技术领域
本发明涉及冶金、矿山、化工等行业各类原料输送系统,尤其涉及一种原料落料控制装置。
背景技术
目前,现有的落料控制阀,一般阀体中有主动轴和从动轴,两轴之间通过齿轮啮合,轴上各连有一扇扇形闸板,通过驱动装置带动主动轴,实现阀门的开和闭,如专利200420109337.8所述的落料控制阀。此类控制阀,虽然能实现开合,但其结构较为复杂,零部件比较多,一旦齿轮或两根轴中的任何一根损坏,均会导致难以工作,存在使用寿命短,造价较昂贵的缺点。
发明内容
发明目的:针对现有技术中存在的不足,本发明的目的是提供一种结构更为简单,使用寿命较长的落料控制阀。
技术方案:为了实现上述发明目的,本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种落料控制阀,包括本体、闸门阀体、驱动装置和轴;在所述的闸门阀体下方设闸门弧板,闸门弧板与轴相连;所述的轴与驱动装置相连。
所述的驱动装置为电液推杆装置,其由推杆支架和推杆底板固定在本体上,所述电液推杆装置上设有电液推杆,电液推杆的一端与曲柄铰链连接,曲柄的另一端与轴相连。
落料控制阀中,电液推杆装置驱动电液推杆做往复位移运动,电液推杆的伸缩由电动机的正反向旋转控制,电液推杆带动曲柄,曲柄带动轴旋转,轴下方连接的闸门弧板随之作一定角度的摆动,对控制阀的落料口进行开启或关闭,从而对料流的通过进行开启、关闭或控制。
有益效果:与现有技术相比,该落料控制阀只有一根轴,结构简单,可更精确的控制阀门的打开或关闭,使用寿命长,具有很好的实用性,能够产生很好的经济效益和社会效应。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步的说明。
如图1和2所示,本体1内有闸门阀体2,本体1上固定有推杆支架4和推杆底板5,该支架和底板上固定有电液推杆装置,该电液推杆装置包括电动机、油泵、液压控制阀,电液推杆6等,电液推杆6的一端与曲柄7铰链连接,曲柄7的另一端与轴8相连,轴8上连有一扇闸门弧板9,闸门弧板9可密闭落料控制阀的落料口。
该落料控制阀工作时,启动电液推杆装置,驱动电液推杆6在水平方向运动,从而带动曲柄7的旋转,曲柄7的旋转又能带动轴8,轴8上的闸门弧板9随之旋转,落料口开启,使物料通过;在需要关闭阀门时,启动电液推杆装置,驱动电液推杆3回到原先位置即可,电液推杆3的伸缩由电动机的正反向旋转控制。
该落料控制阀只用一根轴,结构简单,可更精确的控制阀门的打开或关闭,使用寿命长,具有很好的实用性,能够产生很好的经济效益和社会效应。

1.一种落料控制阀,包括本体(1)、闸门阀体(2)、驱动装置(3)和轴(8);其特征在于:在所述的闸门阀体(2)下方设闸门弧板(9),闸门弧板(9)与轴(8)相连;所述的轴(8)与驱动装置(3)相连。
2.根据权利要求1所述的落料控制阀,其特征在于:所述的驱动装置(3)为电液推杆装置,其由推杆支架(4)和推杆底板(5)固定在本体(1)上,所述电液推杆装置上设有电液推杆(6),电液推杆(6)的一端与曲柄(7)铰链连接,曲柄(7)的另一端与轴(8)相连。
