Abstract
本发明及一种焊线机变幅杆,在变幅杆安装瓷嘴的一端,同时具有瓷嘴限位结构、一个合理大小的截面、以及从这个截面逐渐过渡到瓷嘴限位的渐变过渡段,使得变幅杆的结构在兼顾到安装瓷嘴方便以及超声振动能量最终传递至瓷嘴前有效聚集的同时,又能将超声振动通过合理的渐变过渡传递到瓷嘴。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种在半导体封装行业广泛使用的焊线机变幅杆。
背景技术
半导体封装行业中广泛使用的具有焊球功能的焊线机变幅杆,其一端安装瓷嘴,另一端直接或间接同压电晶体连接。在工作时,接受来自由压电晶体将交变电能转换过来的超声振动,将其传递给瓷嘴。通常情况,变幅杆靠近瓷嘴端的振动幅度经过变幅杆放大。超声振动的传递效果和振动放大形式是衡量变幅杆的重要指标之一。而超声振动传递效果和放大形式同变幅杆的外形有非常大的关系。除了变幅杆本身的材料、装配工艺外,变幅杆的外形起着非常大的作用。变幅杆的外形是影响超声振动传递的重要因素之一,需要依据具体使用场合在设计阶段进行优化。
图1是一种比较常见的变幅杆头部结构形式。变幅杆(11)的头部相对变幅杆整体做得最小,并且截面的直径在3.5毫米左右。这样变幅杆可以将压电晶体的超声振动能量较有效地聚集并传到瓷嘴,缺点是没有瓷嘴限位结构。
图2是另一种常见的带有瓷嘴限位结构的变幅杆(12)头部结构形式。带有瓷嘴限位结构(4),可便于安装瓷嘴(2),在距离瓷嘴5.5毫米之内也有一截面,其直径也在3.5毫米左右。但是,从该截面到瓷嘴限位附近的截面的外形过渡区域(13)距离太短,超声振动的传输因为外形的突变受到一定的影响。
发明内容
本发明兼顾了瓷嘴安装、超声聚集、和超声传输。在变幅杆安装瓷嘴的一端,同时具有瓷嘴限位结构、一个合理大小的截面、以及从这个截面逐渐过渡到瓷嘴限位的渐变过渡段,使得变幅杆的设计在兼顾到安装瓷嘴方便以及超声振动能量最终传递至瓷嘴前有效聚集的同时,又能将超声振动通过合理的渐变过渡传递到瓷嘴。

以下结合附图说明本发明的具体实施方式。
本发明的变幅杆(1)在安装瓷嘴螺丝的孔的上部带有限位结构(4);在距离变幅杆(1)的最端点(5)的5.5毫米内,有一截面(6),其直径(7)在3.4毫米至3.6毫米之间;从该截面(6)到限位结构(4)之间,变幅杆的截面外形逐渐过渡到靠近限位处的截面上的外围包络线上的任何两点之间的直线距离(10)不超过4.2毫米,同时该渐变过渡段(8)沿变幅杆轴向长度不小于2.3毫米。
Claims (1)
1.一种用于具有焊球功能的焊线机变幅杆(1),其一端用于安装瓷嘴(2)并且通过螺丝(3)锁紧,具有特征:变幅杆(1)有限位结构(4)便于安装瓷嘴时上下定位;在距离变幅杆(11)最端点(5)不超过5.5毫米处,有一截面(6),其直径(7)在3.4毫米至3.6毫米之间;而且,从该截面过度到瓷嘴限位之间,有一个长度范围不小于2.3毫米的渐变过渡段(8),沿着这个渐变过渡段(8),变幅杆的截面(9)逐渐增大并且在该截面的外围包络线上的任何两点之间的直线距离(10)不超过4.2毫米。
