一种新型的圆顶阀
 技术领域:
    本发明涉及阀门技术领域,尤其涉及一种新型的圆顶阀。
背景技术:
圆顶阀由于其结构的特殊性,通常是气力输送中的首选阀门,圆顶阀可以切断进入压力罐的流动料流或者静止料柱,然后关闭实现密封,从而保证压力罐的充填率为100%,且无须依赖于发送罐的料位计,所以控制原理简单可靠。
圆顶阀当处理磨琢性物料时,内嵌于圆顶阀座的可膨胀压力密封圈,保证阀门前后的工作压力差,弹性的可膨胀密封圈可以内陷物料颗粒,避免了由于压差作用物料颗粒发生滑动,对阀座和密封圈的磨损,现有的圆顶阀结构太过简单,体积大,密封性不好,不耐磨,使用寿命短,适用范围不够广泛。 
发明内容:
本发明的目的是提供一种新型的圆顶阀,它结构紧凑,使用方便,体积小,重量轻,密封效果好,具有耐磨耐腐蚀性,使用寿命长,适用于处理含尘气体和冲蚀性散装物料,适用范围广泛。
为了解决背景技术所存在的问题,本发明是采用以下技术方案:它是由阀体1、从动轴2、顶盘3、可膨胀密封圈4、穹形阀瓣5、驱动轴6、接近开关7、双作用气缸8、出口连接器9组成;阀体1内设置有从动轴2,阀体1的上端设置有顶盘3,顶盘3内设置有可膨胀密封圈4,阀体1的中部设置有穹形阀瓣5,从动轴2与驱动轴6连接,阀体1的一侧设置有接近开关7,阀体1的一端与双作用气缸8连接,阀体1的下端设置有出口连接器9。
所述的阀体1的外壳与穹形阀瓣5采用球墨铸铁材质制成。
所述的可膨胀密封圈4的材料采用氯丁橡胶、硅酮橡胶、氟橡胶和三元乙丙橡胶等。
本发明是依靠压缩空气实现紧密密封效果,可用于库、仓的放料阀、工艺流程阀门、换向阀门、反应堆阀门、流化床燃烧室阀门、高压气体反应器和降压装置等。
本发明结构紧凑,使用方便,体积小,重量轻,密封效果好,具有耐磨耐腐蚀性,使用寿命长,适用于处理含尘气体和冲蚀性散装物料,适用范围广泛。

参照图1,图2,本具体实施方式采用以下技术方案:它是由阀体1、从动轴2、顶盘3、可膨胀密封圈4、穹形阀瓣5、驱动轴6、接近开关7、双作用气缸8、出口连接器9组成;阀体1内设置有从动轴2,阀体1的上端设置有顶盘3,顶盘3内设置有可膨胀密封圈4,阀体1的中部设置有穹形阀瓣5,从动轴2与驱动轴6连接,阀体1的一侧设置有接近开关7,阀体1的一端与双作用气缸8连接,阀体1的下端设置有出口连接器9。
所述的阀体1的外壳与穹形阀瓣5均采用球墨铸铁材质制成。
所述的可膨胀密封圈4的材料采用氯丁橡胶、硅酮橡胶、氟橡胶和三元乙丙橡胶等。
本具体实施方式是依靠压缩空气实现紧密密封效果,可用于库、仓的放料阀、工艺流程阀门、换向阀门、反应堆阀门、流化床燃烧室阀门、高压气体反应器和降压装置等。

1.一种新型的圆顶阀,其特征在于它是由阀体(1)、从动轴(2)、顶盘(3)、可膨胀密封圈(4)、穹形阀瓣(5)、驱动轴(6)、接近开关(7)、双作用气缸(8)、出口连接器(9)组成;阀体(1)内设置有从动轴(2),阀体(1)的上端设置有顶盘(3),顶盘(3)内设置有可膨胀密封圈(4),阀体(1)的中部设置有穹形阀瓣(5),从动轴(2)与驱动轴(6)连接,阀体(1)的一侧设置有接近开关(7),阀体(1)的一端与双作用气缸(8)连接,阀体(1)的下端设置有出口连接器(9)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型的圆顶阀,其特征在于所述的阀体(1)的外壳与穹形阀瓣(5)采用球墨铸铁材质制成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型的圆顶阀,其特征在于所述的可膨胀密封圈(4)的材料采用氯丁橡胶。
