技术领域
   本发明涉及机床零部件的加工技术,具体涉及一种间歇调节径向角度的筒夹。
背景技术
    筒夹广泛应用于机床零部件的制造加工中。在轴类工件周向铣槽加工工艺中,有些铣刀的角度是固定的,需要转动轴类工件径向的夹持角度才能逐个铣出周向的凹槽。此类用于轴类工件夹持定位的筒夹,一般不能自动间歇调节径向夹持角度,需人工参与调节才能实现,操作不便。
发明内容
本发明提供一种间歇调节径向角度的筒夹,以自动调节轴类工件的径向夹持角度,方便加工。
间歇调节径向角度的筒夹,包括筒夹本体,其特征在于,在所述筒夹本体周向设有槽轮,筒夹本体的侧向设有转盘,转盘上对称设有两个可推动槽轮间歇转动的拨销。
本发明的有益效果:筒夹夹持工件后,在一个指定角度对工件进行铣槽操作,加工完毕后,由转盘上的拨销推动槽轮转过一个角度,槽轮带动筒夹本体转过相同的角度,再进行铣槽操作。本筒夹可自动间歇调节轴类工件的径向夹持角度,自动实现工件的周向铣槽操作,方便加工。
进一步,在所述槽轮与筒夹本体之间设有单向轴承。在机器出现故障,转盘有可能反转的情况下,单向轴承可防止槽轮在转盘拨销的推动下反转,造成误操作。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细的说明:
如图1所示的间歇调节径向角度的筒夹,包括筒夹本体1,在筒夹本体1周向设有六分槽轮2,筒夹本体1的侧向设有转盘3,转盘3上对称设有两个可推动槽轮间歇转动的拨销4,在槽轮2与筒夹本体1之间设有单向轴承,转盘3通过转轴与电机的输出轴相连。
本实施例所述筒夹本体包括气缸和筒夹,气缸的一端设有涨紧套,涨紧套的内壁呈锥状,筒夹贴合设置在所述涨紧套的内壁,筒夹的端部与气缸活塞杆一端连接。

1.间歇调节径向角度的筒夹,包括筒夹本体,其特征在于,在所述筒夹本体周向设有槽轮,筒夹本体的侧向设有转盘,转盘上对称设有两个可推动槽轮间歇转动的拨销。
2.根据权利要求1所述的间歇调节径向角度的筒夹,其特征在于,在所述槽轮与筒夹本体之间设有单向轴承。
