现有的轮胎内胎胆易漏气、易爆胎。 
发明内容
为了克服现有的轮胎内胎胆不足,本发明提供一种蜂窝内胎胆,该发明适用于所有轮胎内胎胆。 
本发明解决技术问题所采用的技术方案是:蜂窝内胎胆是由PE沙滩鞋质地材料蜂窝内胎胆外圈层和橡胶做的N多个蜂窝形气囊室组拼内圈层套拼,蜂窝形气囊室之间有通气阀门,阀门是由阀门线、橡胶阀门口、阀门塞组成,橡胶阀门口固定连接在蜂窝形气囊室壁上,阀门线一端与蜂窝形气囊室壁固定连接,阀门线另一端穿过橡胶阀门口与阀门塞固定连接。当蜂窝内胎胆通过气门器、通气道充入足够气压的气体后,蜂窝形气囊室壁压强增大,阀门线一端拉力同时增大,阀门线另一端穿过橡胶阀门口牵引阀门塞使其成为封闭的蜂窝形气囊室。 
本发明有益效果是:弹性好、承受力大、承受力均匀、寿命长、隔热、不易爆胎、不易漏气。

在图2中,蜂窝内胎胆是由PE沙滩鞋质地材料(4)蜂窝内胎胆外圈层和橡胶做的N多个蜂窝形气囊室(7)组拼内圈层套拼,蜂窝形气囊室(7)之间有通气阀门(5),阀门(5)是由阀门线(6)、橡胶阀门口(9)、阀门塞(8)组成,橡胶阀门口(8)固定连接在蜂窝形气囊室(7)壁上,阀门线(6)一端与蜂窝形气囊室(7)壁固定连接,阀门线(6)另一端穿过橡胶阀门口(8)与阀门塞(8)固定连接。当蜂窝内胎胆通过气门器(1)、通气道(2)充入足够气压的气体后,蜂窝形气囊室壁压强增大,阀门线(6)一端拉力同时增大,阀门线(6)另一端穿过橡胶阀门口(9)牵引阀门塞(8)使其成为封闭的蜂窝形气囊室(7)。

1.一种蜂窝内胎胆,其特征是:蜂窝内胎胆是由PE沙滩鞋质地材料蜂窝内胎胆外圈层和橡胶做的N多个蜂窝形气囊室组拼内圈层套拼,蜂窝形气囊室之间有通气阀门,阀门是由阀门线、橡胶阀门口、阀门塞组成,橡胶阀门口固定连接在蜂窝形气囊室壁上,阀门线一端与蜂窝形气囊室壁固定连接,阀门线另一端穿过橡胶阀门口与阀门塞固定连接。
