Abstract
一种预防晕动病的内服中药,由吴茱萸5-15g、党参5-15g、枳实5-15g、紫苏5-15g、生姜5-15g、厚朴5-15g、竹茹5-15g、甘草5-15g、红糖20-40g组成,将上述中药放入煎药器具砂锅、瓦罐或铝锅内,加入洁净水0.4L,煎煮20-30分钟,滤去药渣,反复煎煮两次,合并药液即成。本发明配伍得当,以降逆止呕、理气和中、化痰散痞之功为主,配合行气消积、健脾益肺、和中缓急功效,以达到理气和中、降逆止呕,起到预防晕车、晕船和晕机等症状之目的。本发明疗效明显、起效迅速、成本低廉、制备容易、毒副作用小。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种预防晕动病的内服中药制剂。
背景技术
晕车在医学上称为“晕动病”,乘坐交通工具如车、船、飞机等均会出现晕动病的症状,与通常意义上的疾病不同,它仅仅是敏感机体对超限刺激的应急反应。它与我们内耳前庭平衡感受器官有直接关系,半规管是内耳感受正、负旋转加速度的感受器,当半规管对刺激过度敏感或受到过强刺激时,会引起一系列自主性功能反应,坐车时头晕甚至呕吐。有些人因睡眠差、过度劳累、过饥过饱、患某些耳部疾病时常发生晕车现象,常有些人乘坐交通工具后没多久就觉得头晕,上腹部不舒服、恶心、出冷汗,甚至呕吐;尤其当遇到急刹车、急转弯或突然起动时更厉害,乘坐交通工具完毕,休息片刻即可逐渐减轻或恢复,症状严重的人需要休息几天才能恢复。
目前的治疗手段主要有药物治疗和手术治疗,西医进行药物治疗时常选用抗组胺和抗胆硷类药物,如氢溴酸东莨菪碱、苯海拉明、盐酸倍他司汀、盐酸美克洛嗪等,这些药物常伴有嗜睡、口干、疲劳等副作用,使用禁忌症较多,且不适宜长期服用;中医进行药物治疗的中药较多,但很多组方中添加了有一定毒性的药物,也存在嗜睡易疲劳等副作用;手术治疗较少进行,行前庭神经切断术后有产生严重后遗症的风险,患者依从性不好。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供价格低廉、毒副作用小、疗效显著的预防晕动病的内服中药。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:该内服中药由吴茱萸5-15 g、党参5-15 g、枳实5-15 g、紫苏5-15 g、生姜5-15 g、厚朴5-15 g、竹茹5-15 g、甘草5-15 g、红糖20-40 g组成,将上述中药放入煎药器具砂锅、瓦罐或铝锅内,加入洁净水0.4 L,煎煮20-30分钟,滤去药渣,反复煎煮两次,合并药液即成。
该内服中药的治疗原则是理气和中、降逆止呕。原料配方中吴茱萸性热,味辛、苦,入肝、脾、胃、肾经,能降逆止呕、散寒止痛;党参性平,味甘、酸,入脾、肺经,能补中益气,健脾益肺;枳实性寒,味苦、辛,入脾、胃、肝、心经,能破气消积、化痰散痞;紫苏性温,味辛,入肺、脾经,能发汗解表、理气宽中;生姜性微温,味辛,入肺、脾、胃经,能温中止呕、发汗解表;厚朴性温,味苦、辛,入脾、胃、大肠经,能行气消积、降逆平喘;竹茹性微寒、味甘,能清热化痰、除烦止呕;甘草性平,味甘,入心、肺、脾、胃经,能和中缓急、润肺解毒、调和诸药;红糖性温润,味甘甜,入肝、脾经能健脾暖胃、益气补血。
有益效果:本发明配伍得当,以降逆止呕、理气和中、化痰散痞之功为主,配合行气消积、健脾益肺、和中缓急功效,以达到理气和中、降逆止呕,起到预防晕车、晕船和晕机等晕动病之目的,本发明疗效明显、起效迅速、成本低廉、制备容易、毒副作用小。
具体实施方式
实施例:吴茱萸10 g、党参10g、枳实10g、紫苏10g、生姜10g、厚朴10g、竹茹10g、甘草10g、红糖30 g组成,将上述中药放入煎药器具砂锅内,加入洁净水0.4 L,煎煮25分钟,滤去药渣,反复煎煮两次,合并药液即成。
服用方法: 1、药量:每次一剂,乘坐交通工具前服用。2、药温控制:温服。
禁忌事项:服药期间应少食煎炸油腻、寒冷固硬及不易消化的食物等,糖尿病患者去除红糖使用,孕妇慎用。
临床治疗效果:疗效标准:一种预防晕动病的内服中药,预防晕动病等症状的疗效判断主要依据患者的自觉晕车症状是否消失。乘坐交通工具前服药1次,乘坐交通工具期间患者未发生晕车症状为显效;自觉症状减轻为有效,晕车症状不减轻为无效。
效果:用本发明药物预防有晕车史的患者265例,其中男148人,女117人,口服药物1次,其中显效216例,有效49例,显效率为81.5%,有效率为100%。以下是实验的基本情况:
典型病例:李某,男,52岁,江苏省南京人,有严重晕车史,曾服用苯海拉明有严重嗜睡,难以独立乘坐长途交通工具,乘车前采用本发明内服中药,晕车症状明显消失,且未产生嗜睡等不良反应。
周某,女,48岁,江苏省南通人,有严重晕车史,乘坐交通工具后晕车症状会持续1-2天,乘车前采用本发明内服中药,晕车症状明显消失,下车休息1小时后,未见任何晕车症状。

1.一种预防晕动病的内服中药,其特征是:该内服中药由吴茱萸5-15 g、党参5-15 g、枳实5-15 g、紫苏5-15 g、生姜5-15 g、厚朴5-15 g、竹茹5-15 g、甘草5-15 g、红糖20-40 g组成,将上述中药放入煎药器具砂锅、瓦罐或铝锅内,加入洁净水0.4 L,煎煮20-30分钟,滤去药渣,反复煎煮两次,合并药液即成。
