本发明公开了一种耐高温柔软海绵及其制备方法,其组成原料为:聚氧化丙烯二醇85-95、甲苯二异氰酸酯55-65、硅灰石粉13-18、菜籽油0.2-0.5、辛酸亚锡0.7-0.9、偶氮二甲酰胺4.5-5.5、柠檬酸1.7-2.3、2-氨乙基十七烯基咪唑啉1-2、改性纳米硅溶胶4-5和水9.0-10.0;本发明以聚氧化丙烯二醇和甲苯二异氰酸酯为主料,具有优良的柔软性、弹性、吸水性、耐水性的特点,采用硅灰石粉对聚氧化丙烯二醇改性处理,提高了产品的性能,增强了海绵的耐热性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种海绵的制备方法,具体涉及一种耐高温柔软海绵及其制备方法。
背景技术
海绵制品已经在人们生活中逐渐普及,其中有海绵制作的座椅、沙发、床垫等家居物品,聚醚多元醇是生产聚氨酯海绵的主要原料,现有的聚氨酯海绵生产一般采用的聚醚多元醇通常采用石油类聚醚多元醇,然而石油类聚醚多元醇制成的聚氨酯稳定性高,自然状态下难以分解;使之不具有可降解性,不利于环境保护和可持续发展,随着海绵制品的应用领域的扩大,市场需要大量的海绵供给,由于现行的海绵存在很多性能缺陷,使用海绵就存在安全隐患。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种耐高温柔软海绵及其制备方法。
为了实现上述目的本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种耐高温柔软海绵,其特征在于其组成原料的重量份为:聚氧化丙烯二醇85-95、甲苯二异氰酸酯55-65、硅灰石粉13-18、菜籽油0.2-0.5、辛酸亚锡0.7-0.9、偶氮二甲酰胺4.5-5.5、柠檬酸1.7-2.3、2- 氨乙基十七烯基咪唑啉1-2、改性纳米硅溶胶4-5和水9.0-10.0;
所述的改性纳米硅溶胶的制备方法为:将15-20重量份水加入反应容器,加热到 70-80℃;取2-3重量份聚乙烯醇加入水中,搅拌溶解,再加入0.1-0.15重量份纳米氮化铝粉、1.2-1.3重量份吗啉、1-1.2重量份纳米硅溶胶、1-2重量份丙烯酸,搅拌均匀,降温至20-30℃,加入0.2-0.3重量份的过硫酸钠,搅拌均匀,反应30-45分钟,然后,再加入1-2重量份硅烷偶联剂KH-550、0.1-0.2重量份玫瑰精油,继续搅拌反应45-60分钟,即得。
所述的耐高温柔软海绵的制备方法,其特征在于先将上述配方量的聚氧化丙烯二醇、甲苯二异氰酸酯、2-氨乙基十七烯基咪唑啉、改性纳米硅溶胶投入混合器中混合,搅拌均匀,并加热至35 -40 ℃,再将上述配方量的其它剩余成分投入混合器中混合,高速搅拌120-160秒钟后倒入模具发泡并固化后,得到耐高温柔软海绵。本发明改性纳米硅溶胶能使得玫瑰精油香气持久保持,同时,增加海绵的强度与分子粘接力。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明以聚氧化丙烯二醇和甲苯二异氰酸酯为主料,具有优良的柔软性、弹性、吸水性、耐水性的特点,采用硅灰石粉对聚氧化丙烯二醇改性处理,提高了产品的性能,增强了海绵的耐热性能。
具体实施方式
实施例1:耐高温柔软海绵,其组成原料的重量份(kg)为:聚氧化丙烯二醇85、甲苯二异氰酸酯65、硅灰石粉13、菜籽油0.5、辛酸亚锡0.9、偶氮二甲酰胺4.5、柠檬酸1.7、2- 氨乙基十七烯基咪唑啉2、改性纳米硅溶胶5和水9.0;
所述的改性纳米硅溶胶的制备方法为:将15重量份水加入反应容器,加热到 70-80℃;取2重量份聚乙烯醇加入水中,搅拌溶解,再加入0.1重量份纳米氮化铝粉、1.2重量份吗啉、1重量份纳米硅溶胶、1重量份丙烯酸,搅拌均匀,降温至20-30℃,加入0.3重量份的过硫酸钠,搅拌均匀,反应30-45分钟,然后,再加入1重量份硅烷偶联剂KH-550、0.2重量份玫瑰精油,继续搅拌反应45-60分钟,即得。
所述的耐高温柔软海绵的制备方法,其特征在于先将上述配方量的聚氧化丙烯二醇、甲苯二异氰酸酯、2-氨乙基十七烯基咪唑啉、改性纳米硅溶胶投入混合器中混合,搅拌均匀,并加热至35 -40 ℃,再将上述配方量的其它剩余成分投入混合器中混合,高速搅拌120-160秒钟后倒入模具发泡并固化后,得到耐高温柔软海绵。
通过上述实施例1制得的海绵性能数据如下:硬度43Kpa,回弹38%。

1.一种耐高温柔软海绵,其特征在于其组成原料的重量份为:聚氧化丙烯二醇85-95、甲苯二异氰酸酯55-65、硅灰石粉13-18、菜籽油0.2-0.5、辛酸亚锡0.7-0.9、偶氮二甲酰胺4.5-5.5、柠檬酸1.7-2.3、2- 氨乙基十七烯基咪唑啉1-2、改性纳米硅溶胶4-5和水9.0-10.0;
所述的改性纳米硅溶胶的制备方法为:将15-20重量份水加入反应容器,加热到 70-80℃;取2-3重量份聚乙烯醇加入水中,搅拌溶解,再加入0.1-0.15重量份纳米氮化铝粉、1.2-1.3重量份吗啉、1-1.2重量份纳米硅溶胶、1-2重量份丙烯酸,搅拌均匀,降温至20-30℃,加入0.2-0.3重量份的过硫酸钠,搅拌均匀,反应30-45分钟,然后,再加入1-2重量份硅烷偶联剂KH-550、0.1-0.2重量份玫瑰精油,继续搅拌反应45-60分钟,即得。
2.一种如权利要求1所述的耐高温柔软海绵的制备方法,其特征在于先将上述配方量的聚氧化丙烯二醇、甲苯二异氰酸酯、2-氨乙基十七烯基咪唑啉、改性纳米硅溶胶投入混合器中混合,搅拌均匀,并加热至35 -40 ℃,再将上述配方量的其它剩余成分投入混合器中混合,高速搅拌120-160秒钟后倒入模具发泡并固化后,得到耐高温柔软海绵。
