技术领域:
本发明属于一种机械装置,特别涉及一种真空排气式电磁感温自动塑化挤出机。
背景技术:
在传统的高温塑化法,实际上就是热机械法、挤压机法,也可以叫做双螺杆机械再生法。此法的主要特点是连续化生产,无需压力,干态操作。一台双螺杆挤压机开动时,挤压机的螺杆促使回收聚丙烯料上下交替运动,从而使之加热至200-280℃。热源部分依靠外部加热,螺杆的特殊结构使螺杆升降和改变行程时,对废聚丙烯产生一种交替的压缩和膨胀作用,会造成废聚丙烯的解聚,降低其力学性能。这是使得再生得到的聚丙烯母料产品质量不高,产品波动性较大的根本原因。由于热空气为交换介质,氧在热的作用下加速了聚丙烯的氧化反应,这样不可避免的产生了聚丙烯的热氧化,促使产品质量下降。减缓聚丙烯热氧化最有效的方法是减少空气中氧的进入。
发明内容:
本发明的目的就在于克服上述现有技术中存在的不足,而提供一种真空排气式电磁感温自动塑化挤出机,该挤出机结构简单、使用方便,可提高再生得到的聚丙烯母料产品的质量。
如上构思,本发明的技术方案是:一种真空排气式电磁感温自动塑化挤出机,包括螺杆,该螺杆设置在料筒内,该螺杆该进料方向依次包括一阶螺杆和二阶螺杆,一阶螺杆由喂料段、第一压缩段、第一均化段组成,二阶螺杆由排气段、第二压缩段和第二均化段组成,排气段上的排气口与真空泵连接,其特征在于:在料筒上且与第一压缩段对应处设置电磁感应加热器,所述真空泵与废弃处理装置连接。
本发明具有如下的优点和积极效果:
1、本发明在机筒上且与第一压缩段对应处设置电磁感应加热器,该电磁感应加热器通过电磁感应使料筒自动发热,热利用率高达95%以上,能够充分、均匀的给原料加热,从而提高产品质量。同时,可避免出现焦化碳化和低温塑化效果不良的现象,使物料受热更均匀,提高了生产过程的稳定性。
2、本发明不需要专门的烘干设备,而是通过挤出机的真空排气技术达到除去物料中残留水分的目的,再配合废气处理装置可以实现生产过程中废气的达标排放。
