如图1所示、图2、图10所示,一种塑料杯的贴标机,包括工作台100,工作台100设置在地面上,使工作台100台面保持水平,工作台100上转动连接有一环形的工作盘1,工作盘1设置在工作台100上方并保持水平,能够相对工作台100转动,工作台100内设有驱动机构一3,该驱动机构一3能够驱动工作盘1转动。工作盘1上转动连接有若干定位杆11,若干定位杆11沿工作盘1周向均匀布置,定位杆11能够保持竖直向上,也能够相对工作盘1向外侧翻转并转至竖直向下,当定位杆11竖直向上时用于定位未贴标的塑料杯,当定位杆11竖直向下时用于脱出已贴标的塑料杯,工作盘1与定位杆11之间设有定位机构4,该定位机构4能够使定位杆11保持竖直朝上或者竖直朝下。在定位杆11的上端转动连接有用于套设塑料杯的定位块111,工作台100在工作盘1一侧位置设有一贴标底座2,贴标底座2上转动连接有转动杆一21和转动杆二22,转动杆一21和转动杆二22均垂直于贴标底座2上侧面,标签带卷筒套在转动杆一21上,转动杆一21能够限制标签带卷筒相对转动杆一21转动,但是能够带着标签带卷筒一起转动,转动杆二22上也用来套设标签带卷筒,标签已经被贴走的标签带被重新卷收在转动杆二22上的卷筒上,实现回收,在工作台100内设有驱动机构二5,该驱动机构二5能够驱动转动杆一21和转动杆二22同步转动。贴标底座2在转动杆一21和转动杆二22之间还垂直固连有固定杆23,固定杆23的上端转动套设有压标块231,与标签带相抵靠,标签带上的标签黏贴面朝向外侧,当定位块111上的塑料杯转至与压标块231相对位置,压标块231能够将标签带上的标签挤压在塑料杯外侧面上,随着标签带的移动,压标块231与定位块111一起转动,使标签贴在塑料杯外侧壁上。贴标底座2上还设有张紧机构6,张紧机构6能够使标签带始终保持紧绷状态,避免标签出现褶皱。由于批次的塑料杯尺寸不同,因此贴标底座2与工作台100之间设有调节机构7,该调节机构7能够调节贴标底座2上侧面的角度,即固定杆23相对水平面的角度,通过调节结构能够调节压标块231与定位块111之间的距离,使该贴标机适用于不同型号的塑料杯。工作台100在贴标底座2的一侧位置设有紧件机构8,紧件机构8能够将手动套设在定位块111上的塑料杯压紧在定位块111上,避免塑料杯在贴标过程中出现窜动。工作台100在贴标底座2的另一侧位置设有翻转机构9和顶出机构10,翻转机构9能够使定位杆11翻转并竖直朝下,并通过定位机构4将定位杆11固定住,顶出机构10能够将塑料杯顶出定位块111,塑料杯在重力作用下掉落定位块111。当需要对塑料杯进行批量贴标时,工作人员首先根据塑料杯的型号尺寸,通过调节机构7调节压标块231与定位块111之间的距离,使塑料杯转至该处时压标块231对塑料杯的压力合适,手动将塑料杯套设在定位杆11的定位块111上,驱动机构一3驱动工作盘1转动,并使塑料杯转至紧件机构8的下方,紧件机构8将塑料杯压紧在定位块111上,被压紧后的塑料杯在工作盘1的带动下继续转至与压标块231相对,驱动机构二5驱动转动杆一21和转动杆二22同步转动,标签带移动,塑料杯与压标块231同步转动,标签带上的标签被压标块231压在塑料杯外侧壁上,贴好标签的塑料杯继续在工作盘1的带动下转至顶出机构10下方,翻转机构9将定位杆11翻转至竖直向下,此时定位杆11被定位机构4固定住,顶出机构10将定位块111上的塑料杯顶出,塑料杯整个贴标过程完成;其中,翻转机构9将定位杆11向下的翻转过程时间与顶出机构10顶出过程时间以及翻转机构9将定位杆11向上的翻转过程时间之和、紧件机构8的紧件过程时间、压标块231的压标过程时间三者相同,在该时间内工作盘1停止转动,实现该三个过程能够对三个不同的塑料杯同步进行,提高贴标效率。As shown in Figure 1, Figure 2, and Figure 10, a labeling machine for plastic cups includes a
