Description

一种用于自动铺布机切刀装置的砥刀组件
技术领域
本发明涉及一种砥刀组件,尤其涉及一种用于自动铺布机切刀装置的砥刀组件。 
背景技术
目前,在传统的自动铺布机工作过程中,自动铺布机切刀和砥刀组件通过砥刀组件中的砥刀压板的腰行孔调节贴合度,实现剪切裁剪材料的功能,以上结构描述见中国专利号ZL200810032910.2,名称为“一种拉布机的切刀装置”。虽然功能上有突破,比原有技术先进、效率高,但是由于砥刀组件的技术结构不完善,装配时,自动铺布机切刀和砥刀组件贴合度需要人工调节,影响装配效率;工作时,由于自动铺布机切刀和砥刀组件贴合度不紧密产生裁剪曲折的现象;由于自动铺布机切刀和砥刀组件贴合度过度紧密产生自动铺布机切刀转动不灵活的现象,严重时会降低自动铺布机切刀寿命。在现代化的生产加工中急需要一种结构简单,装配便捷,与切刀贴合紧密,提高裁剪效率的用于自动铺布机切刀装置的砥刀组件。 
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术的缺点,提供一种结构简单,装配便捷,与切刀贴合紧密,提高裁剪效率的用于自动铺布机切刀装置的砥刀组件。 
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种用于自动铺布机切刀装置的砥刀组件,包括砥刀链接板、砥刀块、砥刀螺钉、砥刀弹簧、砥刀片,其特征在于:所述砥刀块一端通过所述砥刀螺钉和所述砥刀弹簧连接在所述砥刀链接板上,其中所述砥刀块为折弯状,所述砥刀块外角角度范围为4℃-8℃。所述砥刀片焊接在所述砥刀块上。所述砥刀块材质为合金钢。所述砥刀片材质为合金钢。所述砥刀链接板为U型状。所述砥刀链接板材质为铝合金。 
由于采用上述的技术方案,本发明具有以下的有益效果: 
1、结构简单; 
2、装配便捷; 
3、与切刀贴合紧密; 
4、提高裁剪效率。

具体实施方式
如图1-图6所示,本发明一种用于自动铺布机切刀装置的砥刀组件,包括砥刀链接板1、砥刀块2、砥刀螺钉3、砥刀弹簧4、砥刀片5,砥刀块2一端通过砥刀螺钉3和砥刀弹簧4连接在砥刀链接板1上,砥刀块2另一端通过砥刀螺钉3固定在砥刀链接板1上。砥刀片5焊接在砥刀块2上。砥刀块2材质为合金钢,优选材料为65Mn,增强砥刀块2弹性度,砥刀块2和砥刀弹簧4配合使用,与切刀(未示出)贴合度更高。砥刀片5材质为合金钢,优选材料为YG8,增强砥刀片5耐磨性能。砥刀链接板1为U型状。砥刀链接板1材质为铝合金。 
如图5-图6所示,砥刀块2为折弯状,砥刀块2外角角度范围为4℃-8℃,优选的角度为6.6℃。 
如图7所示,自动铺布机切刀装置的砥刀组件工作状态图,砥刀片5通过起到缓冲作用的砥刀弹簧4与切刀贴合,切刀顺时针旋转,实现裁剪功能。

1.一种用于自动铺布机切刀装置的砥刀组件,包括砥刀链接板、砥刀块、砥刀螺钉、砥刀弹簧、砥刀片,其特征在于:所述砥刀块一端通过所述砥刀螺钉和所述砥刀弹簧连接在所述砥刀链接板上,其中所述砥刀块为折弯状,所述砥刀块外角角度范围为4℃-8℃。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于自动铺布机切刀装置的砥刀组件,其特征在于:所述砥刀片焊接在所述砥刀块上。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的用于自动铺布机切刀装置的砥刀组件,其特征在于:所述砥刀块材质为合金钢。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的用于自动铺布机切刀装置的砥刀组件,其特征在于:所述砥刀片材质为合金钢。
5.根据权利要求1所述的用于自动铺布机切刀装置的砥刀组件,其特征在于:所述砥刀链接板为U型状。
6.根据权利要求1或5所述的用于自动铺布机切刀装置的砥刀组件,其特征在于:所述砥刀链接板材质为铝合金。
