本发明公开了一种可调节夹持角度的夹具,以解决现有夹紧装置不便于调节工件夹持角度的问题。本夹具包括具有中空筒状夹持部的夹具本体,所述夹具本体的端部与一转筒连接,沿夹具本体周向设有定位块和多个卡齿,夹具本体的一侧设有可抵住夹具本体的施力杆,夹具本体的相对侧设有可与卡齿卡合的定位螺栓,定位螺栓与一基座滑套配合并通过螺母固定。本夹具可方便调节工件的夹持角度。

技术领域
   本发明涉及机械加工技术,具体涉及一种可调节夹持角度的夹具。
背景技术
   对轴类工件的加工制造需要轴类专用的夹紧装置对其夹持定位,目前,轴类工件的钻孔等加工工序采用的夹紧装置往往存在以下问题:需要对轴类工件沿周向多个角度进行钻孔或其他加工操作时,由于夹紧装置不能调节夹持角度,或者调节角度的结构较复杂,给操作带来不便,降低加工效率。
发明内容
本发明提供一种可调节夹持角度的夹具,以解决现有夹紧装置不便于调节工件夹持角度的问题。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采用如下技术方案:
可调节夹持角度的夹具,包括具有中空筒状夹持部的夹具本体,所述夹具本体的端部与一转筒连接,沿夹具本体周向设有定位块和多个卡齿,夹具本体的一侧设有可抵住夹具本体的施力杆,夹具本体的相对侧设有可与卡齿卡合的定位螺栓,定位螺栓与一基座滑套配合并通过螺母固定。
本夹具工作原理:将轴类工件置入夹具本体的夹持部,通过设置在夹具本体周向的定位块定位防止转动,然后将夹具本体的卡齿与定位螺栓卡合,人工推动或者气缸带动施力杆抵住夹具本体,此时可对工件进行加工,加工完毕后,需要在工件的另一角度进行加工,由于夹具本体设置在转筒上,拧下螺母,退出定位螺栓,转筒带动夹具本体转过一个角度,再次插入定位螺栓,使定位螺栓与另一卡齿卡合,拧紧螺母,然后使施力杆抵住夹具本体,再进行加工。由上可知,本夹具可实现工件不同角度的夹持定位,且结构简单,操作方便。
进一步,在夹持部的表面设有一层涨紧层。涨紧层在工件夹持过程中,可涨紧起到增大夹持力度,提高夹持稳定性的作用。

如图1所示的可调节夹持角度的夹具,包括具有中空筒状夹持部的夹具本体1,夹具本体1的端部与一转筒连接,沿夹具本体1周向设有两个定位块2和五个卡齿3,夹具本体1的一侧设有可抵住夹具本体的施力杆4,施力杆4与气缸的活塞杆相连,夹具本体1的相对侧设有可与卡齿3卡合的定位螺栓5,定位螺5栓与一基座6滑套配合并通过螺母7固定,在夹持部的表面设有一层涨紧层8,所述涨紧层材料为聚四氟材料,具有受热膨胀涨紧的作用。

1.可调节夹持角度的夹具,其特征在于,包括具有中空筒状夹持部的夹具本体,所述夹具本体的端部与一转筒连接,沿夹具本体周向设有定位块和多个卡齿,夹具本体的一侧设有可抵住夹具本体的施力杆,夹具本体的相对侧设有可与卡齿卡合的定位螺栓,定位螺栓与一基座滑套配合并通过螺母固定。
2.根据权利要求1所述的可调节夹持角度的夹具,其特征在于,在所述夹持部的表面设有一层涨紧层。
