Abstract
本发明一种阻燃型复合管材,具有无规共聚聚丙烯管体,在无规共聚聚丙烯管体外表面设置有一层阻燃层;所述阻燃层厚度为5-8mm;本发明将PP-R(无规共聚聚丙烯)管材做成两层复合结构,表层使用阻燃层材料制作,里层使用PP-R(无规共聚聚丙烯)层,由于表层使用阻燃层,其管材的氧指数达24%-25%;本发明加工简单,阻燃性强,造价低,符合国家安全使用标准。

技术领域
本发明涉及给水管材,尤其是一种阻燃型复合管材。
背景技术
目前管材的类型、规格相当繁多,一般有金属管材、非金属管材及复合管材,根据使用要求,选择所需管材。现在家庭装修的给、排水管90%以上都使用PP-R(无规共聚聚丙烯)管材,但PP-R又是一种易燃烧性材料,其氧指数仅为17%-18%,燃烧后成炭率很低,燃烧时像蜡烛一样产生熔滴,而且这些熔滴又扩散继续燃烧,这对民用建筑的防火消防是一重大的安全隐患。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是对以上缺点进行改进,提供氧指数较高不易燃烧,使用寿命长,造价低的一种阻燃型复合管材。
本发明的具体方案是:一种阻燃型复合管材,具有无规共聚聚丙烯管体,其特征在于:在无规共聚聚丙烯管体外表面设置有一层阻燃层。
所述一种阻燃型复合管材,其特征在于:所述阻燃层厚度为5-8mm。
本发明将PP-R(无规共聚聚丙烯)管材做成两层复合结构,表层使用阻燃层材料制作,里层使用PP-R(无规共聚聚丙烯)层,由于表层使用阻燃层,其管材的氧指数达24%-25%。本发明加工简单,阻燃性强,造价低,符合国家安全使用标准。
