Background
The resources of beef, mutton and milk are very rich in grassland areas at high altitude. Dried meat, yoghourt and special rare fungi such as mushroom, hair weeds and the like are special products in nomadic areas. The dried meat is convenient to store, low in processing difficulty and high in added value, and is very helpful for increasing income of farmers and herds, and the yoghourt is a very traditional food for nomadic nationalities and also an important source for providing necessary vitamins for people. However, the traditional processing of the jerky adopts natural air drying, and the yoghourt adopts common household container fermentation, so the method has poor original and sanitary degree.
During the processing of the jerky, drying is an essential key link. However, the conventional drying method uses steam, electricity and direct fuel to generate hot air to dry meat, or new technologies such as infrared, mid-infrared and microwave to dry the moisture in the meat jerky are available. However, in remote areas, the above energy supply is inconvenient. Especially steam, requires a separate boiler system, and electricity, water and fuel are required to generate the steam.
In view of the above, there is a need for a convenient, sanitary, energy-saving and environmentally friendly apparatus for processing food in pasturing areas.
Disclosure of Invention

the pair of heat preservation curtain rails are positioned in the shell and respectively extend along two sides of the light transmission part;
a thermal curtain shaft provided at one end of the pair of thermal curtain rails;
the front end of the heat-insulating curtain is wound on the heat-insulating curtain shaft, and two end parts of the rear end of the heat-insulating curtain are respectively arranged in the pair of heat-insulating curtain rails in a sliding manner, so that the heat-insulating curtain shields or exposes the light-transmitting part.

The device is provided with the solar cell panel which can convert solar energy into electric energy to be stored in the storage battery, and the storage battery can provide electric energy for the controller, the temperature sensor, the humidity sensor and the motor in the equipment, so that the temperature and the humidity of the device during making different foods can be adjusted by controlling the on-off of the fan through the controller; moreover, under the conditions of no sun and extremely low temperature, the fuel which is conveniently obtained can still be used to ensure the normal use of the equipment. The invention is also provided with the roller and the drag buckle, and can be conveniently moved. In a word, the invention solves the defects of poor sanitation degree and unstable product quality of the traditional processing mode, can fully utilize local solar energy resources and conveniently obtain fuel resources, and has the advantages of energy saving, environmental protection and convenient use.

Example 1
The device for processing food in pasturing areas has the following arrangement structure:
as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the drying rack 16; a housing 11, a part of the housing 11 being a light-transmitting portion 13, and the light-transmitting portion 13 including at least a part of a top of the housing 11, the housing 11 further having a ventilation structure; wherein the airing rack 16 is disposed inside the housing 11. The shell 11 is a cuboid, and a part of the top of the shell 11 and one side wall are both double-layer vacuum glass. A solar cell panel 7 disposed outside the top of the housing 11; as shown in fig. 2, a storage battery 18 provided outside the housing 11, the storage battery 18 being electrically connected to the solar cell panel 7; the air outlet 8 with the cover body is arranged at the top of the shell 11, a fan baffle 9 capable of being opened and closed is arranged at an opening of the air outlet 8 with the cover body, the opening and closing of the fan baffle 9 are controlled by a motor 22, and the motor 22 is electrically connected with the storage battery 18; at least one air inlet 17 disposed at a lower portion of one sidewall of the housing 11, wherein the air inlet 17 is a louver with a filter. A pair of heat-insulating curtain rails 14 located inside the housing 11 and extending along both sides of the light-transmitting portion 13; a thermal curtain shaft provided at one end of the pair of thermal curtain rails 14; the front end of the thermal insulation curtain 10 is wound around the thermal insulation curtain shaft, and two end parts of the rear end of the thermal insulation curtain 10 are respectively arranged in a pair of thermal insulation curtain rails 14 in a sliding manner, so that the thermal insulation curtain 10 shields or exposes the light transmission part 13. A fuel furnace 2 located outside the casing 11; a water storage tank 4 having a water filling port 20, the water storage tank 4 being disposed outside the housing 11; the heat exchange tube 3, the bottom and at least one side wall of the shell 11 have a hollow structure, the heat exchange tube 3 is arranged in the hollow structure, one end of the heat exchange tube 3 is communicated with the water storage tank 4 through a water pump 19, and the other end of the heat exchange tube extends to the inside of the fuel furnace 2. A temperature sensor 12 provided inside the housing 11; a humidity sensor 6 provided inside the housing 11; and the controller 21 is arranged outside the shell 11, the controller 21 is electrically connected with the storage battery 18, the temperature sensor 12, the humidity sensor 6 and the motor 22, and the controller 21 controls the motor 22 to act according to a temperature signal of the temperature sensor 12 and a humidity signal of the humidity sensor 6 so as to drive the fan baffle 9 to be opened or closed. And dark light absorption layers are sprayed on the side walls in the shell 11. A roller 1 disposed at the bottom of the housing 11; and the pulling buckle 5 is fixedly arranged on one side wall of the middle lower part of the shell 11.
When the food is jerky, the controller controls the temperature inside the shell to be 50-70 ℃.
When the food is yoghourt, the controller controls the temperature inside the shell to be 42-45 ℃.
The light transmission part adopts double-layer vacuum glass, so that light energy can be well obtained and utilized, and a heat preservation effect is achieved.
The side wall of the shell is sprayed with a dark light absorption layer, so that light energy irradiated into the device can be absorbed as much as possible, and the temperature in the device is ensured.
The air inlet is set to be a blind window with a filtering device, so that a good ventilation function can be realized, air entering the device can be filtered, the cleanness of the air is guaranteed, and the safety and the sanitation of food are guaranteed.
The heat preservation curtain is rolled up when sunlight exists and is unfolded when no sunlight exists, and the light transmission part is shielded, so that the heat preservation effect is better played.
The heat exchange tube arranged in the hollow structure of the side wall can be matched with a fuel furnace, hot water circularly flows in the side wall of the device under the driving of a circulating pump, and the heating and heat preservation effects are achieved.
Example 2
The device for processing food in pasturing areas has the following arrangement structure:
as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the airing rack 16; a housing 11, a part of the housing 11 being a light-transmitting portion 13, and the light-transmitting portion 13 including at least a part of a top of the housing 11, the housing 11 further having a ventilation structure; wherein the airing rack 16 is disposed inside the housing 11. The top of the housing 11 includes a horizontal portion and a downward inclined portion, and the inclined portion is double-layer vacuum glass. An air outlet 8 with a cover body, which is arranged on the top of the shell 11; at least one air inlet 17 is provided at a lower portion of one sidewall of the housing 11, or the air inlet 17 is a louver with a movable baffle 15 and a filtering device. A pair of heat-insulating curtain rails 14 located inside the housing 11 and extending along both sides of the light-transmitting portion 13; a thermal curtain shaft provided at one end of the pair of thermal curtain rails 14; the front end of the thermal insulation curtain 10 is wound around the thermal insulation curtain shaft, and two end parts of the rear end of the thermal insulation curtain 10 are respectively arranged in a pair of thermal insulation curtain rails 14 in a sliding manner, so that the thermal insulation curtain 10 shields or exposes the light transmission part 13. A temperature sensor 12 provided inside the housing 11; a humidity sensor 6 provided inside the housing 11; and dark light absorption layers are sprayed on the side walls in the shell 11. A roller 1 disposed at the bottom of the housing 11; and the pulling buckle 5 is fixedly arranged on one side wall of the middle lower part of the shell 11.
When the food is jerky, the controller controls the temperature inside the shell to be 50-70 ℃.
When the food is yoghourt, the controller controls the temperature inside the shell to be 42-45 ℃.

the pair of heat preservation curtain rails are positioned in the shell and respectively extend along two sides of the light transmission part;
a thermal curtain shaft provided at one end of the pair of thermal curtain rails;
the front end of the heat-insulating curtain is wound on the heat-insulating curtain shaft, and two end parts of the rear end of the heat-insulating curtain are respectively arranged in the pair of heat-insulating curtain rails in a sliding manner so as to enable the heat-insulating curtain to shield or expose the light-transmitting part;
the length of the shell is 3-4m, the width of the shell is 2-3m, and the height of the shell is 2-3 m;
a solar cell panel disposed outside a top of the housing;
the storage battery is arranged on the outer side of the shell and is electrically connected with the solar cell panel;

the temperature sensor is arranged inside the shell and used for detecting the temperature value inside the shell;
a humidity sensor disposed inside the case for detecting a humidity value inside the case;
the controller is arranged outside the shell and electrically connected with the storage battery, the temperature sensor, the humidity sensor and the motor, and the controller controls the motor to act according to the temperature value of the temperature sensor and the humidity value of the humidity sensor so as to drive the fan baffle to be opened or closed to change the temperature inside the shell;
