Abstract

本发明涉及一种医用敷料,具体的说是一种新型泡沫复合伤口敷料,包括吸水层和覆盖在吸水层上方的锁水层,吸水层和锁水层中间设有过渡层,锁水层上方覆盖有防水层,吸水层下方设有聚氨酯膜层。该发明对人体无毒、无刺激,通过吸水层快速吸收伤口周围的水分,锁水层吸收并锁住水分,防止水分返流,保证了伤口处合适的温、湿度,防止贴敷处皮肤出现浸渍反应,伤口愈合快;利用硅凝胶贴敷固定效果好,不易脱落,也不会对皮肤造成拉伤。

一种泡沫复合伤口敷料
技术领域
本发明涉及一种医用敷料,具体的说,是一种新型泡沫复合伤口敷料。
背景技术
受伤或手术后的伤口需要用伤口敷料加以处理,以吸收从伤口渗出的过多渗出液渗出液,使伤口能快速愈合。但是现有的敷料存在一些不足:当渗出液过多时,吸水层并不能完全吸收掉,会再次从吸水层反渗出,导致伤口处的皮肤被浸渍泡软,愈合速度慢,甚至出现溃烂,极大的加大了伤者的痛苦。
发明内容
为了解决上述现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种新型泡沫复合伤口敷料,能保证伤口处有合适的温、湿度,伤口愈合快,提高治疗效率,减少伤者的痛苦。
为了达到上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:一种新型泡沫复合伤口敷料,包括吸水层和覆盖在所述吸水层上方的锁水层。
该发明通过吸水层将伤口处皮肤上的渗出液快速吸收,再通过锁水层将吸水层内的渗出液通过亲水基团将渗出液吸入,吸入后锁水层材质迅速膨润,形成一定强度的水凝胶体,具有良好的锁水能力,即使有一定的压力作用其上,水也不易返流渗出。在仅有吸水层的情况下,水分得不到锁定,渗出液容易返流而浸渍伤口。在仅有锁水层的情况下,渗出液被吸收的速率不够快,导致渗出液外溢而锁水层吸水不足,对于伤口吸湿和周边清洁不利。
作为优选,所述吸水层和所述锁水层中间设有过渡层。
由于吸水层吸收快,而锁水层的吸水慢,两者吸水速率差距较大,设置过渡层可以将吸水层的渗出液吸收,加以短暂的储存,再由锁水层慢慢吸走锁牢,更能保证伤口处的合适湿度。
作为优选,所述锁水层上方覆盖有防水层。
在远离皮肤的一层设置防水层,可以防止外源水分或其他细小灰尘及病菌等渗入敷料内而对伤口产生伤害。
作为优选,所述吸水层下方设有聚氨酯膜层,所述聚氨酯膜层上设有若干透水孔。
贴近皮肤设有聚氨酯膜层,可以防止渗出液从敷料的侧边渗出,聚氨酯膜为无毒无害、弹性佳的薄膜,抗菌、透气性好,与皮肤直接接触亲柔,无伤害,提高舒适度,渗出液从透水孔进入吸水层。
作为优选,所述聚氨酯膜层下方设有贴敷层,所述贴敷层为硅凝胶涂层或医用压敏胶层,所述硅凝胶涂层或医用压敏胶层开有与所述聚氨酯膜层上的透水孔相对应的小孔。
硅凝胶涂层或医用压敏胶层用来贴敷固定住敷料,硅凝胶或医用压敏胶无毒、无味,能很好固定住敷料,但是拆换敷料时不会对皮肤造成拉伤。
作为优选,所述吸水层为泡沫吸水层。
泡沫材料多孔,吸水性好,而且还具有一定的保温性,能保证伤口处合适的温湿度。
作为优选,所述锁水层为强吸水纤维层。
强吸水纤维层无毒、透气性好,而且由于强吸水纤维内存在大量的亲水基团,如-OH、-SO3Na、-COONa等,从而对水分子产生强大的亲和力;海绵、泡沫等材料吸水后,在一定压力下,水会很快返流渗出,保水性差,而强吸水纤维吸水后迅速膨润、形成一定强度的水凝胶体,即使有一定的压力作用其上,水也不易流出。
作为优选,所述过渡层为无纺布或竹纤维布或棉布或麻布。
无纺布无毒、无刺激,透气性佳;竹纤维布具有很强的抑菌抗菌能力,吸湿透气性好。
作为优选,所述防水层为聚氨酯膜,所述吸水层下方设有聚氨酯膜层,所述聚氨酯膜层上设有若干透水孔,所述聚氨酯膜层下方设有用于贴敷的硅凝胶涂层,所述硅凝胶涂层开有与所述聚氨酯膜层上的透水孔相对应的小孔,所述吸水层为泡沫吸水层,所述锁水层为强吸水纤维层;所述过渡层为竹纤维布。
通过实施上述的技术方案,本发明具有如下的有益效果:1.设置吸水快的吸水层和强锁水的锁水层,保证伤口处合适的温、湿度,防止贴敷处皮肤出现浸渍反应,伤口愈合快;2.贴敷固定效果好,不易脱落,也不会对皮肤造成拉伤;3.整个敷料对皮肤无毒、无刺激,舒适度高。

实施例1:
如附图1所示,一种新型泡沫复合伤口敷料,最上一层,即远离皮肤的一层是防水层4,为聚氨酯膜,防水层4的下一层为锁水层2,锁水层2为丙烯酸纤维素,具有吸水和锁水双重功能;锁水层2下方为过渡层3,过渡层3为无纺布,过渡层3下方为吸水层1,吸水层1由吸水泡沫构成,吸水性强而且快速;吸水层1下方为聚氨酯膜层5,该聚氨酯膜层5与前述防水层4连接,防止渗出液从敷料的侧边渗出,也提高了敷料的舒适度,同时还方便敷料生产过程中的包装。聚氨酯膜层5下方为硅凝胶形成的贴敷层6,能很好地在皮肤表面固定住敷料,而且拆换敷料时不会对皮肤造成拉伤。聚氨酯膜层5和硅凝胶涂层分别设有对应的透水孔51和小孔61,加快伤口处的渗出液从孔内进入吸水层1。
本实施例所提供的敷料,制作材料均对人体无毒、无刺激,保证了伤口处合适的温湿度,防止贴敷处皮肤出现浸渍反应,伤口愈合快;利用硅凝胶贴敷固定效果好,不易脱落,也不会对皮肤造成拉伤。
实施例2:

1.一种泡沫复合伤口敷料,其特征在于:包括吸水层(1)和覆盖在所述吸水层(1)上方的锁水层(2),所述吸水层(1)和所述锁水层(2)中间设有过渡层(3),所述过渡层(3)为无纺布或竹纤维布,所述锁水层(2)为丙烯酸纤维素;所述锁水层(2)上方覆盖有防水层(4),并且聚氨酯膜层(5)与前述防水层(4)连接;所述吸水层(1)下方设有聚氨酯膜层(5),所述聚氨酯膜层(5)上设有若干透水孔(51);所述聚氨酯膜层(5)下方设有贴敷层(6),所述贴敷层(6)为硅凝胶涂层或医用压敏胶层,所述硅凝胶涂层或医用压敏胶层开有与所述聚氨酯膜层(5)上的透水孔(51)相对应的小孔(61);所述吸水层(1)为泡沫吸水层;所述锁水层(2)为强吸水纤维层。
