一种焊缝磨平装置。涉及焊接工件的焊缝磨平装置。本发明提供了一种结构简单、操作方便，提高了加工效率的焊缝磨平装置。本发明的技术方案是：包括砂轮，还包括小车、电机、带轮机构，在所述小车上设有砂轮槽，所述砂轮通过转轴连接所述砂轮槽内；所述电机通过支架连接在所述小车上，所述带轮机构一端连接所述电机，一端连接所述转轴；使得所述带轮机构控制所述砂轮。本发明的焊缝磨平装置将砂轮设在小车上，同时在小车上设置了带轮机构，通过电机驱动带轮机构，带轮机构连接砂轮，从而实现了砂轮的运动过程。在大型板材焊接时，通过推动小车，即可实现将板材之间的焊缝磨平，实用性好，且灵活方便。

技术领域
本发明涉及机械加工设备，尤其涉及焊接工件的焊缝磨平装置。
背景技术
由于生产加工要求，有时需要对金属板材进行焊接，实现两者之间的固定连接。当焊接物件比较小时，可以直接拿到砂轮机上进行磨平，然而在大型板材在焊接时，体积较大不便于提拿，同时由于焊缝比较大，人工磨平焊缝，既浪费劳动时间，又增加劳动力；人工操作又可能对板材有一定的损坏。
发明内容
本发明针对以上问题，提供了一种结构简单、操作方便，提高了加工效率的焊缝磨平装置。
本发明的技术方案是：包括砂轮，还包括小车、电机、带轮机构，
在所述小车上设有砂轮槽，所述砂轮通过转轴连接所述砂轮槽内；
所述电机通过支架连接在所述小车上，所述带轮机构一端连接所述电机，一端连接所述转轴；使得所述带轮机构控制所述砂轮。
所述砂轮设在所述小车的中线上。
本发明的焊缝磨平装置将砂轮设在小车上，同时在小车上设置了带轮机构，通过电机驱动带轮机构，带轮机构连接砂轮，从而实现了砂轮的运动过程。在大型板材焊接时，通过推动小车，即可实现将板材之间的焊缝磨平，实用性好，且灵活方便。

具体实施方式
本发明如图1-4所示，包括砂轮4，还包括小车、电机1、带轮机构，小车包括基板21、支架22和滚轮3；
在所述小车上设有砂轮槽211，所述砂轮4通过转轴连接所述砂轮槽211内；
所述电机1通过支架22连接在所述小车上，所述带轮机构一端连接所述电机1，一端连接所述转轴；使得所述带轮机构控制所述砂轮4。带轮机构包括主动轮6、从动轮8、传动带7，主动轮6连接电机1，从动轮8设在小车上的导轮槽210内，同时，在小车的下方设置了轴承座一51和轴承座二52，用于支撑转轴，达到控制砂轮4。
所述砂轮4设在所述小车的中线上。
如图3-4所示，小车放置在板材9上，将板材上的焊缝90进行焊平，操作简单。

所述电机通过支架连接在所述小车上，所述带轮机构一端连接所述电机，一端连接所述转轴；使得所述带轮机构控制所述砂轮。
