Description
NIST(National Institute of Standards and Technology(国家标准与技术研究所))的建议(对此参见单独的出版物“Recommendation for Random Number
Generation Using Deterministic Random Bit Generators”,SP 800-90,2007年3月)应该拥有自测试。
Programmable Embedded Self-Testing
Checkers for All-Unidirectional Error Detecting Codes, Proceedings of the 17th
Design of Embedded Constant Weight
Code-Checkers Based on Averaging Operations, Proceedings of the 16th
IEEE On-Line Testing Symposium, Corfu Island, Greece, 2010,
S Kundu,S.M. Reddy,Embedded
Totally Self-Checking Checkers A Practical Design, Design and Test of

Set of State MAchines COSSMA)。
以sumn(n=0, 1, 2…)来表示全加器的总和位,以cinn(n=0, 1, 2…) coutn(n=0, 1, 2…)
TRC
