Abstract
本发明提供一种铸铁散热器,其特征是:在外形结构设计中散热腔体后边线S-S2自上而下向外倾斜,其侧面布有与散热腔体后边线S-S2向外上方倾斜的翼片4,本发明减少用料,提高单位重量的散热表面积,缩短交换气流流程,提高对流表面散热温差,使热气流向室内方向排出,提高散热器的热效率。
Description
本发明属于建筑工程采暖用的散热器。现有的散热器,如大、小60长翼型散热器,813、760、M132等柱型散热器,由于这些散热器竖向尺寸高,气流沿散热器表面平行向上运动距离过长,平均散热温差较小,根据散热量与气流通过散热器的温差成正比,因此,该散热器散热量小,热效率低。TFO.3/1-6型散热器具有竖向尺寸小,散热效率高的优点,但其气流沿散热器表面平行向上运动,与长翼型和柱型一样均属于平行对称形体,当散热气流沿着墙面向上运动时将携带的尘埃附着于墙面上,存在污染墙面和加速老化墙面装贴等缺点。
本发明目的在于提供一种铸铁散热器,减少用料,提高单位重量的散热表面积,缩短交换气流流程,提高对流表面散热温差,使热气流向室内方向排出,提高散热器热效率。
本发明的铸铁散热器,其特征是:在外形结构设计中散热腔体后边线S-S2,自上而下向外倾斜,其侧面布有与散热腔体后边线S-S2向外上方倾斜的翼片4。
本发明的铸铁散热器由带支撑足的单体Y1、Y2和无支撑足单体W1、W2……组合而成,图1中的H和M分别为组合后散热器的宽度和高度,组合后的铸铁散热器的外形结构是无空隙的辐射面其辐射系数近100%。
图1是散热器组的正视图,图2是图1的B向视图。图中标记1热媒进口,2回水口,3内腔,4翼片,5过渡气道,6冷空气,7热空气,S-S1散热器组的后边线就是带支撑足单体的后边线,经工程安装贴紧于墙面,无足单体W1、W2……的后边线S-S2与S-S1夹角a构成过渡气道5。冷空气6从底部进入,经过过渡气道5,分别进入各翼片4之间,热媒进口1进入热媒经内腔3通过腔壁传至翼片与过渡气流进行热交换,热气流7排放向室内,通过热交换后的热媒从回水口2进入回路。由于散热器与墙构成上收敛形过流气道,使过渡气流加速向翼片4之间运动并向室内排出,使交换空气流量加大。
同现有技术比较本发明具有以下优点:
1、缩短翼片尺寸,减少用料,降低生产成本。
2、提高单位重量的散热表面积,散热效率高。
3、墙壁不受气流污染。

1、一种铸铁散热器,包含有若干个散热腔体,每个散热腔体皆带有内腔,热媒进口,回水口,前后散热腔体带有支撑足,其特征在于:在外形结构设计中散热腔体后边线(S-S2)自上而下向外倾斜,其侧面布有与散热腔体后边线(S-S2)向外上方倾斜的翼片(4)。
