本发明涉及一种紧定结构,具体的说是一种数控刀架的紧定结构,属于立车设备技术领域。其包括回转滑座,压板通过两侧的锥销和连接螺栓固定在回转滑座上。压板中心位置通过螺纹连接能够压紧滑枕的铜外六角螺栓。本发明结构简单、紧凑、合理,将铜外六角螺栓安装在压板上,并顶住滑枕,不让其因自重下滑,待数控刀架安装上机床后,再安装抱闸伺服电机,避免滑枕滑落,有效的保护了伺服电机。

本发明涉及一种紧定结构,具体的说是一种数控刀架的紧定结构,属于立车设备技术领域。
背景技术
在立车行业中,数控刀架传动的滚珠丝杆不具有自锁功能,在数控刀架安装到机床时,必须在安装抱闸伺服电机,防止滑枕因自重而下滑,但在安装吊运时容易将抱闸伺服电机磕碰坏。鉴于上述存在的问题,迫切需要开发出一种新的数控刀架的紧定结构。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足之处,从而提供一种结构简单、巧妙、合理的数控刀架的紧定结构,避免滑枕滑落,有效保护了伺服电机。
按照本发明提供的技术方案,一种数控刀架的紧定结构包括回转滑座,回转滑座前端面上设有开口槽,开口槽中滑动连接滑枕,开口槽处设有将滑枕压住的压板,其特征是:压板通过两侧的锥销和连接螺栓固定在回转滑座上。所述压板中心位置通过螺纹连接能够压紧滑枕的铜外六角螺栓。
进一步的,开口槽沿垂直方向设置。
本发明与已有技术相比具有以下优点:
本发明结构简单、紧凑、合理,将铜外六角螺栓安装在压板上,并顶住滑枕,不让其因自重下滑,待数控刀架安装上机床后,再安装抱闸伺服电机,避免滑枕滑落,有效的保护了伺服电机。

下面本发明将结合附图中的实施例作进一步描述:
如图1~2所示,本发明主要包括回转滑座2,回转滑座2前端面上设有开口槽,开口槽沿垂直方向设置。
开口槽中滑动连接滑枕1,开口槽处设有将滑枕1压住的压板4,压板4防止滑枕1滑出开口槽。所述压板4通过两侧的锥销3和连接螺栓6固定在回转滑座2上。
所述压板4中心位置通过螺纹连接能够压紧滑枕1的铜外六角螺栓5,铜外六角螺栓5,使得滑枕1上下直线移动时需要用很大的力,摩擦力超过了滑枕1的重力,避免了滑枕滑落,有效的保护了伺服电机。
本发明与现有技术相比,有点在于:数控刀架传动的滚珠丝杆不具有自锁功能,在数控刀架安装机床时,必须在安装抱闸伺服电机,防止滑枕自重下滑,但在安装吊运时容易将抱闸伺服电机磕碰坏,将铜外六角螺栓安装在压板上,并顶住滑枕,不让其因自重下滑,待数控刀架安装上机床后,再安装抱闸伺服电机,避免滑枕滑落,有效的保护了伺服电机。

1.一种数控刀架的紧定结构,包括回转滑座(2),回转滑座(2)前端面上设有开口槽,开口槽中滑动连接滑枕(1),开口槽处设有将滑枕(1)压住的压板(4),其特征是:压板(4)通过两侧的锥销(3)和连接螺栓(6)固定在回转滑座(2)上;所述压板(4)中心位置通过螺纹连接能够压紧滑枕(1)的铜外六角螺栓(5)。
