Abstract

本发明公开了一种简单实用、调节方便的流量调节阀,包括:带通孔的阀块将阀体的内腔分成第一、第二腔室,第一腔室内的阀塞本体与拉杆连接,拉杆伸出至第一腔室外,第一腔室内的拉杆上套装有弹簧,在弹簧的弹力作用下,阀塞的锥形头部堵塞在通孔中,第一腔室外的拉杆与调节杆连接,调节杆的内侧设置有弧形刻度盘和调节盘,调节盘上螺栓通中的调节螺栓从螺栓孔中伸出、并顶靠在弧形刻度盘上、且其顶靠长度沿弧形刻度盘的弧形圆周依次递增,调节杆与弧形刻度盘之间设置有压轮,向调节螺栓顶靠长度不断递增的方向转动调节杆带动压轮滚压弧形刻度盘,能带动阀塞的锥形头部逐渐远离通孔使得重油流量增大。

技术领域
本发明涉及船用锅炉上的重油燃烧器领域,具体涉及重油燃烧器中重油进油管上的流量调节阀。
背景技术
目前国内航运市场不景气,而成品轻质柴油价格又不断上涨,为降低航运成本,船运公司的大部分船舶上均采用重油转杯燃烧器燃烧粘度在180CST以上的重质燃油。传统的重油转杯燃烧器中重油进油管上的流量调节阀,其结构复杂,流量调节繁琐,生产成本高。
发明内容
本发明需要解决的问题是提供一种能使结构简单实用、调节方便的流量调节阀。
为解决上述问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:流量调节阀,包括:阀体,阀体上设置有进油口和回油口,阀体的内腔中固定设置有阀块,阀块将阀体的内腔分隔成相互独立的第一腔室和第二腔室,所述的进油口与第一腔室相连通,所述的回油口与第二腔室相连通,阀块上开设有与第一腔室和第二腔室分别连通的通孔,第一腔室内设置有阀塞,阀塞包括:本体和头部,阀塞的本体上固定连接有拉杆,阀塞的头部为锥形,拉杆从第一腔室外侧的阀体安装孔中水平伸出第一腔室,拉杆与阀体安装孔之间相互密封,并且拉杆能在阀体安装孔中转动或来回移动,第一腔室内的拉杆上套装有弹簧,在弹簧的弹力作用下,阀塞的锥形头部密封堵塞在阀块的通孔中,第一腔室外的拉杆上固定连接有调节杆,调节杆的内侧依次设置有弧形刻度盘和调节盘,调节盘固定安装在阀体上,调节盘上设置有若干螺栓孔,螺栓孔沿弧形刻度盘的弧形圆周均匀布置在调节盘上,每个螺栓孔中均设置有调节螺栓,调节螺栓从螺栓孔的内侧伸出、并顶靠在弧形刻度盘的内侧壁上,调节螺栓伸出螺栓孔至弧形刻度盘内侧壁的顶靠长度沿弧形刻度盘的弧形圆周依次递增,从而使得弧形刻度盘倾斜设置在调节盘的外侧,倾斜角度调整完成后的弧形刻度盘的两端分别固定在调节盘上,调节杆与弧形刻度盘之间设置有压轮,压轮的安装轴固定安装在调节杆上,在弧形刻度盘上向调节螺栓顶靠长度不断递增的方向转动调节杆,使调节杆带动压轮在弧形刻度盘上向调节螺栓顶靠长度不断递增的方向滚压,能拉动拉杆在安装孔中逐渐向外移动,从而带动阀塞的锥形头部逐渐远离通孔、且锥形头部与通孔之间的间隙逐渐增大使得重油的流量逐渐增大。
进一步地,前述的流量调节阀,其中,弧形刻度盘上的刻度与调节盘上每个调节螺栓的顶靠长度一一对应。
进一步地,前述的流量调节阀,其中,靠近第二腔室一侧的通孔的孔径向第二腔室方向逐渐扩大。
本发明的优点是:结构简单实用、调节非常方便、生产成本低。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明作进一步的详细说明。
如图1、图2、图3所示,流量调节阀,包括:阀体1,阀体1上设置有进油口2和回油口3,阀体1的内腔中固定设置有阀块4,阀块4将阀体1的内腔分隔成相互独立的第一腔室5和第二腔室6,进油口2与第一腔室5相连通,回油口3与第二腔室6相连通,阀块4上开设有与第一腔室5和第二腔室6分别连通的通孔7,第一腔室5内设置有阀塞8,阀塞8包括:本体81和头部82,阀塞8的本体81上固定连接有拉杆9,阀塞8的头部82为锥形,拉杆9从第一腔室5外侧的阀体安装孔中水平伸出第一腔室5,拉杆9与阀体安装孔之间相互密封,并且拉杆9能在阀体安装孔中转动或来回移动,第一腔室5内的拉杆9上套装有弹簧10,在弹簧10的弹力的作用下,阀塞8的锥形头部82密封堵塞在阀块4的通孔7中,第一腔室5外的拉杆9上固定连接有调节杆11,调节杆11的内侧依次设置有弧形刻度盘12和调节盘13,调节盘13固定安装在阀体1上,调节盘13上设置有若干螺栓孔,螺栓孔沿弧形刻度盘12的弧形圆周均匀布置,每个螺栓孔中均设置有调节螺栓14,调节螺栓14从螺栓孔的内侧伸入螺栓孔中、并顶靠在弧形刻度盘12的内侧壁上,调节螺栓14伸出螺栓孔至弧形刻度盘12内侧壁的顶靠长度沿弧形刻度盘12的弧形圆周依次递增,从而使得弧形刻度盘12倾斜设置在调节盘13的外侧,倾斜角度调整完成后的弧形刻度盘12的两端分别固定在调节盘13上,调节杆11与弧形刻度盘12之间设置有压轮15,压轮15的安装轴151固定安装在调节杆11上,在弧形刻度盘12上向调节螺栓14顶靠长度不断递增的方向转动调节杆11,使调节杆11带动压轮15在弧形刻度盘12上向调节螺栓14顶靠长度不断递增的方向滚压,能带动拉杆9在阀体安装孔中逐渐向外移动,从而拉动阀塞8的锥形头部82逐渐远离通孔7、且锥形头部82与通孔7之间的间隙逐渐增大。调节螺栓14的顶靠长度越高,拉杆9向外移动的距离也越大,锥形头部82与通孔7之间的间隙就越大,也即重油的流量越大。通过转动调节杆11就能进行重油流量调节,操作非常简便。本实施例中,为了调节时更直观,弧形刻度盘12上的调节刻度与调节盘13上每个调节螺栓的顶靠长度一一对应。此外,为了使重油流出时更加顺畅,靠近第二腔室6一侧的通孔7的孔径向第二腔室6方向逐渐扩大。

Claims (3)

1.流量调节阀,包括:阀体,阀体上设置有进油口和回油口,其特征在于:阀体的内腔中固定设置有阀块,阀块将阀体的内腔分隔成相互独立的第一腔室和第二腔室,所述的进油口与第一腔室相连通,所述的回油口与第二腔室相连通,阀块上开设有与第一腔室和第二腔室分别连通的通孔,第一腔室内设置有阀塞,阀塞包括:本体和头部,阀塞的本体上固定连接有拉杆,阀塞的头部为锥形,拉杆从第一腔室外侧的阀体安装孔中水平伸出第一腔室,拉杆与阀体安装孔之间相互密封,并且拉杆能在阀体安装孔中转动或来回移动,第一腔室内的拉杆上套装有弹簧,在弹簧的弹力作用下,阀塞的锥形头部密封堵塞在阀块的通孔中,第一腔室外的拉杆上固定连接有调节杆,调节杆的内侧依次设置有弧形刻度盘和调节盘,调节盘固定安装在阀体上,调节盘上设置有若干螺栓孔,螺栓孔沿弧形刻度盘的弧形圆周均匀布置在调节盘上,每个螺栓孔中均设置有调节螺栓,调节螺栓从螺栓孔的内侧伸出、并顶靠在弧形刻度盘的内侧壁上,调节螺栓伸出螺栓孔至弧形刻度盘内侧壁的顶靠长度沿弧形刻度盘的弧形圆周依次递增,从而使得弧形刻度盘倾斜设置在调节盘的外侧,倾斜角度调整完成后的弧形刻度盘的两端分别固定在调节盘上,调节杆与弧形刻度盘之间设置有压轮,压轮的安装轴固定安装在调节杆上,在弧形刻度盘上向调节螺栓顶靠长度不断递增的方向转动调节杆,使调节杆带动压轮在弧形刻度盘上向调节螺栓顶靠长度不断递增的方向滚压,能拉动拉杆在安装孔中逐渐向外移动,从而带动阀塞的锥形头部逐渐远离通孔、且锥形头部与通孔之间的间隙逐渐增大使得重油的流量逐渐增大。
2.根据权利要求1所述的流量调节阀,其特征在于:弧形刻度盘上的刻度与调节盘上每个调节螺栓的顶靠长度一一对应。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的流量调节阀,其特征在于:靠近第二腔室一侧的通孔的孔径向第二腔室方向逐渐扩大。
