本发明提供一种处理造纸污水的酶制剂,由以下成分组成:混合酶制剂、硫酸亚铁、柠檬酸、醋酸钠、甲壳素,该处理剂能够见效快,工艺易于控制,并有效降低了COD、BOD、SS及金属离子含量。

一种处理造纸污水的酶制剂
技术领域
本发明属于污水处理剂技术领域,尤其涉及一种处理造纸污水的酶制剂。
背景技术
造纸工业污染严重,污水排放量大,造纸工业污水排放到河流中会严重破坏生态平衡。现有的造纸厂污水处理方法中,处理效果不理想,达不到排放要求。处理后的沉渣不能回收利用。有的处理剂添加菌群,使得工艺不易控制,大部分处理剂都具有功能单一、处理速度慢等缺点。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有造纸污水处理剂的缺点而提供一种处理造纸污水的酶制剂。该酶制剂见效快,工艺易于控制,能够使得污水的COD、BOD以及SS量快速明显降低。
本发明的一种处理造纸污水的酶制剂技术方案为,由以下成分组成:混合酶制剂、硫酸亚铁、柠檬酸、醋酸钠、甲壳素。
混合酶制剂包括纤维素酶、半纤维素酶、氧化还原酶、果胶酶、脱氢酶。混合酶制剂中纤维素酶、半纤维素酶、氧化还原酶、果胶酶、脱氢酶的有效酶活比例为:5:5:3:4:2。
具体由按重量比的以下成分组成:混合酶制剂50-80份、硫酸亚铁5-10份、柠檬酸30-50份、醋酸钠40-50份、甲壳素100-200份。
该酶制剂与造纸污水的混合重量比例为:1:200。。
本发明的有益效果在于:该造纸污水处理剂能够使得污水的COD、BOD以及SS量快速明显降低;使得造纸污水的理化指标达到GB18918-2002标准,从而达到排放标准。可用于农田灌溉、生活用水等方面。
具体实施方式:
为了更好地理解本发明的技术方案,以下通过具体的实施例进一步解释本发明。
实施例1:
造纸污水处理剂A由按重量比的以下成分组成:混合酶制剂60份、硫酸亚铁8份、柠檬酸40份、醋酸钠45份、甲壳素150份。混合酶制剂包括纤维素酶、半纤维素酶、氧化还原酶、果胶酶、脱氢酶。混合酶制剂中纤维素酶、半纤维素酶、氧化还原酶、果胶酶、脱氢酶的有效酶活比例为:5:5:3:4:2。
实施例2:
造纸污水处理剂B由按重量比的以下成分组成:混合酶制剂80份、硫酸亚铁10份、柠檬酸50份、醋酸钠50份、甲壳素200份。混合酶制剂包括纤维素酶、半纤维素酶、氧化还原酶、果胶酶、脱氢酶。混合酶制剂中纤维素酶、半纤维素酶、氧化还原酶、果胶酶、脱氢酶的有效酶活比例为:5:5:3:4:2。
实施例3:
造纸污水处理剂C由按重量比的以下成分组成:混合酶制剂50份、硫酸亚铁5份、柠檬酸30份、醋酸钠40份、甲壳素100份。混合酶制剂包括纤维素酶、半纤维素酶、氧化还原酶、果胶酶、脱氢酶。混合酶制剂中纤维素酶、半纤维素酶、氧化还原酶、果胶酶、脱氢酶的有效酶活比例为:5:5:3:4:2。
分别称取处理剂A、B、C1Kg加入到200Kg的造纸污水中,控温在25℃,不断搅拌1h,分别测定以COD、BOD、SS、金属离子含量,测试结果如表1。

由此可见,本发明的污水处理剂能有效降低污水的COD、BOD、SS及金属离子含量。

1.一种处理造纸污水的酶制剂,其特征在于,由以下成分组成:混合酶制剂、硫酸亚铁、柠檬酸、醋酸钠、甲壳素。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种处理造纸污水的酶制剂,其特征在于,混合酶制剂包括纤维素酶、半纤维素酶、氧化还原酶、果胶酶、脱氢酶。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种处理造纸污水的酶制剂,其特征在于,混合酶制剂中纤维素酶、半纤维素酶、氧化还原酶、果胶酶、脱氢酶的有效酶活比例为:5:5:3:4:2。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种处理造纸污水的酶制剂,其特征在于,由按重量比的以下成分组成:混合酶制剂50-80份、硫酸亚铁5-10份、柠檬酸30-50份、醋酸钠40-50份、甲壳素100-200份。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种处理造纸污水的酶制剂,其特征在于,该酶制剂与造纸污水的混合重量比例为:1:200。
