现有的走料机构,包装袋连体送入到料盘的情况非常情况,多层包装物被一同送入到一个料盘中,造成包装袋浪费。由于多层包装袋厚度较厚,在流水线上会卡死流水线,造成整条制造线停机。

本发明针对上述不足提供了一种包装袋走袋机构。
本发明采用如下技术方案:
本发明所述的一种包装袋走袋机构,包括送袋道,走袋辊,接袋盘;所述的送袋道内放置包装袋,走袋辊布置在送袋道上,走袋辊接触送袋道内的包装袋、驱动包装袋向下滑动,送袋道的下方设有接袋盘。
本发明所述的包装袋走袋机构,所述的走袋辊为圆形辊,走袋辊的外缘部设有圆弧形凸块,凸块延伸入送袋道内。
本发明所述的包装袋走袋机构,所述的送袋道上设有条形缺口,凸块从条形缺口延伸入送袋道内。
本发明所述的包装袋走袋机构,所述的接袋盘设有支脚一与支脚二;所述的支脚一与支脚二成V形布置。
有益效果
本发明提供的包装袋走袋机构,能够控制包装单只落入料盘中,不会造成多层一同落入料盘中的情况,避免了流水线卡机重启的情况。

1.一种包装袋走袋机构,其特征在于:包括送袋道(1),走袋辊(2),接袋盘(3);所述的送袋道(1)内放置包装袋,走袋辊(2)布置在送袋道(1)上,走袋辊(2)接触送袋道(1)内的包装袋、驱动包装袋向下滑动,送袋道(1)的下方设有接袋盘(3)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的包装袋走袋机构,其特征在于:所述的走袋辊(2)为圆形辊,走袋辊(2)的外缘部设有圆弧形凸块(21),凸块(21)延伸入送袋道(1)内。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的包装袋走袋机构,其特征在于:所述的送袋道(1)上设有条形缺口(6),凸块(21)从条形缺口(6)延伸入送袋道(1)内。
4.根据权利要求1所述的包装袋走袋机构,其特征在于:所述的接袋盘(3)设有支脚一(4)与支脚二(5);所述的支脚一(4)与支脚二(5)成V形布置。
