骨架,达到提高原塑料产品的刚度,降低挠度,提高耐压和抗裂性能。

Description

钢板网增强的硬塑钢产品的制造技术
本发明提供了一种新型的硬塑钢产品的制造技术。塑料制品质轻,易加工,抗蚀性能好,广泛应用在各行各业,如化工、建筑、装璜、日用品等。就化工生产中使用PVC塑料管材和板材情况来看:由于PVC塑料管材和板材的刚度差、挠度大、耐压和抗裂性能差,因此在化工生产使用时,往往是采用以型钢材料做为支撑和在管外用玻璃布缠绕等手段来克服其缺陷,故而在使用PVC塑料管材和板材的同时消耗了较多的钢材,这在中小口径的PVC管材和薄板材的使用中尤为突出。为了解决其缺陷,在设计时,只得根据PVC塑料管材和板材的现场使用情况,在塑料管材的下面及管架上增加铺设一根与塑料管材同样长度的型钢(角钢或槽钢)做支撑,而在塑料板材的结构外增加一结构钢架做支撑。由于化工生产使用环境恶劣,大气腐蚀严重加之型钢上结液严重,故一般使用没有几年,钢材支撑就被严重的腐蚀了,给化工生产的安全正常使用带来了危害,而且浪费了较多的钢材。
本发明的目的是提供一种具有钢板网内增强的硬塑钢产品的制造技术。达到提高塑料产品的刚度,降低挠度,增加耐压和抗裂性能。
实现本发明的技术方案是:
将钢板网按塑料产品的所需规格进行落料裁剪,然后制钢板网结构型材,为了提高钢板网结构型材的综合机械性能,将制成的钢板网结构型材进行自增强工艺处理(冷拉、冷轧、冷弯),处理后整形为钢板网规格型材,然后酸洗去污,清洗吹干后:(A)将钢板网规格型材放入挤塑或注塑专用模具内与塑料挤塑或注塑成型,塑料物质填满钢板网孔隙并包容于整个钢板网规格型材,冷却后即得到所需的硬塑钢产品;或(B)将钢板网规格型材置入已在模具上进行了缠绕的玻璃钢半成品中后,继续缠绕制造工作,玻璃钢物质填满钢板网孔隙并包容于个钢板网规格型材,固化后即得到所需的硬塑钢产品。
如使用该技术生产出的硬塑钢管材和板材的话,在同等条件下与现有技术的塑料管材和板材的性能比较,其刚度好、挠度小、耐压和抗裂性能提高,解决了在生产中使用塑料管材和板材时,为克服原有的缺陷,而增加一型钢支撑的措施,这样不但节约了钢材,而且改善了化工工艺生产条件,延长了使用寿命,并使安全生产,厂容厂貌都得到了改善。此外,该技术还可广泛地应用在其他塑料产品的加工制造中,生产出各种规格和形状的硬塑钢产品。
图1是硬塑钢管材的局部剖视示意图。
参看图1,图中(1)、(3)表示硬塑钢管材的内外壁塑料物质层,图中(2)表示硬塑钢管材内的钢板网层,钢板网孔隙部分,均被塑料物质填满,根据实际需要,硬塑钢管材的内、外壁塑料层可以是由分别两种不同塑料成分组成的塑料物质层。
参看图2,图中(1)、(3)表示硬塑钢板材的上下两侧塑料物质层,图(2)表示硬塑钢板材内的钢板网层,钢板网孔隙部分,均被塑料物质填满,根据实际需要:硬塑钢板上下两侧的塑料层,可以是由分别两种不同塑料成分组成的塑料物质层。如在注塑工艺时可通过两次注塑法生产,可通过先注塑一侧后,再注塑另一侧便可达到本发明目的。也可通过先注塑钢板网内侧塑料层、外层采用玻璃缠绕包履成内外两种不同的树脂层。
实施例1
以生产Dg80毫米的钢板网规格型材做骨架的硬塑钢管材为例:
选用h=2.5毫米,网格尺寸为29×80mm的钢板网,落料卷制焊接成直径90×4000mm的钢板网管,将该钢板网管以内径为84毫米进行冷拉自增强处理,(冷拉后的其中一部分钢板网用于制弯头,制弯头的钢网管进行机械弯制)冷拉后的钢板网管的一端进行扩头,然后将整管裁剪整形成为直径84×4000mm的规格钢板网管,将规格钢板网管投入酸槽中进行酸洗除污处理,经清水洗净吹干后:(A):将吹干后的规格钢板网管的大头放入挤塑或注塑专用模具中进行挤塑或注塑成型后逐步拉出,拉出部分加水冷却后成成品硬塑钢管材;或(B)将吹干后的规格钢板网管,紧紧地置入已在模具上进行了缠绕的玻璃钢半成品的管外壁上,将拌有玻璃纤维的树脂刷在钢板网管上,以填满钢网孔隙为准,边刷边继续缠绕玻璃钢的工作将钢板网全部包裹后,继续按原玻璃钢的操作工艺进行玻璃钢管的制造。直至制成管材,经固化后成成品硬塑钢管材。
实施例2:
以生产钢板网规格型材做骨架的厚度=8毫米的硬塑钢板材为例:
选用h=2.5毫米,网格尺寸为29×80mm的钢板网,落料裁剪制成所需的钢板网片材,将该钢板网进行轧压自增强处理,然后整形成规格钢板网片材,将该钢板网片材投入酸槽中进行酸洗除污处理,经清水洗净吹干后,(A)将吹干后的规格钢板网片材,放入挤塑或注塑专用模具中进行挤塑或注塑逐步成型,加冷水冷却后成成品硬塑钢板材

;或(B)将吹干后的规格钢板网片材,紧紧地置入已在模具上进行了缠绕,复盖的玻璃钢半成品上,将拌有玻璃钢纤维的树脂刷在钢板网片材上,以填满钢板网片材孔隙为准,边刷边继续按原玻璃钢的操作工艺进行产品的制造,直至制成产品后,经固化后成成品硬塑钢板材。

Claims (4)

1、一种钢板网增强的硬塑钢产品的制造技术,它包括钢板网的落料,制钢板网规格型材,酸洗,清洗吹干后,经挤塑或注塑;或玻璃钢缠绕,复盖,冷却固化工艺,其特征在于:在塑钢产品内置入一钢板网规格型材做骨架,该钢板网规格型材经自增强工艺处理。
2、根据权利要求1中所述的制造技术,其特征在于:吹干后的钢板网规格型材放入挤塑或注塑专用模具内与塑料挤塑或注塑成型,塑料物质填满钢板网孔隙,并包容于整个钢板网规格型材,冷却后成硬塑钢产品。
3、根据权利要求1中所述的制造技术,其特征在于:在玻璃钢产品的制造过程中,吹干后的钢板网规格型材置入玻璃钢制品中,玻璃钢物质填满钢板网孔隙,并包容于整个钢板网规格型材,固化后成硬塑钢产品。
4、根据权利要求1中所述的制造技术,其特征在于:硬塑钢产品的内外塑料物质层,可以是由两种不同成份的塑料层组成。
