技术领域：
本发明涉及一种包装机械设备，特别涉及一种气压式贴窗胶盒。
背景技术：
  贴窗机主要应用于对酒盒、礼品盒、餐巾纸盒、化妆品盒、儿童玩具盒、服装盒等包装的窗口进行贴膜，窗口贴膜是印刷包装加工中常遇到的工序，目前印刷包装用的半自动贴窗机的贴窗盒，在下压至包装盒涂胶时，会产生一定的撞击力，而这种撞击力所产生的反作用力会使得贴窗盒的胶水发生飞溅。随着贴窗机工作频率的加快，胶水飞溅的越剧烈，甚至胶水会飞溅出贴窗盒。
发明的内容：
  本发明就是为了解决现有技术中的不足，提供一种贴窗机在工作时，贴窗盒内的胶水不会发生飞溅的气压式贴窗胶盒。
为了实现上述目的，本发明提供以下技术方案：
 一种气压式贴窗胶盒，它包括：胶盒，在胶盒底部设有底板，底板上设有下胶孔，底板底部设有橡胶条，在橡胶条的底部设有涂胶孔，胶盒上部设有连接板，连接板上设有接头，胶盒上设有盖板，在盖板与胶盒之间设有密封条，其特征在于：在盖板上设有气嘴，在气嘴上连接通气管。
在上述技术方案的基础上，还可以有以下进一步的技术方案：
在盖板上设有堵头，在贴窗盒的厚度端面上设有一组锁紧卡。
本发明的优点在于：
  本发明结构简单，制造方便，且在不改变原有贴窗盒外形结构的基础上解决了的盒内胶水飞溅的问题。

具体实施方式：
如图1所示，一种气压式贴窗胶盒，它包括：胶盒1，在胶盒1底部设有底板2，底板2上设有下胶孔3，底板2底部设有橡胶条4，在橡胶条4的底部设有涂胶孔5，胶盒1上部设有连接板6，连接板6上设有接头7，胶盒1上设有盖板8，在盖板8与胶盒1之间设有密封条9，在盖板8上设有气嘴10，在气嘴10上连接通气管11，通气管11经电磁阀14与空气压缩机15相连。
在盖板8上设有堵头12。这样可以起到方便添加胶水的作用。
在贴窗盒的厚度端面上设有一组锁紧卡13，进一步增强盖板8与胶盒1的连接强度。
工作原理： 当贴窗机带动贴窗胶盒运动时，向盒体内注入压缩空气，通过压缩空气对胶水的压力来抵消贴窗盒与包装盒接触时产生的撞击反作用力，从而起到防止贴窗盒内胶水飞溅的目的。

1.一种气压式贴窗胶盒，它包括：胶盒（1），在胶盒（1）底部设有底板（2），底板（2）上设有下胶孔（3），底板（2）底部设有橡胶条（4），在在橡胶条（4）的底部设有涂胶孔（5），胶盒（1）上部设有连接板（6），连接板（6）上设有接头（7），胶盒（1）上设有盖板（8），在盖板（8）与胶盒（1）之间设有密封条（9），其特征在于：在盖板（8）上设有气嘴（10），在气嘴（10）上连接通气管（11）。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种气压式贴窗胶盒，其特征在于：在盖板（8）上设有堵头（12），在贴窗盒的厚度端面上设有一组锁紧卡（13）。
