本发明公开了一种沼气站运行状况智能诊断方法,包括如下步骤:(1)建立沼气站运行参数标准数据库;(2)将沼气站实时采集的运行参数数据与标准数据库进行比较;(3)找到沼气站运行参数数值大于设定阈值的数据记录;(4)将该数据记录中所记录的趋势和症状进行反馈。采用本发明所述沼气站运行状况智能诊断方法能够实时了解沼气站的运行状况,以便根据反馈结果对沼气站运行参数进行相应的调整,能够更快、更有效地解决沼气站运行过程中出现的各种问题。

本发明涉及计算机应用领域,具体涉及一种沼气站运行状况智能诊断方法。
 
背景技术
目前沼气行业飞速发展,已进入产业化阶段。沼气站从单一、小型等模式向规模化发展。沼气站运行效率、工艺运行状态直接影响产气率、从而直接影响沼气站的效益。而目前各个沼气站独立运行,其工艺力量薄弱,不能很好的处理大型沼气站运行过程中出现的各类问题,不能保证沼气工艺运行状态。因此建立生物智能诊断系统解决沼气站运行过程中出现的各种问题具有重大意义。
 
发明内容
本发明克服现有技术存在的不足,所要解决的技术问题为提供一种生物智能诊断系统。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种沼气站运行状况智能诊断方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)建立沼气站运行参数标准数据库;
(2)将沼气站实时采集的运行参数数据与标准数据库进行比较;
(3)找到沼气站运行参数数据数值大于设定阈值的数据记录;
(4)将该数据记录中所记录的趋势和症状进行反馈。
进一步地,沼气站运行参数标准数据库为运行工艺参数标准数据库。
进一步地,沼气站运行参数标准数据库为运行设备运行参数标准数据库。
进一步地,运行工艺参数标准数据库的数据包括选自温度、压力、流量、液位、搅拌时间、浓度、pH值中的至少一种。
进一步地,设备运行参数标准数据库的数据包括选自运行时间、运行频率、运行方式中的至少一种。
在沼气站的运行过程中,将当前沼气站运行的数据包括温度、压力、流量、液位、搅拌时间、浓度、PH值等参数与运行工艺参数标准数据库进行比较,找到沼气站运行参数数值大于设定阈值的数据记录,将该数据记录中所记录的趋势和症状进行反馈;将当前沼气站设备的运行和使用情况(如运行时间、运行频率、运行方式等)与设备运行参数标准数据库进行比较,找到沼气站运行参数数值大于设定阈值的数据记录,将该数据记录中所记录的趋势和症状进行反馈,得出沼气站运行的诊断结果,而后根据该诊断结果对沼气站运行参数进行相应的调整。
采用本发明所述的沼气站运行状况智能诊断方法,通过建立运行
参数标准数据库,对沼气站运行过程中出现的问题和解决方法进行积累,能够更快、更有效地解决沼气站运行过程中出现的各种问题。
 
具体实施方式
一种沼气站运行状况智能诊断方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)建立沼气站运行参数标准数据库;
(2)将沼气站实时采集的数据与标准数据库进行比较;
(3)找到数值大于设定阈值的数据记录;
(4)将该数据记录中所记录的趋势和症状进行反馈。
沼气站运行参数标准数据库包括运行工艺参数标准数据库,设备运行参数准数据库。运行工艺参数标准数据库的数据包括选自温度、压力、流量、液位、搅拌时间、浓度、pH,设备运行参数标准数据库的数据包括运行时间、运行频率、运行方式。
沼气站运行参数标准数据库的建立即利用大量的沼气站运行数据的统计,统计几种主要规模的沼气站(如规模为500m3,1000m3,2000m3,3000m3)的不同工艺类型(如中温发酵、高温发酵)以及不同原料类型的运行数据,包括运行工艺参数和设备运行参数,发掘其中的规律和标准数据,将此标准数据制作成运行参数标准数据库,并在生物智能诊断系统运行和使用过程中不断对运行参数标准数据库进行完善。
在沼气站的运行过程中,将当前沼气站运行的数据包括温度、压力、流量、液位、搅拌时间、浓度、PH值通过检索系统与运行工艺参数标准数据库进行比较,找到沼气站运行参数数值大于设定阈值的数据记录,将该数据记录中所记录的趋势和症状进行反馈;将当前沼气站设备的运行和使用情况(如运行时间、运行频率、运行方式等)与设备运行参数标准数据库进行比较,找到沼气站运行参数数值大于设定阈值的数据记录,将该数据记录中所记录的趋势和症状进行反馈,得出沼气站运行的诊断结果,而后根据该诊断结果对沼气站运行参数进行相应的调整。

1.一种沼气站运行状况智能诊断方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)建立沼气站运行参数标准数据库;
(2)将沼气站实时采集的运行参数数据与标准数据库进行比较;
(3)找到沼气站运行参数数值大于设定阈值的数据记录;
(4)将该数据记录中所记录的趋势和症状进行反馈。
