背景技术：目前，临床上对于骨折病人常常需要在骨骼上安装骨钉来复位固定骨折部位，骨折部位复位愈合后再取出骨钉，现有技术大多是使用螺丝刀取出骨钉，现有的螺丝刀主要由刀体和手柄构成，在取骨钉时，经常会遇到组织与骨钉粘连的情况，就需要进行分离，操作十分麻烦、费时费力，给医务人员增加了极大的工作难度。
发明内容：本实用新型的目的是提供一种临床上在给骨折病人进行骨钉取出时能够分离粘连组织，且操作简单、省时省力的骨钉取出器。
本实用新型的技术方案是：包括刀体和手柄，其特征是在手柄根部设有伸缩臂，伸缩臂前端设有弹力臂，弹力臂前端设有刮刀。
