Abstract
本发明涉及一种EVA胶膜挤出器,挤出器是由对合的第一模板、第二模板以及扣合在第一、第二模板两端的第一端盖和第二端盖组成,第一、第二模板内部埋设有冷却管,冷却管内充有冷却液,还包括分水器,冷却管的循环两端连接到分水器,分水器的总进液口与总出液口之间设有循环泵和换热装置。本发明中的挤出器创造性的在第一模板、第二模板内埋设有冷却管,并通过分水器将两组冷却管连接组合起来。当EVA熔胶经过挤出器的挤出口形成胶膜时,冷却管对第一、第二模板进行温控,对熔胶的温度控制更加趋于精细和线性,以调节胶膜初形成时的硬度,从而使生产出的EVA胶膜的质量更稳定,减少了次品率。并且便于下一步压花工艺的进行。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种EVA生产设备,具体涉及一种EVA胶膜挤出器。
背景技术
太阳能电池若直接暴露于空气中,其光电转换效率会很快下降,失去实用价值。因此,太阳能电池的封装材的研究开发就十分重要。为达到与外界隔离的目的,采用透明、耐光老化、粘接性能好、能承受大气变化且具有弹性的乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物(EVA)胶膜将太阳能电池片包封,并与上下层保护材料粘合在一起,构成太阳能电池组件。
EVA是一种典型的无规高分子化合物,在它的分子结构中,取代基在分子链上的排列不规则,同时分子链中不对称碳原子的构型也不相同,排列也不规则,因此它是一种结晶性较小、极性和柔韧性较高的材料,另外它在加热熔融时具有良好的浸润性,冷却固化时具有良好的挠曲性、抗应力开裂性和粘结性能,是一种较为理想的能用于太阳能电池封装的材料。
EVA成膜采用的是挤压成型工艺,整条生产线通常包括搅拌设备、挤出设备、压膜装置、切边单元以及收、放卷设备,完成混料、上料、挤出、压延、切边、收卷工序。决定成品质量的要素有:原料和配方,热熔挤出工艺,及流延成型工艺控制几个方面,而在流延成型工艺过程中,环境温度湿度也是一个重要环节,适宜的湿度和稳定的温度,可减少膜的拉伸变形,控制膜的张力。
目前,在EVA生产过程中EVA胶粒在加热管道内被溶成熔融状态的胶体。加热管道通常是通过电加热,在电加热容易形成热量堆积,不易对温度进行控制,温度过高或过低均会影响EVA胶膜的质量。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是:提出一种可以即时快速对加热管道内EVA熔胶温度进行调节的EVA胶膜挤出器。
本发明为解决上述技术问题提出的技术方案是:一种EVA胶膜挤出器,所述挤出器是由对合的第一模板、第二模板以及扣合在所述第一、第二模板两端的第一端盖和第二端盖组成,所述第一模板和第二模板对合后在其接缝处形成有供EVA熔胶流出形成胶膜的间隙通道,所述第一模板和第二模板为良导热体,所述第一、第二模板内部埋设有冷却管,所述冷却管内充有冷却液,还包括分水器,所述冷却管的循环两端连接到分水器,所述分水器的总进液口与总出液口之间设有循环泵和换热装置。
进一步的,还包括控制器和设置在所述挤出机胶膜出口处的胶膜X光测厚仪,所述胶膜X光测厚仪的信号输出端连接到所述控制器,所述控制器的控制端连接到所述循环泵的受控端。
进一步的,所述冷却管在所述第一、第二模板内部呈蜿蜒状敷设,所述循环泵为有刷直流水泵。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明中的挤出器创造性的在第一模板、第二模板内埋设有冷却管,并通过分水器将两组冷却管连接组合起来。当EVA熔胶经过挤出器的挤出口形成胶膜时,冷却管对第一、第二模板进行温控,对熔胶的温度控制更加趋于精细和线性,以调节胶膜初形成时的硬度,从而使生产出的EVA胶膜的质量更稳定,减少了次品率。并且便于下一步压花工艺的进行。

具体实施方式
实施例
根据图1、图2和图3所示,本发明中的EVA胶膜挤出器1,还包括分水器。
挤出器1是由对合的第一模板2、第二模板3以及扣合在第一、第二模板2、3两端的第一端盖5和第二端盖6组成,第一模板2和第二模板3对合后在其接缝处形成有供EVA熔胶流出形成胶膜的间隙通道,第一模板2和第二模板3为良导热体,第一、第二模板2、3内部埋设有冷却管4,冷却管4内充有冷却液,冷却管4的循环两端连接到分水器,分水器的总进液口与总出液口之间设有循环泵和换热装置。其中良导热体为铜质,当然也可以采用不锈钢制成。
还包括控制器和设置在挤出机胶膜出口处的胶膜X光测厚仪,胶膜X光测厚仪的信号输出端连接到控制器,控制器的控制端连接到循环泵的受控端。
冷却管4在第一、第二模板2、3内部呈蜿蜒状敷设,循环泵为有刷直流水泵。
本发明中的挤出器1创造性的在第一模板2、第二模板3内埋设有冷却管4,并通过分水器将两组冷却管4连接组合起来。当EVA熔胶经过挤出器的挤出口形成胶膜时,冷却管4对第一、第二模板2、3进行温控,对熔胶的温度控制更加趋于精细和线性,以调节胶膜初形成时的硬度,从而使生产出的EVA胶膜的质量更稳定,减少了次品率。并且便于下一步压花工艺的进行。
本发明的不局限于上述实施例,凡采用等同替换形成的技术方案,均落在本发明要求的保护范围内。

1.一种EVA胶膜挤出器,其特征在于:所述挤出器是由对合的第一模板、第二模板以及扣合在所述第一、第二模板两端的第一端盖和第二端盖组成,所述第一模板和第二模板对合后在其接缝处形成有供EVA熔胶流出形成胶膜的间隙通道,所述第一模板和第二模板为良导热体,所述第一、第二模板内部均埋设有冷却管,所述冷却管内充有冷却液,还包括分水器,所述冷却管的循环两端连接到分水器,所述分水器的总进液口与总出液口之间设有循环泵和换热装置。
2.根据权利要求1所述EVA胶膜挤出器,其特征在于:还包括控制器和设置在所述挤出机胶膜出口处的胶膜X光测厚仪,所述胶膜X光测厚仪的信号输出端连接到所述控制器,所述控制器的控制端连接到所述循环泵的受控端。
3.根据权利要求1所述EVA胶膜挤出器,其特征在于:所述冷却管在所述第一、第二模板内部呈蜿蜒状敷设,所述循环泵为有刷直流水泵。
