Description

用于电动阀的组件
本发明涉及用于机动车领域中的电动阀、且更确切地用于与包括共轨的燃料喷射系统相关的排放阀的组件。本发明还涉及用于制造或拆卸这种组件的过程以及拆卸工具。
参考图1,用于电动阀的已知组件1可控制在由多个燃烧室共用的共轨中的燃料喷射,这些后面提及的元件(阀、共轨和燃烧室)都未被示出。
为此目的,这种组件1包括盘管单元2,该盘管单元接收大致筒形壳体11,该筒形壳体的其中一个端部12被插入到螺线管13的轴向槽中,目的在于控制阀的运动。筒形壳体11的另一端14带有螺纹15,该螺纹与液压单元17的接头16协作,目的在于在燃料最后喷射到燃烧室之前由组件1来引入处于之后要增大的压力下的燃料。

当将螺线管13与阀壳体11配合时,环22被压缩直到螺线管13由夹环18轴向锁定并且与液压单元17相关。
这种过程允许在制造组件1期间通过轴向旋转来定位螺线管11,而弹性环22上的负载在产品寿命期间避免使得螺线管13旋转。
但是,在不损坏该组件的元件的情况下,不可拆卸该已知组件。实际上,在不机械地拉伸该组件的一个元件并且破坏其结构的情况下,前述的制造过程是不可逆的。
实际上,该不可逆性提供了该组件的强度的可靠性,但是该组件的拆卸成本由至少一个受损元件的价格来增加。
此外,损坏元件代表在其正常使用期间相对于受损元件的状态来说的信息丢失。因此,如果一个元件就像是由旨在检查该元件的拆卸过程自身来损坏的话,那么这种过程是不可靠的。
本发明的目的在于通过提出一种在不损坏其任何元件的情况下可被拆卸的组件来补救前述缺点中的至少一个。

8. 一种用于拆卸根据权利要求1至6中任一项所述的组件(30)的过程,所述组件(30)包括盘管单元(32)和液压单元(35)两者,其中,螺线管能够控制所述电动阀在壳体内沿给定轴线(35)的运动,所述液压单元用于提供处于所述喷射压力下的燃料,夹环(38)定位在所述盘管单元(32)的腔以及所述液压单元(35)的腔中,以保持所述盘管单元(32)和所述液压单元(35)相关联,其特征在于,所述过程包括如下步骤:借助将臂(48)引入通过所述槽(46)来推动所述夹环(38),直到所述盘管单元(32)从所述液压单元(35)被拆卸。
9. 根据权利要求8所述的过程,其中,所述过程还包括如下步骤:使用存在接触部(62)和螺纹部(58)的工具(50, 54),所述接触部的形状匹配组件形状的一部分,其中,螺母(56)被固定以便阻挡包括螺钉(64)的中间支撑件(60),所述螺钉的螺杆形成为要被拧入到螺纹槽(38)中的所述臂(48)。
10. 一种拆卸工具(50, 54),所述拆卸工具的目的在于操作根据前述权利要求1至6中任一项所述的组件(30),所述工具包括接触部(62)和螺纹部(58),所述接触部的形状匹配组件形状的一部分,其中,螺母(56)被固定以便阻挡包括螺钉(64)的中间支撑件(60),所述螺钉要被推入到所述组件(30)的螺纹槽(38)中。
