Abstract
双浮缸自动变压件,它是由两个浮沉缸和一个长方形装水缸组成一体的低压沼气生产的自动压力转换,把发酵池所产的沼气自动拉进浮缸内,经过压力调整变成高压排出浮缸外,使发酵池或坑间的沼气压力不超过0.5度,变压后的压力在5度以上的使用压力。

背景技术
目前,中国的水压沼气由于压力的问题影响沼气的发展,使沼气几次大发展、几次大低落,尽管,目前的建池材料层次不穷,在技术领域没有重大突破。
发明内容
采取低压生产沼气,必须要解决压力这个首要问题,双浮缸自动变压件它是把发酵池内的沼气自动拉进缸内进行压力变换,自动变成高压排出缸外达到使用压力。其结构一个长方形装水缸,两浮缸组成一体的自动变压件。

具体实施方案
长方形装水缸把水装满80%,两浮缸分别放入缸中,中间支架把两缸分开,用钢丝绳把两缸中心点连接,下双上单 连接,双向滑轮机构成,紧密相连;活动浮缸上下移动件,支架平行两点,一是滑轮,二是电源,两点接触点,当浮缸上升到接触点时,接通滑轮机把加重物拉上,浮缸第二加重物的重量压住浮缸向下沉而第一浮缸在第二浮缸的带动下自然随着向上移动,当浮缸向上移动时,缸内必须要一定的气体补足,输气管接通发酵间,把发酵间的沼气自然拉进浮缸内,而向下沉的浮缸则把拉进的高压沼气排出缸外,如果把浮缸上下各在10分钟移动一次,一天1440分钟它就能省144次,每一次按浮缸容积的90%量计。

1.沼气自动变压件,它是两个浮沉缸和一个长方形的装水缸组成一个整体的活动变换压力件,其中设计了两个点接通电源使滑轮机自动通电带动双浮缸自动运转的自动转换沼气压力。
