本发明提供了一种新型高效多功能汽油添加剂。添加于车用汽油中,通过对汽油的改性处理,改善汽油在汽油机中的燃烧性能,提高热效率,可降低汽油油耗10-30%,提高汽油机功率5-20%,降低排气有害物质排量5-25%,延长汽油机使用寿命。
该添加剂是以高含氢化合物、醇类、金属盐类催化剂、助溶剂为组分,以甲醇和汽油混合物为载体,按适当比例制成的。呈液态或固态。使用时,按1-5/104容积比直接添加于车用汽油中。适用于各种汽油机和各种气候条件,亦适用于各种汽油燃炉。

Description

高效多功能汽油添加剂
本发明涉及一种添加于车用汽油中,实现提高汽油燃烧效率和节约汽油及降低燃烧后有害物质排放作用的多功能化学添加剂。
国外与本发明同属汽油节油添加剂类的日本专利JP60-63288,节油率为5--10%;美国专利US145190,节油率为12.5--15.5%;美国专利U84099930,节油率为10--25%。以上三项专利是目前国外节油率较高的汽油添加剂专利,国内汽油节油添加剂的节油率都在10--15%,多是含水乳化剂。
本发明的目的是提供一种新型的、高效的、便于实施的、多种功能的、不含水的汽油用化学助燃剂。添加于车用汽油中,起到降低汽油消耗量、提高汽油机功率、减少废气有害物质排放量、延长汽油机使用寿命的作用。
本发明是这样实现的:根据汽油机中汽油的燃烧过程,通过对汽油的改性处理,改变和控制火焰传播速度,将原来在后燃期燃烧的汽油提前到显然期燃烧,并提高后燃期的完全燃烧率,从而改善燃烧过程,提高汽油机热效率,达到节约燃油和提高功率的目的。并利用催化作用将因缺氧燃烧而存在于废气中的有害物质如CO、HC等转换为CO2,H2O等无害物质,降低有害物质的排放。由于含碳物质的完全燃烧率提高,汽油机气缸中积碳减少,因而减少了机械磨损,延长了汽油机的使用寿命。为了达到以上目的,选择了多种功能的化学助燃剂对汽油进行改性处理的方法,以高含氢化合物为主体,以醇类为辅助添加剂,金属盐类为催化剂,以及助溶剂,按一定比例溶于载体中配制成助燃剂。载体由甲醇与汽油以一定配比互溶组成。采用的高含氢化合物。六甲基四胺[(CH2)8N4]、偏苯三酸酯[C6H3(COOR)3]、2,2,4--三甲基戊烷[(CH3)3CCH2CH2CH3]、环烷酸钴[CoC6H12]、辛酸锰[Mn[CH3(CH2)8COO]2]、硝基苯[C6H3NO2]。采用的醇类:乙醇[C2H5OH]、 、正辛醇[CH3(CH2)7OH]、丁酮[CH3-COC2H3]、

采用的金属盐类催化剂:硫酸亚铁[FeSO4]、硫酸铜[CuSO4]、醋酸铜[Cl2CO3(OH)2]和镍[Ni]、铂[Pt]、铝[Al]、钒[V]的盐。助溶剂:烷基苯、氯代芳烃。将上述主体添加剂中的任意2--4种各取1个基本量、辅助添加剂中的任意2--3种各取1个基本量,催化剂中的任意1种取1个基本量及任意1种助溶剂取1个基本量与载体配制成10--35%重量浓度的液体,或加酯类物质制成固体,即制成助燃剂。载体中甲醇/汽油=100--20%(重量比)。使用时,按车用汽油的万分之一至万之五容积比加入助燃剂。通过试验检测,节油率为10--30%,汽油机功率提高5--20%,排气有害物质降低5--25%。
本发明的最佳实施方案为:按偏苯三酸酯为4,六甲基四胺为4,异戊醇为12,正辛醇为5,硝基苯为4,环烷酸钴为2,硫酸铜为0.7,烷基苯为3.5加入载体甲醇中制成30%重量浓度溶液。
