背景技术
混凝土减水剂是混凝土外加剂的一种,是指在混凝土及水泥用量不便的情况下,能减少拌和用水量的添加剂。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术存在的不足,提供一种混凝土减水剂。
为达到上述目的,本发明采取了如下的技术方案:
一种混凝土减水剂,以重量份计,由以下组分组成:
三聚氰胺:10~20,氨基磺酸:3~8,水杨酸:1~3,
丙烯酰胺:2~4,丙烯酸钠:1~3,异丙醇:10~20,
硫酸亚铁:2~5,水:60~80。
所述的混凝土减水剂的制备工艺为:按配比,将各组分混合,搅拌分散均匀后即可得成品。
与现有技术相比,本发明的减水率可达10~25%,3天强度可提高50%以上,可节约水泥20~30%;制备工艺简单,成本低廉。
