Abstract

本发明涉及医疗器械技术领域,特别是涉及一种环向定位粘连软组织剔除器。它由定位轴、轴套、套筒、防滑垫、扩撑柄、刀片座、刀片柄、定位头、刀片和扩撑条构成。定位轴的下端是与定位轴为一个整体的定位头,定位头为十字形改锥头,圆筒形的轴套套在定位轴上并与定位轴成间隙配合关系。轴套的底端有与轴套为一个整体的圆筒形的刀片座。在刀片座的底面的边缘上有刀片柄,刀片柄与刀片座的底面垂直,刀片柄的底端有与刀片柄螺接为一体的刀片。本发明通过旋转轴套就可轻松实现骨钉和与之粘连的软组织的剥离,操作非常方便,同时使剥离的效果更加彻底。

本发明涉及医疗器械技术领域,特别是涉及一种环向定位粘连软组织剔除器。
背景技术
目前,临床上对于骨折病人常常需要在骨骼上安装骨钉来复位固定骨折部位,骨折部位复位愈合后再取出骨钉,现有技术大多是使用螺丝刀取出骨钉,现有的螺丝刀主要由刀体和手柄构成,在取骨钉时,经常会遇到组织与骨钉粘连的情况,就需要进行分离,由于软组织润滑又富有弹性,在操作时十分麻烦、费时费力,给医务人员增加了极大的工作难度。
发明内容
本发明为解决现有技术的不足,提供一种既具有良好的舒适性,又能够人为控制药粉与皮肤的接触时间的环向定位粘连软组织剔除器。
解决本发明技术问题的方案是:环向定位粘连软组织剔除器,由定位轴、轴套、套筒、防滑垫、扩撑柄、刀片座、刀片柄、定位头、刀片和扩撑条构成。其中,定位轴是竖直设置的圆柱体,定位轴的下端是与定位轴为一个整体的定位头,定位头为十字形改锥头,圆筒形的轴套套在定位轴上并与定位轴成间隙配合关系。轴套的底端有与轴套为一个整体的圆筒形的刀片座,刀片座的外直径大于所述轴套的外直径,刀片座的内直径与轴套的内直径相等,刀片座和轴套同轴心。在刀片座的底面的边缘上有与刀片座为一个整体的刀片柄,刀片柄与刀片座的底面垂直。刀片柄的底端有与刀片柄螺接为一体的刀片,刀片是下边缘带有刃口的金属片,刀片与轴套的轴心线成45°的夹角。圆筒形的套筒套于轴套上并与轴套成间隙配合关系。套筒的侧壁上有四个沿套筒的圆周均匀分布的扩撑柄,每个扩撑柄的上端与套筒的侧壁铰接,每个扩撑柄的下端分别与一个圆弧形的扩撑条的上表面铰接。扩撑条的下表面粘接有橡胶材质的防滑垫。
需要将骨钉取出前,先将轴套向上提升,使刀片的底端高于定位头的底端,然后将所述定位头的底端插于骨钉钉帽的十字形槽中,然后将套筒向下滑动,随着套筒向下运动,各个扩撑柄在套筒的带动下,会将其下端的扩撑条向外推,扩撑条会将其底面的皮肤向外周拉伸,这样就使骨钉的钉帽与其周围的软组织的粘连处暴露出来,此时再向下移动轴套,当刀片的下端刃口与骨钉钉帽的侧壁相接触时,旋转轴套,刀片下端的刃口在围绕骨钉钉帽的侧壁转动的过程中就将与骨钉的钉帽粘连的软组织彻底剥离。
采用上述方案,与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下显著进步:
1.由于本发明通过旋转轴套就可轻松实现骨钉和与之粘连的软组织的剥离,操作非常方便;
2.由于本发明能够轻松实现环状切割,使剥离的效果更加彻底;
3.由于本发明在进行软组织剥离操作之前能够事先将操作点周围的皮肤向四周拉伸,这样就使骨钉的钉帽与其周围的软组织的粘连处暴露更加彻底,进一步增加了手术的准确性和降低了手术的难度。

下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步的描述。
环向定位粘连软组织剔除器,由定位轴01、轴套02、套筒03、防滑垫04、扩撑柄05、刀片座06、刀片柄07、定位头08、刀片09和扩撑条10构成。其中,定位轴01是竖直设置的圆柱体,定位轴01的下端是与定位轴01为一个整体的定位头08,定位头08为十字形改锥头,圆筒形的轴套02套在定位轴01上并与定位轴01成间隙配合关系。轴套02的底端有与轴套02为一个整体的圆筒形的刀片座06,刀片座06的外直径大于所述轴套02的外直径,刀片座06的内直径与轴套02的内直径相等,刀片座06和轴套02同轴心。在刀片座06的底面的边缘上有与刀片座06为一个整体的刀片柄07,刀片柄07与刀片座的底面垂直。刀片柄07的底端有与刀片柄07螺接为一体的刀片09,刀片09是下边缘带有刃口的金属片,刀片09与轴套02的轴心线成45°的夹角。圆筒形的套筒03套于轴套02上并与轴套02成间隙配合关系。套筒03的侧壁上有四个沿套筒03的圆周均匀分布的扩撑柄05,每个扩撑柄05的上端与套筒03的侧壁铰接,每个扩撑柄05的下端分别与一个圆弧形的扩撑条10的上表面铰接。扩撑条10的下表面粘接有橡胶材质的防滑垫04。
需要将骨钉取出前,先将轴套02向上提升,使刀片09的底端高于定位头08的底端,然后将所述定位头08的底端插于骨钉钉帽的十字形槽中,然后将套筒03向下滑动,随着套筒03向下运动,各个扩撑柄05在套筒03的带动下,会将其下端的扩撑条10向外推,扩撑条10会将其底面的皮肤向外周拉伸,这样就使骨钉11的钉帽与其周围的软组织的粘连处暴露出来,此时再向下移动轴套02,当刀片09的下端刃口与骨钉钉帽的侧壁相接触时,旋转轴套02,刀片09下端的刃口在围绕骨钉钉帽的侧壁转动的过程中就将与骨钉11的钉帽粘连的软组织彻底剥离。
