Abstract

一种标示结构，用以固定贴合于电子装置的壳体的曲面上，标示结构包括本体及由本体侧面向外延伸形成的固定部，固定部用以与电子装置的壳体的曲面相固接，固定部包括经由切割形成的多个弹性臂，多个弹性臂呈放射状排布，且相邻的弹性臂之间留有间隙，每一弹性臂包括一个弹性部，每一个弹性部相对本体能够弹性弯折变形，每一个弹性部包括一个与电子装置的壳体的曲面相固接的固定面。上述标示结构具有不易脱落的优点。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种标示结构，特别涉及一种贴合于曲面的标示结构。
背景技术
一些电子装置的壳体上需贴合商标及导光柱等标示结构，以达到标示及美观效果。一般电子装置的壳体上设有弧形的曲面，曲面上贯通开设有安装孔。标示结构包括固定部及凸设于固定部上的本体，固定部也呈曲面状以与曲面相匹配，并通过双面胶将标示结构与壳体的曲面相固接，本体凸出于安装孔外。由于壳体的曲面在加工中会受到碰撞，导致曲面的轮廊度不稳定，使得曲面与标示结构的固定部无法紧密贴合于一起，从而导致标示结构易脱落。
发明内容
鉴于以上内容，有必要提供一种不易脱落的标示结构。
一种标示结构，用以固定贴合于电子装置的壳体的曲面上，该标示结构包括本体及由该本体侧面向外延伸形成的固定部，该固定部用以与电子装置的壳体的曲面相固接，该固定部包括经由切割形成的多个弹性臂，该多个弹性臂呈放射状排布，且相邻的该弹性臂之间留有间隙，每一弹性臂包括一个弹性部，每一个弹性部相对该本体能够弹性弯折变形，每一个弹性部包括一个与该电子装置的壳体的曲面相固接的固定面。
本发明的标示结构采用本体及由本体的第一表面的边缘延伸形成的固定部，固定部切割为多个弹性臂，多个弹性臂相对本体能够弹性弯折变形，使多个弹性臂能够分别独立的与电子装置的壳体的曲面相贴合于一起，从而标示结构不易从电子装置的壳体的曲面上脱落。

具体实施方式
请参阅图1，本发明的标示结构100用以贴合于电子装置(图未示)的壳体200的曲面201上。电子装置的壳体200的曲面201上贯通开设有安装孔203。标示结构100包括本体10及由围绕本体10侧面向外延伸形成的固定部30。本体10部分凸出于电子装置的壳体200的安装孔203外，固定部30通过粘合件50固定贴合于电子装置的壳体200的曲面201上。
本实施方式中，本体10大致呈三角形块状，本体10包括相对的第一表面11与第二表面13以及与第一表面11和第二表面13相连接的侧面15。固定部30为侧面15靠近第一表面11的位置处向外延伸形成。第二表面13凸出于电子装置的壳体200的安装孔203外。可以理解，本体10的形状不限于本实施方式中的三角形状，也可以是其他形状，例如矩形状或圆形状。本实施方式中，粘合件50为双面胶。
请同时参阅图2至图4，固定部30由侧面15靠近第一表面11的位置处向外延伸形成，本发明实施方式中，固定部30包括经由切割形成的多个弹性臂31，且相邻的弹性臂31之间留有间隙，以便每一个弹性臂31能够朝向远离或靠近第一表面11的方向弹性弯折。每一弹性臂31包括与本体10的侧面15相连接的固接部311及由固接部311远离本体10的一端延伸形成的弹性部313。每一个弹性部313包括一个固定面3131，多个弹性部313的固定面3131共同形成一个与电子装置的壳体200的曲面201相贴合的曲面310，曲面310通过粘合件50固定贴合于电子装置的壳体200的曲面201上。本发明实施方式中，弹性臂31由不锈钢制成，可以理解，其还可以为铝合金、镁合金等金属材料制成。
使用时，将标示结构100放置于电子装置的壳体200的曲面201上，本体10的第二表面13对准安装孔203，弹性臂31的弹性部313与电子装置的壳体200的曲面201相抵持；然后，按压本体10的第一表面11，本体10的第二表面13凸出于安装孔203外，固定部30固定于曲面201上，从而实现标示结构100固定贴合于电子装置的壳体200的曲面201上。
本发明的标示结构100采用本体10及由本体10的侧面15延伸形成的固定部30，固定部30切割为多个弹性臂31，多个弹性臂31相对本体10能够弹性弯折变形，使多个弹性臂31能够分别独立的与电子装置的壳体200的曲面201相贴合于一起，从而标示结构100不易从电子装置的壳体200的曲面201上脱落。
可以理解，固接部311可以省略，对应地，直接将弹性部313与本体10连接即可。
可以理解的是，对于本领域的普通技术人员来说，可以根据本发明的技术构思做出其它各种像应的改变与变形，而所有这些改变与变形都应属于本发明权利要求的保护范围。

Claims (4)

1.一种标示结构，用以固定贴合于电子装置的壳体的曲面上，该标示结构包括本体及由该本体侧面向外延伸形成的固定部，该固定部用以与电子装置的壳体的曲面相固接，其特征在于：该固定部包括经由切割形成的多个弹性臂，该多个弹性臂呈放射状排布，且相邻的该弹性臂之间留有间隙，每一弹性臂包括一个弹性部，每一个弹性部相对该本体能够弹性弯折变形，每一个弹性部包括一个与该电子装置的壳体的曲面相固接的固定面。
2.如权利要求1所述的标示结构，其特征在于：该固定部由金属材质制成。
3.如权利要求1所述的标示结构，其特征在于：该本体包括第一表面及与该第一表面相连接的侧面，该多个弹性臂还包括固接部，该固接部为该侧面靠近该第一表面的位置处向外延伸形成，该弹性部由该固接部远离该本体的一端延伸形成。
4.如权利要求1所述的标示结构，其特征在于：该每一个弹性部均包括一个固定面，该多个弹性部的固定面共同形成一个曲面，该曲面用以与电子装置的壳体的曲面相连接。
