Abstract

本发明涉及一种内平衡式氧气截止阀,属于流体控制阀门技术领域。该阀包括阀体和安装在阀体上的阀杆升降操作装置,阀体的介质进口和介质出口之间具有阀座,阀座与其上方的笼罩形成下部具有连通窗口的压力腔;阀杆由上至下伸入压力腔内,且其下端具有径向扩径延伸的阀瓣,阀瓣具有与压力腔上部密闭空间连通的泄压平衡孔;当阀瓣落下时,处于关闭阀座隔断介质进口和介质出口的位置;当阀瓣升起时,处于使介质进口通过连通孔和阀座与介质出口连通的位置。本发明有效避免了可能存在的摩擦,而且因阀瓣处于具有泄压结构的压力腔内,开启时两端不存在压差,因此无需旁通阀,大大简化了结构、方便了操作,并进一步减少了摩擦环节,显著提高了氧气截止阀的安全性。

Description

一种内平衡式氧气截止阀
技术领域
本发明涉及一种内平衡式氧气截止阀,尤其涉及一种内平衡式高压氧气截止阀,属于流体控制阀门技术领域。
背景技术
截止阀作为输送氧气管路上的启闭装置较其它通用阀门有许多特别严格的要求。因为氧气属易燃易爆危险品,所以必需防泄漏、防静电、防火花,以避免发生事故。氧气截止阀门的安全技术要求为国家标准GB16912-1997《氧气及相关气体安全技术规程》,氧气截止阀门的设计、制造和检验按机械行业标准JB/T10530-2005《氧气用截止阀》。
现有技术的氧气截止阀如图1和图2所示,主要由阀体1、阀瓣2、阀瓣压盖3、阀杆4、阀盖8、旁通阀15等组成,阀瓣2通过阀瓣压盖3连接在阀杆4下端,阀杆4在操作装置作用下上下运动,完成启闭操作。介质流向为高进低出(即所谓流关式)。关闭时,阀瓣受介质压力及操作装置的共同作用,比较容易保证密封。但由于阀瓣为非平衡结构,因此开启时,阀瓣上端压力较大,需先打开阀体侧的旁通阀,以平衡阀瓣两侧的压差,才能进行阀门的开启操作,十分不便。此外,现有氧气截止阀还存在以下问题:
1)阀瓣通过阀瓣压盖连接在阀杆下端,阀瓣压盖与阀杆的径向之间为间隙配合,可以相对转动而产生摩擦;
2)阀瓣与阀体的密封副在关闭瞬间也会有相对转动,存在产生静电的可能;
3)旁通阀不仅增加了泄漏因素,而且同样存在摩擦现象,增加了安全隐患;
4)由于阀体内腔充满压力,密封填料长时间受压,容易损坏。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于:针对上述现有技术存在的问题,提出一种可以有效避免摩擦的内平衡式氧气截止阀,从而消除安全隐患、确保氧气输送安全。
为了达到上述目的,本发明的内平衡式氧气截止阀基本技术方案为:包括具有介质进口和介质出口的阀体和安装在阀体上的阀杆升降操作装置,所述阀体的介质进口和介质出口之间具有阀座,所述阀座与其上方的笼罩形成下部具有连通窗口的压力腔;所述阀杆由上至下伸入压力腔内,且其下端具有径向扩径延伸的阀瓣,所述阀瓣具有与压力腔上部密闭空间连通的泄压平衡孔;当所述阀瓣落下时,处于关闭阀座隔断介质进口和介质出口的位置;当所述阀瓣升起时,处于使介质进口通过连通孔和阀座与介质出口连通的位置。
本发明不仅由于阀杆与阀座无相对运动,有效避免了可能存在的摩擦,而且因阀瓣处于具有泄压结构的压力腔内,开启时两端不存在压差,因此无需旁通阀,大大简化了结构、方便了操作,并进一步减少了摩擦环节,显著提高了氧气截止阀的安全性。
本发明进一步的细化完善包括:
所述笼罩由固定在阀体内的筒状下笼罩和上笼罩构成。所述下笼罩的上端具有嵌入上笼罩下端对应凹槽的凸起,所述凸起和凹槽之间衬有平衡密封圈。
所述下笼罩具有周向分布的径向孔,构成压力腔下部的连通窗口。
所述上笼罩的上端具有径向延伸的凸缘,所述凸缘的下表面担放在阀体与之相配的凹陷内,且所述凸缘的上表面被嵌入阀体凹陷的阀盖压住,
所述阀瓣下端中部形成盲孔,所述盲孔通过泄压平衡孔与压力腔上部的密闭空间连通。

具体实施方式
实施例一
本实施例为一种高压内平衡式氧气截止阀,其具体结构如图3所示,与现有技术相同的是,具有介质进口IN和介质出口OUT的阀体1上装有阀盖8和支架13支撑的伞齿轮组14,手轮通过该14伞齿轮组与垂向安装于阀体上的阀杆4传动连接,构成阀杆升降操作装置。阀体1的介质进口和介质出口之间固定装有环圈状的阀座1-1
与现有技术不同的是,阀座1-1上方装有固定在阀体1内的筒状下笼罩3-1和上笼罩3-2,从而形成压力腔。上笼罩3-2的上端具有径向延伸的凸缘,该凸缘的下表面通过垫片5担放在阀体1与之相配的凹陷内,上表面通过垫片5被嵌入阀体凹陷的阀盖8压住,从而形成可靠的密封固连关系。阀体1的壳体在下笼罩3-1周围形成与介质进口连通的环形腔R,下笼罩3-1具有周向分布的若干径向孔H,从而构成压力腔下部的连通窗口。下笼罩3-1的上端具有嵌入上笼罩3-2下端对应凹槽的凸起,该凸起和凹槽之间衬有平衡密封圈2-1,因此连接稳妥,密封可靠。阀杆4由上至下伸入压力腔内,其下端具有径向扩径延伸的连体阀瓣2。该阀瓣2的外圆与上笼罩3-2和下笼罩3-1的内孔形成动配合。阀瓣2落下时,其下端周圈与阀座1-1的内孔密封贴合,下端中部形成盲孔,该盲孔通过若干泄压平衡孔K与压力腔Y上部的密闭空间Y连通。
工作中,当操纵阀杆升降操作装置使阀瓣落下时,关闭阀座1-1,隔断介质进口IN和介质出口OUT,氧气截止阀可靠关闭。当阀瓣2被阀杆4带动升起时,介质进口IN将通过连通孔H和阀座1-1与介质出口OUT连通,此时,高压介质将通过泄压平衡孔K进入压力腔的上部Y,从而使阀瓣2两侧没有压差,保证氧气截止阀在没有旁通控制的情况下也能顺利开启。
实施例二
本实施例的高压内平衡式氧气截止阀如图4所示,其基本结构与实施例一相同,不同之处在于:由上至下伸入压力腔内的阀杆4下端穿过径向扩径延伸的分体阀瓣2的中心孔,并借助轴向限位结构和紧固件固连。分体阀瓣2的下端中部盲孔形成喇叭口。
以上实施例的高压氧气截止阀形成了压力平衡式结构。安装在上下笼罩间的平衡密封圈在压紧力作用下贴紧阀瓣形成密封,与阀瓣和阀座之间密封形成双重密封,将介质阻挡在笼罩外。而压力空内的介质通过阀瓣的泄压平衡孔,使阀瓣上、下的压力得到有效平衡。
阀门打开时,高压介质从阀瓣下端进入,通过阀瓣的泄压平衡孔,立即使阀瓣上、下压力迅速得到平衡,因此使阀门的开启与关闭一样操作轻便。
实践证明,上述实施例的高压氧气截止阀具有如下显著特点:
1)由于不需要安装旁通阀平衡压差,因此使得管道设计、安装及阀门操作更加便捷;
2)阀门启闭过程中,阀瓣与阀杆没有相对运动,不会发生摩擦,因此杜绝了静电的产生,保证了安全;
3)阀座嵌装在阀体内,方便了阀体内零件的安装以及取出维护保养;
4)阀门关闭后,压力腔通过阀瓣上的泄压平衡孔泄压,阀盖的填料处几乎没有压力,因此填料密封不易损坏;
5)阀门开启时,高压介质通过笼罩下部的连通窗口进入阀瓣下端,笼罩作为减压元件,可有效减轻介质对阀瓣、阀座密封而的冲刷;
6)平衡密封圈隔离而泄压平衡孔连通压力腔上、下,使得对提升力的要求大大降低,从而显著减轻了操作力矩。
7)除了阀瓣启闭时阀杆只升降而不转动、有效降低了密封副、填料磨损外,阀体的侧法兰上装有接地螺钉,进一步避免产生静电火花;阀杆外露部分用有机玻璃密闭封盖,以防尘防油。

Claims (9)

1.一种内平衡式氧气截止阀,包括具有介质进口和介质出口的阀体(1)和安装在阀体上的阀杆(4)升降操作装置,所述阀体的介质进口和介质出口之间具有阀座(1-1),其特征在于:所述阀座与其上方的笼罩(3-1、3-2)形成下部具有连通窗口的压力腔;所述阀杆由上至下伸入压力腔内,且其下端具有径向扩径延伸的阀瓣(2),所述阀瓣具有与压力腔上部密闭空间连通的泄压平衡孔;当所述阀瓣落下时,处于关闭阀座隔断介质进口和介质出口的位置;当所述阀瓣升起时,处于使介质进口通过连通孔和阀座与介质出口连通的位置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的内平衡式氧气截止阀,其特征在于:所述笼罩由固定在阀体(1)内的筒状下笼罩(3-1)和上笼罩(3-2)构成。
3.根据权利要求2所述的内平衡式氧气截止阀,其特征在于:所述下笼罩(3-1)的上端具有嵌入上笼罩(3-2)下端对应凹槽的凸起,所述凸起和凹槽之间衬有平衡密封圈(2-1)。
4.根据权利要求3所述的内平衡式氧气截止阀,其特征在于:所述下笼罩(3-1)具有周向分布的径向孔,构成压力腔下部的连通窗口。
5.根据权利要求4所述的内平衡式氧气截止阀,其特征在于:所述上笼罩(3-2)的上端具有径向延伸的凸缘,所述凸缘的下表面担放在阀体(1)与之相配的凹陷内,且所述凸缘的上表面被嵌入阀体凹陷的阀盖(8)压住。
6.根据权利要求5所述的内平衡式氧气截止阀,其特征在于:所述阀瓣下端中部形成盲孔,所述盲孔通过泄压平衡孔与压力腔上部的密闭空间连通。
7.根据权利要求6所述的内平衡式氧气截止阀,其特征在于:所述阀杆(4)下端具有径向扩径延伸的连体阀瓣(2)。
8.根据权利要求6所述的内平衡式氧气截止阀,其特征在于:所述阀杆(4)下端穿过径向扩径延伸的分体阀瓣(2)的中心孔后相互固连。
9.根据权利要求8所述的内平衡式氧气截止阀,其特征在于:所述阀瓣(2)的下端中部盲孔形成喇叭口。
