技术领域
本发明涉及管道技术领域,尤其是一种橡胶管。
背景技术
由于橡胶管与塑料管相比具有很多特殊的优势,比如化学稳定性好、耐水性优、渗水率低、体积电阻率低等等,因此尽管橡胶管的制作成本比塑料管高,但是在很多领域还有较广泛的应用。
橡胶管通常被用来传输气体和液体介质,根据介质传送的压力特性往往分为高压橡胶管、普通橡胶管和真空橡胶管等,受传送介质的化学和腐蚀特性又有不同的设计与分类,分别满足耐酸、耐碱、耐油、防腐等等的不同使用要求。
橡胶管通常应用于内压和外压等均匀压强的工况条件,高压橡胶管通常采用多层缠绕钢丝或编织钢丝加固的结构设计方式,而真空管通常依靠增加壁厚的方法解决,但其抗侧压能力仍然非常有限,且容易变形。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种抗侧压多层橡胶管,该橡胶管具有抗侧压强度高,不易变形的优点。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明包括管体,所述管体包括橡胶材质的内胶层,所述内胶层上包裹有螺旋弹簧,所述螺旋弹簧上包裹有橡胶材质的外胶层。
进一步,所述螺旋弹簧的弹簧丝之间填充有橡胶。
进一步,所述内胶层和螺旋弹簧之间设置有内填充层,所述螺旋弹簧和外胶层之间设置有外填充层。
优选地,所述内填充层和外填充层均为金属丝编织层。
优选地,所述内填充层和外填充层均为缠绕的金属丝层。
优选地,所述内填充层和外填充层均为芳纶增强材料。
本发明在管体的内胶层和外胶层之间设置有螺旋弹簧,弹簧丝之间填充有橡胶,大大提高了管道的抗侧压能力,同时又能使橡胶管具有较小的弯曲半径,而内填充层和外填充层可以增强橡胶管的纵向机械强度,进一步提高了管道的抗侧压能力,使其不容易变形。

本发明所列举的实施例,只是用于帮助理解本发明,不应理解为对本发明保护范围的限定,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明思想的前提下,还可以对本发明进行改进和修饰,这些改进和修饰也落入本发明权利要求保护的范围内。
如图1所示,本发明包括管体,所述管体为多层结构,包括设置在管体内部的内胶层1,所述内胶层1由橡胶或塑料材料制成,可根据管体内部介质的化学和腐蚀特性以及化学或机械密封需要选择并确定內胶层1的材料与厚度,满足内部传送介质的使用要求。
所述内胶层1上包裹有螺旋弹簧2,作为管体的支撑层,螺旋弹簧2的螺旋中径根据橡胶管产品的技术要求优化设计,弹簧丝的截面根据最大侧压力设计选取、使弹簧支撑强度能够满足每道螺旋平均最大侧压力的技术指标要求,弹簧丝截面可采用矩形、圆形等各种形状,原则上螺旋弹簧不采用大螺距结构、也不采用密绕结构,弹簧丝的每道螺旋之间应保持一定的间隙,以满足橡胶管成品弯曲的需要。
为了提高螺旋弹簧的支撑能力,弹簧丝之间的间隙用橡胶全部填充满、并且橡胶与内外相邻管层相互粘合,使得成品在受到额定侧压力的情况下不会发生倾倒。
所述螺旋弹簧2上包裹有外胶层3,外胶层3采用橡胶或塑料材质,根据橡胶管的实际使用环境和以及化学或机械密封需要选择并确定材料与厚度,满足成品在实际工况中使用的环境适应性要求。
为了进一步提高管体的强度,所述内胶层1和螺旋弹簧2之间还设置有内填充层4,所述螺旋弹簧2和外胶层3之间设置有外填充层5,内填充层4和外填充层5主要用于增强橡胶管制品纵向的机械强度,可以根据机械强度要求设计成一层或多层的缠绕金属丝层、金属丝编织层,或者芳纶等其他非金属增强材料的加强层。

1.抗侧压多层橡胶管,包括管体,其特征在于,所述管体包括橡胶材质的内胶层(1),所述内胶层(1)上包裹有螺旋弹簧(2),所述螺旋弹簧(2)上包裹有橡胶材质的外胶层(3),所述内胶层(1)和螺旋弹簧(2)之间设置有内填充层(4),所述螺旋弹簧(2)和外胶层(3)之间设置有外填充层(5),所述内填充层(4)和外填充层(5)为金属丝编织层或缠绕的金属丝层或芳纶增强材料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的抗侧压多层橡胶管,其特征在于,所述螺旋弹簧(2)的弹簧丝之间填充有橡胶。
