Abstract

本发明公开了一种用于滑移机构的限位装置，具有使构件定位更加精准的特点。本发明的用于滑移机构的限位装置，包括基座，基座与滑移机构固定连接，在基座上对称设置至少一对限位轮，在滑动平台底部设置限位块，限位块宽度与限位轮之间的宽度一致。当滑动平台在行进过程中出现位置偏差时，限位轮会通过矫正限位块出现的偏差消除滑动平台的位置偏差，使滑动平台上的构件定位更为精确。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种机械加工传递过程中的辅助装置，尤其是一种用于滑移机构的限位装置。
背景技术
在机械加工的过程中，需要经常使用滑移机构移动和定位构件使其便于加工。常见的滑移机构一般是由一个滑动平台通过两条平行的导轨进行滑动，由于滑动平台在两条导轨上的滑行在横向上处于浮动状态，导致其精度无法控制。因此滑动平台在滑移的过程中经常出现偏差，从而容易影响滑动平台在定位构件时的精度和效率。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种矫正滑动平台在滑移过程中出现的偏差的用于滑移机构的限位装置。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：用于滑移机构的限位装置，包括基座，基座与滑移机构固定连接，在基座上对称设置至少一对限位轮，在滑动平台底部设置限位块，限位块宽度与限位轮之间的宽度一致。
进一步的，所述限位块的两端为圆弧形。
本发明的有益效果是：使滑动平台在滑移过程中出现的偏差在滑动平台进入工作位置时得到有效的校正，使滑移机构对工件的定位更加精确。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明进一步说明。
如图1、图2所示，本发明的用于滑移机构的限位装置，包括基座1，基座1与滑移机构2固定连接，在基座1上对称设置至少一对限位轮3，在滑动平台底部设置限位块4，限位块4宽度与限位轮3之间的宽度一致。当滑动平台在行进过程中出现位置偏差时，限位块4会发生偏移。在经过用于滑移机构的限位装置时，限位块4的偏移会由限位轮3矫正，从而消除滑动平台的位置偏差，使滑动平台上的构件定位更为精确。
进一步的，所述限位块4的两端为圆弧形。这种结构的限位块4没有棱角，在经过限位轮3时其位置能够更容易地被导入，从而提高了工作效率。此外，有棱角的限位块4与限位轮3在接触时容易相互冲撞，甚至导致限位块4和限位轮3的损坏和失效。两端为圆弧形的限位块4能够有效避免冲撞，提高了限位块4和限位轮3的使用寿命。

1.用于滑移机构的限位装置，包括基座（1），基座（1）与滑移机构（2）固定连接，其特征在于：在基座（1）上对称设置至少一对限位轮（3），在滑动平台底部设置限位块（4），限位块（4）宽度与限位轮（3）之间的宽度一致。
2.如权利要求1所述的用于滑移机构的限位装置，其特征在于：所述限位块（4）的两端为圆弧形。
