本发明公开了一种玻璃钢衬塑管及其生产方法,玻璃钢衬塑管包括有玻璃钢层,玻璃钢层内壁设有一层PE内管,PE内管外周熔接有螺旋绕在PE内管外壁的空心的PE螺旋筋管,PE螺旋筋管嵌入在玻璃钢层内壁中。所述的PE内管具有更佳的防湿防腐性能,不容易老化,玻璃钢层具有较高的硬度和机械强度,两者相互配合形成互补,整体上减缓了该种玻璃钢衬塑管的老化,延长了使用寿命。PE为食品级卫生材料,使该管材适用于给水管领域。所述的玻璃钢层和PE内管热膨胀系数不同,两者之间会产生间隙,所述的PE螺旋筋管使PE内管不会与玻璃钢层脱离,并且PE螺旋筋管为空心的,节省材料的同时起到缓冲PE内管部压力的作用,降低了管材受压产生破裂的可能。

一种玻璃钢衬塑管及其生产方法
技术领域
本发明属于管材领域,具体涉及一种玻璃钢管结构。
背景技术
现有的玻璃钢管也称玻璃纤维缠绕夹砂管(RPM管)。主要以玻璃纤维及其制品为增强材料,以高分子成分的不饱和聚脂树脂、环氧树脂等为基体材料,以石英砂及碳酸钙等无机非金属颗粒材料为填料作为主要原料。玻璃钢管具有质量轻、刚度高、介格便宜、安装方便一系列优点。其弱点也明显:受阳光、湿度长时间易老化,其相关性能无法保障。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:针对现有技术存在的不足,提供一种结构新颖紧凑,不容易老化,使用寿命长的玻璃钢衬塑管。
为实现本发明之目的,采用以下技术方案予以实现:一种玻璃钢衬塑管,包括有玻璃钢层,玻璃钢层内壁设有一层PE内管,PE内管外周熔接有螺旋绕在PE内管外壁的空心的PE螺旋筋管,PE螺旋筋管嵌入在玻璃钢层内壁中。所述的PE内管的厚度b为玻璃钢层厚度a的1/7-1/6,在该比值范围时PE内管和玻璃钢层均能最好地发挥各自的优势,具有较高的性价比;所述PE螺旋筋管的外径c为玻璃钢层厚度a的1/3-1/2,在该比值范围时能保证玻璃钢层的刚度不受PE螺旋筋管的影响,PE螺旋筋管能够发挥连接PE内管及玻璃钢层的功能及缓冲的功能;所述PE螺旋筋管的壁厚为其外径的1/7,这样PE螺旋筋管既能发挥其功能又最节省PE原料;所述PE螺旋筋管的螺距为玻璃钢层外径的1/10,这样PE螺旋筋管能够使PE内管与玻璃钢层的相对位置固定,管材各个位置受力均匀,利于延长整体使用寿命。
本发明还提供一种玻璃钢衬塑管的生产方法,依次包括以下步骤:
①由一台塑料挤出机将PE塑料以带状挤出,紧密螺旋缠绕在一旋转的圆柱形高温模具上,形成PE内管;
②由另一台塑料挤出机将PE塑料以空心管状挤出形成PE螺旋筋管,螺旋缠绕在已成型的PE内管外表面,并与PE内管的外表面熔接为一体;
③待PE内管及PE螺旋筋管冷却定型后,在PE内管及PE螺旋筋管外表面连续缠绕玻璃钢层。

下面根据附图对本发明的具体实施方式做一个详细的说明。

所述玻璃钢衬塑管的生产方法依次包括以下步骤:
①由一台塑料挤出机将PE塑料以带状挤出,紧密螺旋缠绕在一旋转的圆柱形高温模具上,形成PE内管。所述PE内管通过该种螺旋缠绕的方式成型,能够保证PE内管周向的较高强度,且利于加工较大口径的管材,使PE内管的厚度均匀。
②由另一台塑料挤出机将PE塑料以空心管状挤出形成PE螺旋筋管,螺旋缠绕在已成型的PE内管外表面,并与PE内管的外表面熔接为一体。所述PE螺旋筋管由塑料挤出机挤出时仍处于熔融状态,其与PE内管外壁接触后直接熔接为一体,连接牢固。
③待PE内管及PE螺旋筋管冷却定型后,在PE内管及PE螺旋筋管外表面连续缠绕玻璃钢层。玻璃钢层的缠绕的方法完全按照玻璃钢夹砂管的工艺执行即可。

Claims (2)

1.一种玻璃钢衬塑管,包括有玻璃钢层,其特征在于:玻璃钢层内壁设有一层PE内管,PE内管外周熔接有螺旋绕在PE内管外壁的空心的PE螺旋筋管,PE螺旋筋管嵌入在玻璃钢层内壁中;所述的PE内管的厚度(b)为玻璃钢层厚度(a)的1/7-1/6,所述PE螺旋筋管的外径(c)为玻璃钢层厚度(a)的1/3-1/2;所述PE螺旋筋管的壁厚为其外径的1/7;所述PE螺旋筋管的螺距为玻璃钢层外径的1/10。
2.一种玻璃钢衬塑管的生产方法,其特征在于依次包括以下步骤:
①由一台塑料挤出机将PE塑料以带状挤出,紧密螺旋缠绕在一旋转的圆柱形高温模具上,形成PE内管;
②由另一台塑料挤出机将PE塑料以空心管状挤出形成PE螺旋筋管,螺旋缠绕在已成型的PE内管外表面,并与PE内管的外表面熔接为一体;
③待PE内管及PE螺旋筋管冷却定型后,在PE内管及PE螺旋筋管外表面连续缠绕玻璃钢层。
