一种新型的闸阀
 技术领域:
    本发明涉及阀门技术领域,尤其涉及一种新型的闸阀。
背景技术:
    闸阀的启闭件是闸板,闸板的运动方向与流体方向相垂直,闸阀只能作全开和全关,不能作调节和节流,闸板有两个密封面,最常用的模式闸板阀的两个密封面形成楔形,楔形角随阀门参数而异,闸阀驱动方式分为手动闸阀、气动闸阀、电动闸阀,最常选用气动或者电动两种自动控制方式,闸阀的结构分类有多种不同的方式,其主要区别是所采用的密封元件结构形式不同,根据密封元件的结构,常常把闸阀分为几种不同的类型,而最常见的形式是平行式闸阀和契式在闸阀,根据阀杆的结构,还可分为明杆闸阀和暗杆闸阀;现有的闸阀由于其结构的原因,闸板的行程较长,对气动或者电动装置的扭矩要求大,动作周期较长,使用不够灵活。
发明内容:
本发明的目的是提供一种新型的闸阀,它结构简单,使用方便,操作灵活,密封效果好,能使密封闸板圆周均匀承受物料的冲击和磨损,避免了闸板在长期运行过程中局部损坏或磨穿,使其寿命大大延长。
为了解决背景技术所存在的问题,本发明是采用以下技术方案:它是由主阀体1、副阀体2、阀杆3、阀板支承架4、闸板5、碟簧6组成;主阀体1的两侧分别设置有副阀体2,主阀体1的中部设置有阀杆3,阀杆3的下端设置有闸板5,阀杆3与闸板5的连接处设置有阀板支承架4,阀板支承架4的下端设置有碟簧6。
所述的闸板5采用合金钢材质制成,适用于耐腐蚀和耐磨损的工况。
本发明采用双闸板设计,由两块闸板来切断物料,双闸板在弹簧静压下能保证两面密封不渗漏,当闸板5的一面有压力时,另一面通过碟簧6的作用能和密封座更紧密的接触,以达到密封的效果,适合于在全开或全关的状态下工作,如果闸板5长期处于半开关的状态下工作,闸板5的密封面会因受介质冲刷而变得不严密。
本发明结构简单,使用方便,操作灵活,密封效果好,能使密封闸板圆周均匀承受物料的冲击和磨损,避免了闸板在长期运行过程中局部损坏或磨穿,使其寿命大大延长。

参照图1,图2,本具体实施方式采用以下技术方案:它是由主阀体1、副阀体2、阀杆3、阀板支承架4、闸板5、碟簧6组成;主阀体1的两侧分别设置有副阀体2,主阀体1的中部设置有阀杆3,阀杆3的下端设置有闸板5,阀杆3与闸板5的连接处设置有阀板支承架4,阀板支承架4的下端设置有碟簧6。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型的闸阀,其特征在于所述的闸板(5)采用合金钢材质制成。
